Abstract

Zur Bindung und Führung von Langlaufski ist in die Sohle (2) angepasster Skischuhe (1) eine längs verlaufende Rille (3) eingefügt, in die die Bindung eingreift. Zum Anziehen der Ski sind aber vielfach Schritte im Schnee erforderlich, bei denen sich diese Rille (3) zusetzt, was das korrekte Einrasten des Schuhs (1) in die Bindung erschwert.
Um dies zu verhindern wird ein Einsatz (5) für die Rille (3) vorgeschlagen, auf dem man gut laufen kann und der erst unmittelbar vor Einrasten in die Ski (von einem Fuß vor dem Anderen) abgezogen wird.
Dieser Einsatz (5), vorzugsweise aus flexiblem Kunststoff, wird dann als Spannband über dem Schaft des Schuhes (1) gezogen.

Description

    BEREICH DER ERFINDUNG
  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Schuhe für den Ski-Langlauf und dort speziell auf den Verschluss der meist längs über die Mitte der Sohle verlaufenden Rille, in die die Bindung zur Längsführung eingerastet wird.
  • Konkret geht es um ein Verschussstück, das zunächst das Zusetzen der Rille beim Gang im Schnee verhindert, das aber danach einer weiteren Bindungsfunktion zugeführt werden kann.
    • HINTERGRUND DER ERFINDUNG - ZU LÖSENDES PROBLEM
  • Vor dem Anlegen der Langlaufski ist es in der Regel erforderlich, diese erst an die Abfahrtstelle zu tragen und sie dort einzeln anzulegen.
  • Dazu ist das Betreten des Schnees nahezu unvermeidlich; dabei setzen sich die Führungsrillen in den Langlauf-Skischuhen aber vielfach mit Schnee zu und die Schuhe sind dann nur nach beschwerlicher Reinigung mit angehobenem Fuß in die Bindungen einzurasten.
    • AUFGABENSTELLUNG
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht daher einerseits darin, dieses Zusetzen der Rille zu verhindern und zweitens darin, die dafür eingesetzen Mittel nicht als Ballast mitführen zu müssen, sondern funktionsgerecht weiter zu verwenden.
    • STAND DER TECHNIK
  • Ein Ansatz zur Lösung dieses Problems ist bisher nicht bekannt.
  • Sohlen für Langlauf-Skischuhe sund zwar in DE 33 04 538 A1 von Adidas beschrieben, dort aber nur mit einer schmalen Mittelrille und dünnen Querrillen zur Führung.
  • DE 33 34 144 C2 von Salomon beschreibt eine Laufsohle mit verstärktem Vordersteg, der später in einen Rasthaken für die Bindung (siehe Nr. 4 in Zeichnung Fig. 1) gewandelt wurde. DE 36 26 476 A1 von Salomon weist bereits ein Spannband und den o.g. Rasthaken auf, jedoch keine Abdeckung der mittlerweile zur Führung der Bindung üblichen Mittelrille.
  • DE 38 16 668 A1 von Geze beschreibt beabstandete Querrippen und Füllprofie in der Sohle, die erhöhte Stabilität gewähren und heute allgemein üblich sind.
  • DE 92 00 453.9 U1 von Rottefella AS beschreibt das heute weitgehend übliche Bindungssystem für Langlaufski mit komplementären Engriffselementen von Bindungsschiene und Aussparungen in der Schuhsohle. Aus dieser Konstruktion resultiert auch die hier gelöste Problemstellung.
    • LÖSUNG
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung dafür ist, einen lösbaren Einsatz für die Führungsrille zu schaffen, der sie verschließt und mit dem man gut laufen kann, der aber nach Entnahme als Spannband über dem Schaft der Skischuhe Verwendung findet.
    • BESCHREIBUNG
  • Dieser Lösung kommt entgegen, dass beim Gang durch den Schnee eine flexible Fußbewegung sehr willkommen ist, nach Anlegen der Ski aber ein sicherer Sitz des Fußes im Schuh erforderlich ist.
  • Hierzu wird der Einsatz von der Schuhsohle abgezogen, im Bereich der Ferse an den Außenseiten des Schuhs befestigt und als Spannband über dem Schaft des Schuhes festgezogen. Die Befestigung kann mit Haken in entsprechende Laschen erfolgen, denn das Spannband ist straff-elastisch und der Schuhgröße angepasst. Zur persönlichen Justierung können jedoch auch mehrere, versetzt angebrachte Laschen oder auch Klettverschlüsse Verwendung finden.
  • Alternativ ist auch möglich, eine ganze Sohle unter dem Spannband zu befestigen, bzw. Sohle und Spannband einstückig auszuführen.
    • BESCHREIBUNG ANHAND DER ZEICHNUNGEN FIG. 1 Bis FIG. 3:
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Langlauf-Skischuh 1 von unten-seitlich mit der Sohle 2 und der darin ausgesparten Rille 3 zur Führung in der Bindung, die an der Schuhspitze zudem in den Bindungshaken 4 engerastet wird.
  • Zum Laufen ohne Ski wird die Rille 3 mit einem Spanngurt 5 verschlossen, der in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt den Langlauf-Skischuh 1 von oben/seitlich, bei dem der Spanngurt 5 sowohl an einer Lasche 6 rückseitig an der Ferse, wie auch nach Führung über den Spann 7 bzw. den darunter liegenden Mittel-Fußknochen mit einem Haken oder Spannschloß 8 an einer weiteren Lasche 9 im Außenbereich des Schuhes unter Spannung eingehängt wird.
  • Fig 3 zeigt den Spanngurt 5, der nach Lösen der Bindung als Verschluss der Laufsohle 2 so in ihre Rille 3 (s. Fig. 1) eingespannt wird, dass seine hakenförmige Aussparung 10 vorne in den Bindungshaken 4 (s. Fig. 1) einrastet und sein hinterer Rasthaken 6 in die verstärkten Aussparung 11 (s. Fig. 2) in der Sohle unter der Ferse eingepasst ist. Weitere Aussparungen, wie z.B.12, sparen dabei mögliche weitere Querstreben aus.

