Definitions
- the invention relates to a facade gutter for drainage of particular granular soil areas, z. B. terraces, façade areas or flat roofs according to the preamble of claim 1.
- facade gutters For drainage of terraces, façade areas or flat roofs known as “facade gutters” known drainage channels, which are installed in a drainage soil to drainage. Surface water continues to flow from above through the grids of the facade gutters.
- a facade gutter is for example from the DE 10 2007 010 073 A1 known.
- This known channel is designed quite expensive for various reasons. On the one hand, a large number of individual parts must be kept available and assembled during installation; on the other hand, transport and storage are expensive due to high space requirements, although the channels themselves have only a very small volume of material. This drives up the cost of such gutters.
- the invention has the object of developing a facade gutter of the type mentioned in that with little effort a simple and cost-effective assembly as well as simple and inexpensive storage are possible with low production costs.
- a facade gutter for dewatering particular granular soil areas, z As terraces, façade areas or flat roofs, comprising a formed as a sheet metal part channel body with a bottom and side walls and first connection elements at first ends of the channel body, which are connectable with corresponding second connection elements at the second ends of the channel body, wherein the first connection elements integral with the channel body are formed.
- terraces façade areas or flat roofs, comprising a formed as a sheet metal part channel body with a bottom and side walls and first connection elements at first ends of the channel body, which are connectable with corresponding second connection elements at the second ends of the channel body, wherein the first connection elements integral with the channel body are formed.
- connection elements are preferably engageable with the first connection elements and the side walls of the channel body in such a way that the first connection elements are secured in a longitudinal direction of the channel body on the side walls. This also leads to a simple construction as well as a simple assembly.
- the first connection elements engage in particular via engagement sections, in particular Kröpfungsabête in recesses or projections of the side walls when Anippoetzen of channel bodies such that the channel body are secured in a direction perpendicular to the ground to each other. So there are already used existing elements for a vertical adjustment of adjacent gutters.
- the side walls have slits sunken in from a gutter upper side in such a way that second connecting elements can be used both for connecting together mutually adjacent gutter bodies and as spreading-on safeguards against an expansion of the side walls.
- a single element is used for two different functions (in this case as Aufsp Dahltechnisch).
- the first connection elements are preferably bendable on one another via defined bending regions such that end plates can be placed on a channel end. This means that it is possible to use one and the same gutter elements or gutter elements both for those gutter elements which are arranged in the middle of a gutter line and for the end gutter sections, in which case only one at the installation location slight change to be made by the bending of the connecting elements and the subsequent placement of the end plates is necessary.
- the second connection elements have latching slots which are designed to widen in two stages such that a side wall and in a lower insertion region a side wall plus a first connection element can be inserted tightly in a first, upper insertion region.
- One and the same component, namely a second connecting element can be used in this way for connecting two channel sections as well (in particular with higher tread loading of a channel) for preventing spreading of the two side walls.
- the side walls are preferably formed diverging from each other from the ground in such a way that two or more channel body partially stacked in one another are stacked. This facilitates storage and transport.
- the side walls at their upper edges relative to the bottom in cross-section U-shaped (in the form of an inverted U) on termination elements which are formed such that a grate or the like cover member can be placed.
- termination elements which are formed such that a grate or the like cover member can be placed.
- one of the side wall opposite outer leg of the closing element (each course in both end elements) is bent inwardly toward the side wall so that a lower edge of the outer leg of an upper gutter body with stacked gutters on a closing element of a lower gutter body rests. This is ensures that not the side walls, which indeed converge wedge-shaped down, lie in close frictional engagement, so that jamming can occur. Rather, one can define the spacing of the gutter bodies when stacking in the vertical direction by the height of the outer leg.
- the side walls preferably have Ausbiegelaschen, which are formed such that after a bending out of the side wall, a puncture channel can be attached transversely to the channel longitudinal direction. This increases the variability of the overall arrangement.
- the lower edges of these Ausbiegelaschen are preferably bevelled so towards their ends, that when bent out of the (oblique) side wall, the lower edges or their end edges do not pose a risk for lying under the gutter cover sheets or the like.
