Claims (9)

  1. Système de positionnement de matrice de presse (1), qui facilite l'alignement des trous de référence sur la matrice et des broches coniques sur le support de presse l'un au-dessus de l'autre, comprenant
    - au moins une matrice inférieure (2) qui est utilisée pour former la tôle,
    - au moins une matrice supérieure (3) qui est placée sur la matrice inférieure (2) et forme la tôle placée entre la matrice inférieure (2) et elle-même en raison de la pression qu'il applique,
    - au moins une grue (4) qui permet de gagner la matrice inférieure (2) et la matrice supérieure (3),
    - au moins une oreille de levage (5) qui est prévue sur la matrice inférieure (2) pour permettre à la matrice inférieure (2) et à la matrice supérieure (3) d'être soulevée par une grue (4),
    - au moins une corde (6) ce qui permet le raccordement de la matrice inférieure (2) et de la matrice supérieure (3) avec la grue (4),
    - au moins une traverse (7) sur laquelle sont disposées la matrice inférieure (2) et la matrice supérieure (3),
    - au moins un trou de référence (8) qui est situé sur la partie inférieure de la matrice inférieure (2) et qui est percé dans la matrice inférieure (2),
    - au moins une broche conique (9) formée sur la traverse (7) et s'insérant dans le trou de référencement (8), et qui permet ainsi de placer la matrice inférieure (2) sur la traverse (7) de manière alignée et caractérisé par
    - au moins un laser (10) qui est monté sur la traverse (7) et qui produit un faisceau vers la matrice inférieure (2),
    - au moins une ligne de guidage (11) qui est étirée sur la surface latérale de la matrice inférieure (2) et qui, après l'insertion de la broche conique (9) dans le trou de référencement (8), est dessiné avec un pochoir sur la surface avant et latérale de la matrice inférieure (2) pour une utilisation dans les dispositions suivantes, et par
    - au moins une région de lumière (12) qui englobe la région où la ligne de guidage (11) est située sur le matrice inférieure (2).
  2. Système de positionnement de matrice de presse (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les trous de référencement (8) qui sont situés sur la partie inférieure de la matrice inférieure (2).
  3. Système de positionnement de matrice de presse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par la broche conique (9) qui est située sur la traverse (7) et insérée dans le trou de référencement (8).
  4. Système de positionnement de matrice de presse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par la grue (4) qui, pour que la matrice inférieure (2) et la matrice supérieure (3) pénètrent dans la ligne de production, permettent soulever la matrice inférieure (2) des oreilles de levage (5) sur les côtés de celle-ci et les disposer sur la traverse (7).
  5. Système de positionnement de matrice de presse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par les trous de référence (8) qui sont situés sur le fond inférieur de la matrice inférieure (2) et sont alignés avec les broches coniques (9) sur le traverse (7) les uns sur les autres pour permettre un placement précis.
  6. Système de positionnement de matrice de presse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par les broches coniques (9) sont au moins deux pour agencer avec précision la matrice inférieure (2) sur la traverse (7).
  7. Système de positionnement de matrice de presse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le laser (10) qui est situé sur la traverse (7) et qui, lorsqu'on approche la matrice inférieure (2) sur la traverse (7) par une grue (4), produit une lumière linéaire au niveau de la région de lumière (12) sur les surfaces latérales de la matrice inférieure (2).
  8. Système de positionnement de matrice de presse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par la ligne de guidage (11) est alignée avec la lumière linéaire émise par le laser (10) l'une sur l'autre et qui, lorsque la matrice inférieure (2) descend verticalement de cette position, permet aux broches coniques (9) de s'insérer précisément dans les trous de référence (8).
  9. Système de positionnement de matrice de presse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par la ligne de guidage (11) par laquelle ledit faisceau émis par le laser (10) est référencé, et qui permet ainsi la matrice inférieure (2) à placer facilement sur le traverse (7) sans besoin d'alignement à chaque fois.
