Claims (9)

  1. Presswerkzeug-Positionierungssystem (1), dass das Ausrichten der Bezugsbohrungen auf dem Werkzeug und konische Stifte auf dem Polster einer Presse übereinander ermöglicht, umfassend
    - mindestens ein unteres Werkzeug (2), das zur Formung des Blechs verwendet wird, mindestens ein oberes Werkzeug (3), das auf dem unteren Werkzeug (2) angeordnet ist und das Blech formt, das zwischen dem unteren Werkzeug (2) und sich selbst angeordnet ist, als Folge des Drucks es ausübt,
    - mindestens einen Kran (4), der das untere Werkzeug (2) und das obere Werkzeug (3) wie bevorzugt zu verdienen,
    - mindestens einen Tragzapfen (5), der an dem unteren Werkzeug (2) vorgesehen ist, um das untere Werkzeug (2) und das obere Werkzeug (3) durch einen Kran (4) anzuheben,
    - mindestens ein Seil (6), das die Verbindung des unteren Werkzeugs (2) und des oberen Werkzeugs (3) mittels eines Krans (4) ermöglicht,
    - mindestens ein Polster (7) auf dem das untere Werkzeug (2) und das obere Werkzeug (3) angeordnet sind,
    - mindestens eine Bezugsbohrung (8), die an dem unteren Teil des unteren Werkzeugs (2) angeordnet und in dem unteren Werkzeug (2) gebohrt ist,
    - mindestens einen konischen Stift (9) der auf dem Polster formiert ist und in das in den Bezugsbohrungen (8) passt, und der deswegen es ermöglicht, dass das untere Werkzeug (2) auf dem Polster (7) in einer ausgerichteten Weise angeordnet wird und gekennzeichnet durch
    - mindestens einen Laser (10), der auf dem Polster (7) montiert ist und einen Strahl Richtung untere Werkzeug (2) erzeugt,
    - mindestens eine Führungslinie (11) die auf der Seitenfläche des unteren Werkzeugs (2) gezeichnet ist und die, nachdem der konische Stift (9) in die Bezugsbohrung (8) eingesetzt ist, mit einer Schablone auf der Vorder - und Seitenfläche des unteren Werkzeugs (2) zur Verwendung in den nachfolgenden Anordnungen gezeichnet wird, und durch
    - mindestens einen hellen Bereich (12), der den Bereich umfasst, in dem sich die Führungslinie (11) auf dem unteren Werkzeug (2) befindet.
  2. Presswerkzeug-Positionierungssystem (1) nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Bezugsbohrungen (8), die sich auf dem unteren Teil des unteren Werkzeugs (2) befinden.
  3. Presswerkzeug-Positionierungssystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch den konischen Stift (9), der sich auf der Polster (7) befindet und in die Bezugsbohrung (8) angebracht ist.
  4. Presswerkzeug-Positionierungssystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch den Kran (4), der, damit das untere Werkzeug (2) und das obere Werkzeug (3) in die Produktionslinie eintreten, es ermöglicht, das untere Werkzeug (2) von den Hebeösen (5) an den Seiten desselben anzuheben und am Polster (7) anzuordnen.
  5. Presswerkzeug-Positionierungssystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Bezugsbohrungen (8), die auf dem unteren Teil des unteren Werkzeugs (2) angeordnet sind und mit den konischen Stiften (9) auf dem Polster (7) übereinander ausgerichtet sind, um eine genaue Platzierung zu ermöglichen.
  6. Presswerkzeug-Positionierungssystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die konischen Stifte (9), von denen mindesten zwei zur Anordnung des unteren Werkzeugs (2) sich genau auf dem Polster (7) befinden.
  7. Presswerkzeug-Positionierungssystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch den Laser (10), der auf dem Polster (7) angeordnet ist und der, wenn das untere Werkzeug (2) durch einen Kran (4) auf das Polster (7) angefahren wird, ein lineares Licht im Lichtbereich (12) an den Seitenflächen des unteren Werkzeugs (2) erzeugt.
  8. Presswerkzeug-Positionierungssystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Führungslinie (11), die auf das vom Laser (10) emittierte lineare Licht ausgerichtet ist, und die, wenn das untere Werkzeug (2) aus dieser Position vertikal nach unten verläuft, es ermöglicht, dass die konischen Stifte (9) genau in die Bezugsbohrungen (8) passen.
  9. Presswerkzeug-Positionierungssystem (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Führungslinie (11), mit der der vom Laser (10) emittierte Strahl referenziert wird und die somit es ermöglicht, das untere Werkzeug (2) leicht auf dem Polster (7) gelegt wird, ohne jedes Mal ausgerichtet werden zu müssen.