- connection elements are preferably provided as knockout parts, in particular in the bottom of the channel body. On the one hand, this facilitates the manufacturability, since no additional sheet-metal shaped parts have to be produced. The storage and transport are thereby also facilitated, wherein preferably the arrangement are made such that the breaking of the connection elements without tools by multiple back and forth can be done.
- the material is any flat material that can be permanently deformed in particular by hand, so in particular sheet metal.
- FIG. 1 two adjoining channel body 10 are shown, each having a bottom 11 and side walls 12, 13.
- the side walls 12, 13 are provided with slits for collecting and discharging water from the surrounding soil material.
- the respectively forwardly projecting end of a channel body as the first end 14 and the rearwardly projecting end is referred to as the second end 15, as in particular from FIG. 7 evident.
- the side walls 12, 13 on closing elements 18, which - together with the side walls 12, 13 and outer legs 19 - have a cross-section in the shape of an inverted U.
- Commercially available gutter covers can be placed on these end elements 18.
- slits 16 are provided in the side walls 12, 13, penetrating parts of the end elements 18.
- second connection elements 30 are used in these slots 16 .
- These second connection elements 30 have-symmetrically-latching slots 31 which have an upper narrow insertion area 32 and a lower, further insertion area 33 (see FIG FIG. 5 ).
- first connection elements 20 in the longitudinal direction of the channel body 10, which are integrally formed over a bending region 22 on the side walls 12, 13, which is formed by a slot or other such material weakening. Furthermore, between the bending region 22 and the first connection element 20 a Kröpfungsabêt 21 is formed, which lifts the first connection element 20 by about a material thickness of the side wall 12, 13 from the plane thereof. Then, if two channel body 10 as in the FIGS. 1 or 6 are shown, the second connecting elements 20 of the rear channel ( FIG. 1 ) on the outer surfaces of the side walls 12, 13 of the front gutter (see also FIG. 6 ).
- FIG. 1 two such second connection elements 30 are shown in the middle between the two channel bodies 10.
- the left of the two connection elements 30 in this case surrounds both the side walls 12, 13 and the connection elements 20 while the right connection element 30 only the side walls 12, 13 fixed to each other. In both cases, however, a spreading of the side walls 12, 13 is prevented by the second connection elements 30.
- the second connection elements 30 can be manufactured and supplied as separate components. In the preferred embodiment shown here, however, the second connection elements 30 are provided as part punched-out parts in the bottom 11 of the channel body 10, which are broken out as needed. In this way, the production and transport of the entire gutters are greatly facilitated.
- the first connection elements 20, together with the second connection elements 30, not only form a tension-proof connection between two channel bodies 10 (as in FIG FIG. 1 shown).
- the gutter bodies 10 are as in particular FIG. 2 is shown, recesses 40 are provided, which corresponds in length to the height of the first connection element 20, in particular in the Kröpfungsabêts 21.
- this offset section 21 is seated in the recess 40 (on the side walls 12, 13), as shown particularly in FIG FIG. 6 is shown.
- a closure plate 50 in particular in FIG. 11 is shown in perspective.
- Such a closure plate 50 has - as well as the first ends 14 of a channel body 10 - first connection elements 20 with slots 23.
- the first connection elements 20 are bent at the first end 14 of a channel body 10 by bending the bending region 22 by about 90 ° to the side wall 12, 13 to the inside.
- a cover plate 50 is placed such that its foot 51 rests on the floor 11 (see FIG. 1 ) and the first connection elements 20 on the outer sides of the side walls 12, 13 rest so that the slots 23 of the first connection elements 20 of the end plate 50 are again aligned with the slots 16 in the side walls 12, 13.
- a second connection element 30 is inserted from above into the slots 16 and 23, whereby the end plate 50 is fixed to the gutter body 10 and at the same time the side walls 12, 13 are secured against spreading.
- Ausbiegelaschen 41 are further provided, which can be bent when transecting a narrow connecting web between them to the outside. At the resulting opening then a stub (not shown here) can be connected. Bottom edges 42 of this Ausbelnaschen 41 are tapered so that when bending the lower edges 42 against a (in the mounting position) lying below the gutters 10 film bottom without sharp edges are slightly upwards, so that such a film bottom is not injured.