Claims (10)

  1. Sohleneinsatz und Spannband für Langlauf-Skischuhe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser Einsatz die für die Bindung in Langlaufskien vorgesehene Aussparungen in der Sohle verschließt.
  2. Sohleneinsatz und Spannband für Langlauf-Skischuhe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz abziehbar und als Spannband über dem Schaft des Schuhes zu befestigen ist.
  3. Sohleneinsatz und Spannband für Langlauf-Skischuhe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz aus flexiblem Kunststoff besteht.
  4. Sohleneinsatz und Spannband für Langlauf-Skischuhe nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz Elemente aufweist, mit denen er nach Abziehen aus der Sohle über dem Schuh befestigt werden kann.
  5. Sohleneinsatz und Spannband für Langlauf-Skischuhe nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz Aussparungen für mögliche Querstreben in der Schuhsohle aufweist
  6. Sohleneinsatz und Spannband für Langlauf-Skischuhe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Befestigungspunkt hinter der Ferse am Schuh angebracht ist.
  7. Sohleneinsatz und Spannband für Langlauf-Skischuhe nach Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweiter Befestigungspunkt an einem dem ersten Befestigungspunkt gegenüberliegenden Bereich am Rand der Schuhsohle angebracht ist.
  8. Sohleneinsatz und Spannband für Langlauf-Skischuhe nach einem oder mehreren der vorgehenden A sorüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung mit Haken und Ösen erfolgt.
  9. Sohleneinsatz und Spannband für Langlauf-Skischuhe nach einem oder mehreren der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung mit Klettbändern erfolgt.
  10. Sohleneinsatz und Spannband für Langlauf-Skischuhe nach einem oder mehreren der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannband mit einer durchgehenden Sohle als Laufsohle unter dem Schuh kombiniert ist.
