Claims (15)
- Une vitre avec au moins deux éléments de raccordement (4) et un fil de connexion (6) qui comprend au moins :- un substrat (1) avec une structure électriquement conductrice (3) sur au moins une partie du substrat (1)- au moins deux éléments de raccordement électriques (4) sur au moins une partie de la structure électriquement conductrice (3),- au moins une surface de contact (9) sur le dessous de chaque élément de raccordement (4),- une masse de brasure (8), qui relie les surfaces de contact (9) des éléments de raccordement électrique (4) dans au moins une zone partielle avec la structure conductrice d'électricité (3) et- un fil de connexion (6), qui relie les éléments de raccordement (4) ensemble de manière électriquement conductrice,où le fil de connexion (6) comprend un coeur conducteur et un habillage non conducteur et où l'écart x entre les surfaces de contact (9) les plus proches les unes des autres des éléments de raccordement voisins (4) est d'au moins 70 mm.
- Vitre selon la revendication 1, où l'écart x entre les surfaces de contact (9) les plus proches les unes des autres des éléments de raccordement voisins (4) est d'au moins 100 mm, de préférence d'au moins 150 mm et de manière particulièrement préférée d'au moins 200 mm.
- Vitre selon la revendication 1 ou 2, où les éléments de connexion (4) sont reliés avec le fil de connexion (6) par leur surface de dessus.
- Vitre selon une des revendications 1 à 3, où le fil de connexion (6) possède une section de fil inférieure ou égale à 6 mm2, de préférence inférieure ou égale à 4mm2, et de manière particulièrement préférée inférieure ou égale à 2,5 mm2.
- Vitre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, où la structure conductrice d'électricité (3) comprend au moins un conducteur collecteur avec une section de fil inférieur à 0,3 mm2, de préférence inférieur à 0,1 mm2 et de manière particulièrement préférée inférieure à 0,06 mm2.
- Vitre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, où la vitre comprend deux éléments de connexion (4) et la longueur du fil de connexion (6) est inférieur ou égal à 300 mm, ou le disque comprend au moins trois fils de connexion (4) et la longueur du fil de connexion (6) est supérieur à 300 mm.
- Vitre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, où les éléments de raccordement (4) contiennent du titane, du fer, du nickel, du cobalt, du molybdène, du cuivre, du zinc, de l'étain, du manganèse, du niobium et/ou du chrome et/ou des alliages de ceux-ci, de préférence des alliages de fer, de titane et/ou des alliages de cuivre.
- Vitre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, où les éléments de raccordement (4) sont raccordés électriquement par des éléments de contact (5) avec le fil de connexion (6).
- Vitre selon la revendication 8, où les éléments de contact (5) comprennent des languettes de montage, qui sont mis en contact de manière électriquement conductrice avec le fil de connexion (6).
- Vitre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, où la structure électriquement conductrice (3) contient au moins de l'argent, de préférence des particules d'argent et des frittes de verre.
- Vitre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, où la masse de brasure (8) contient de l'étain, du bismuth, de l'indium, du zinc, du cuivre, de l'argent, du plomb et/ou des mélanges et/ou des alliages de ceux-ci.
- Vitre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, où le substrat (1) contient du verre et/ou des polymères, de préférence du verre plat, du verre flotté, du verre de quartz, verre borosilicaté, du verre à chaux sodée ou du polyméthacrylate de méthyle.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une vitre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, où :a) un fil de connexion (6) est mis en contact de manière électriquement conductrice avec au moins deux éléments de raccordement (4),b) sur la face inférieure des éléments de connexion (4) une masse de brasure (8) est appliquée respectivement sur au moins une surface de contact (9)c) les éléments de raccordement (4) sont disposés avec la masse de brasure (8) sur la structure électriquement conductrice (3) sur le substrat (1), etd) les éléments de raccordement (4) sont soudés avec la structure électriquement conductrice (3), où l'étape a) peut se produire avant, pendant ou après les étapes b), c) et (d).
- Procédure selon la revendication 13, où le fil de connexion (6) peut être mis en contact de manière électriquement conductrice par les éléments de contact (5) avec les éléments de raccordement (4).
- Utilisation d'une vitre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12 comme vitre avec des structures conductrices d'électricité, de préférence avec des conducteurs chauffants et/ou des conducteurs d'antenne, pour des véhicules, des avions, des navires, du vitrage d'architecture et des vitrages de construction.