Description
B. Terrassen, Fassadenbereichen oder Flachdächern nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a facade gutter for drainage of particular granular soil areas, z. B. terraces, façade areas or flat roofs according to the preamble of claim 1.
The invention has the object of developing a facade gutter of the type mentioned in that with little effort a simple and cost-effective assembly as well as simple and inexpensive storage are possible with low production costs.
This object is achieved by a facade gutter according to claim 1.
In particular, this object is achieved by a facade gutter for dewatering particular granular soil areas, z. As terraces, façade areas or flat roofs, comprising a formed as a sheet metal part channel body with a bottom and side walls and first connection elements at first ends of the channel body, which are connectable with corresponding second connection elements at the second ends of the channel body, wherein the first connection elements integral with the channel body are formed. In this way, a simple manufacturability as well as a simple assembly at low cost guaranteed.
The second connection elements are preferably engageable with the first connection elements and the side walls of the channel body in such a way that the first connection elements are secured in a longitudinal direction of the channel body on the side walls. This also leads to a simple construction as well as a simple assembly.
The first connection elements engage in particular via engagement sections, in particular Kröpfungsabschnitte in recesses or projections of the side walls when Aneinanderetzen of channel bodies such that the channel body are secured in a direction perpendicular to the ground to each other. So there are already used existing elements for a vertical adjustment of adjacent gutters.
The side walls have slits sunken in from a gutter upper side in such a way that second connecting elements can be used both for connecting together mutually adjacent gutter bodies and as spreading-on safeguards against an expansion of the side walls. Again, a single element is used for two different functions (in this case as Aufspreizsicherung).
The first connection elements are preferably bendable on one another via defined bending regions such that end plates can be placed on a channel end.
In particular, in this case, the end plates on first connection elements for connection to the side walls. The construction of the connection between two gutter bodies within a gutter strand and an end plate with a gutter body is therefore identical.
The second connection elements have latching slots which are designed to widen in two stages such that a side wall and in a lower insertion region a side wall plus a first connection element can be inserted tightly in a first, upper insertion region. One and the same component, namely a second connecting element can be used in this way for connecting two channel sections as well (in particular with higher tread loading of a channel) for preventing spreading of the two side walls.
The side walls are preferably formed diverging from each other from the ground in such a way that two or more channel body partially stacked in one another are stacked. This facilitates storage and transport.
Preferably, the side walls at their upper edges relative to the bottom in cross-section U-shaped (in the form of an inverted U) on termination elements which are formed such that a grate or the like cover member can be placed. Thus, a versatile use is given in particular if these end elements are designed according to such drainage channels, as they are customary for surface drainage.
It is advantageous if one of the side wall opposite outer leg of the closing element (each course in both end elements) is bent inwardly toward the side wall so that a lower edge of the outer leg of an upper gutter body with stacked gutters on a closing element of a lower gutter body rests. This is ensures that not the side walls, which indeed converge wedge-shaped down, lie in close frictional engagement, so that jamming can occur. Rather, one can define the spacing of the gutter bodies when stacking in the vertical direction by the height of the outer leg.
The side walls preferably have Ausbiegelaschen, which are formed such that after a bending out of the side wall, a puncture channel can be attached transversely to the channel longitudinal direction. This increases the variability of the overall arrangement. The lower edges of these Ausbiegelaschen are preferably bevelled so towards their ends, that when bent out of the (oblique) side wall, the lower edges or their end edges do not pose a risk for lying under the gutter cover sheets or the like.
The connection elements are preferably provided as knockout parts, in particular in the bottom of the channel body. On the one hand, this facilitates the manufacturability, since no additional sheet-metal shaped parts have to be produced. The storage and transport are thereby also facilitated, wherein preferably the arrangement are made such that the breaking of the connection elements without tools by multiple back and forth can be done.
The material is any flat material that can be permanently deformed in particular by hand, so in particular sheet metal.
