The invention has for its object to improve a roof vent of the generic type montagetechnisch.
The object is achieved by the invention specified in the claims.
First and foremost, it is proposed that the top tube can be changed in position relative to the hood. In a first mounting position of the top tube, the at least one locking pin is disengaged from the locking teeth. If the top tube is brought into a second mounting position, the at least one latching tooth engages in the latching toothing. The first Assembly position thus corresponds to a Neigungslageneinstellstellung and the second mounting position of a Neigungslagenfixierstellung. The top tube is thus a latching means carrier which is displaceable relative to the hood. Preferably, the top tube inserted axially displaceable in a connected to the hood pipe socket. The pipe socket and the hood can form a hood part pivotable about a pivot axis relative to the roofing plate. The top tube may be compared to this hood part a separate component, which is in particular connected to the same material with a vent pipe and forms an essay. The locking tooth and the locking teeth are in the first mounting position outside their locking engagement. These are preferably self-latching latching means which enter into a latching position during the displacement from the first mounting position to the second mounting position. In the first mounting position, at least one latching element can, for example, rest on a step or shoulder in order to move the latching means carrier in the first mounting position hold. It may be provided a latching pin which rests in the first mounting position on an edge of the pipe socket. By an axial pressure on the top tube and the latching means carrier of the locking pin overflows the edge of the pipe socket and enters into the latching opening. Along with this, the at least one latching tooth shifts from a non-meshing position in the direction of the latching toothing in order to enter the latching toothing in the final phase of the displacement. The hood part is preferably pivotally mounted with hinge elements on the roofing plate. For this purpose, an arm, preferably two arms each have at their free end a joint opening, protrude through the pivot pin. The pivot pin but also the locking teeth can be formed by an insert. The insert is in a sense an adapter. The insert may have a down tube, which protrudes through the passage opening of the roofing plate. The insert may have a collar which engages over the edge of the dome. An outwardly projecting portion of the collar can form the locking teeth. The insert may have a latching projection, with which it engages under a latching niche of the roofing plate in its inserted position, so that the insert is fixed, but possibly also releasably connected to the roofing plate. From the inside of the insert protrudes a hinge projection which engages in the joint eye of the arm. The hinge projection can be located on the back of the locking projection. In the inner wall of the pipe socket may be located in the axial direction extending guide grooves. The guide grooves can each pass into window-shaped recesses of the arm. During assembly of the attachment engage radially and axially projecting extensions of the top tube in the guide grooves. At the free ends of the extensions are preferably the one or more ratchet teeth. In axial extension of the projections, the top tube can form locking tongues, which form the radially inwardly displaceable locking pin at their free ends. The locking pins lie opposite to the center line of the top tube. The locking tongues are preferably cut out by a cutout from the wall of the top tube. The top opening of the vent pipe is covered by a weather cap. This can be releasably connected to the essay. But it can also be a material part of the essay. The cap and the hood part together form the pivoting portion of the roof vent. The roofing plate and the insert form the stationary associated with the roof other part of the roof vent. By an axial displacement of second elements of the pivotable component of the roof ventilator teeth of a locking teeth can be brought from a disengaged position to a tooth engagement position, wherein in the disengaged position, the inclination position of the pivotal component is adjustable and the tooth engagement position, the pivoting of the pivotal component is blocked , It is envisaged that the two elements of the pivotal component can be brought by the overcoming of a holding load from the first mounting position to the second mounting position and that intentionally a push-button operation is required to relocate the elements of the pivotable component from the second mounting position to the first mounting position, in particular locking cams would have to be brought out of latching openings by a Radialeinwärtsverlagerung from the outside. Preferably, two diagonally opposite push buttons, which are each formed by locking pins to move radially inwardly.

- Starting from the in the
FIG. 10 shown exploded view, theinsert 17 is first inserted into theroof opening 3, so that it is firmly connected by the engagement of the lockingprojection 21 in the latchingniche 22 but releasably by applying a correspondingly large force with theroofing plate 1. - In the
insert 17, thearms 9 of thehood part 4 are inserted until the bottom of thehood 5 rests on thecollar 19. The ends of thearms 9 slide in the final phase of the insertion movement on slopes of thehinge projections 23 and are slightly bent radially inwardly so that the ends of thearms 9, thehinge projections 23 may overflow until thehinge projections 23 enter thehinge openings 8. In this operating position, thehood 5 can be pivoted about the pivot axis passing through thehinge openings 8 with respect to thedome 2.
- In a further assembly step, the
attachment 11 is placed on thehood part 4, wherein theextensions 13 are inserted into theinsertion grooves 10 and thetop tube 12 in thepipe socket 6 until the lockingpin 15 rest on theedge 6 'of thepipe socket 6. This first mounting position, which corresponds to a Neigungslageneinstellstellung is in theFIGS. 1 to 6 shown. The aforementioned free pivoting of thehood part 4 in the direction of the double arrow V in theFIG. 1 is obtained in the first mounting position, since the latchingteeth 16 arranged at the end of theextension 13 do not engage in the latchingtoothing 20. - If the correct tilt position is found, an axial pressure is exerted on the
weather cap 26. Along with this, a radial pressure can be exerted on the latching pins 15. The lockingpin 15 or theperipheral edge 6 'but may also have bevels so that an axial pressure alone is sufficient to shift thelocking pin 15 radially inwardly so that they overflow theedge 6' of thepipe socket 6 and an axial displaceability of the essay eleventh opposite thehood part 4 is possible. In the course of this axial displacement, theextensions 13 enter deeper into thepipe socket 6 and the lockingteeth 16 approach the locking teeth of the lockingteeth 20 until the lockingteeth 16 engage in the lockingteeth 20. Upon reaching this second mounting position, which corresponds to a fixing position of Neigungsverschwenkbarkeit, engage the lockingpin 15 in thelocking openings 7. The lockingpin 15 automatically snaps into the latching openings 7 a. - If it turns out that the inclination position of the
4, 11 has to be corrected, the latchingvent pipe arrangement teeth 16 are to be brought out of the latchingtoothing 20. For this purpose, the lockingpin 15 are displaced by exerting a radially inwardly directed pressure snap-like manner from theirdetent openings 7. Afterwards, an axial displacement of theattachment 11 relative to thehood part 4 upwards is possible until the in theFIGS. 1 to 6 shown first mounting position is reached, in which the locking pins 15 are supported on theedge 6 'and the inclination position can be adjusted.
