Bande de papier à passeports selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les panneaux distincts respectivement affectés comportent respectivement une marque individuelle aux panneaux distincts, laquelle est en rapport de sens avec les caractéristiques de sécurité individuelles aux panneaux distincts, en particulier en ce que la marque et les caractéristiques de sécurité représentent respectivement des informations se rapportant les unes aux autres ou se complétant entre elles.
  3. Bande de papier à passeports selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la bande de papier à passeports est, pour chaque panneau distinct dans le sens transversal, pourvue d'un fil de sécurité agencé dans le sens longitudinal.
  4. Bande de papier à passeports selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les fils de sécurité présentent un rapport en taille des feuilles.
  5. Bande de papier à passeports selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les caractéristiques de sécurité individuelles aux panneaux distincts se différencient les unes des autres pour tous les panneaux distincts d'une feuille.
  6. Bande de papier à passeports selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les caractéristiques de sécurité individuelles aux panneaux distincts indiquent le numéro de page de la page correspondante, dans le passeport, au panneau distinct affecté.
  7. Bande de papier à passeports selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les caractéristiques de sécurité individuelles aux panneaux distincts sont constituées par des caractères en négatif dans un revêtement métallique du fil de sécurité, ou par des caractères en positif, en particulier par des caractères en positif opaques ou métalliques, sur un film support du fil de sécurité.
  8. Bande de papier à passeports selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les marques individuelles aux panneaux distincts sont ménagées dans le papier à passeports et en particulier constituées par un filigrane, une perforation ou un décapage au laser, et/ou sont appliquées sur le papier à passeports et en particulier constituées par une application de film ou une impression de sécurité.
  9. Bande de papier à passeports selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la bande de papier à passeports comporte, respectivement dans le sens longitudinal et dans le sens transversal, une pluralité de feuilles et/ou en ce que les feuilles sont respectivement subdivisées dans le sens longitudinal et dans le sens transversal en une pluralité de panneaux distincts.
  10. Page simple de passeport ou page double de passeport, constituée par prélèvement à partir d'un ou de deux panneaux distincts d'une bande de papier à passeports selon une des revendications de 1 à 9.
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'une bande de papier à passeports pour un passeport ayant des pages de passeport pourvues de fils de sécurité individuels aux pages, comprenant les étapes :
    - générer une bande de papier à passeports présentant un sens longitudinal et un sens transversal et comportant, au moins dans le sens longitudinal, une pluralité de feuilles qui, quant à elles, sont subdivisées respectivement au moins dans le sens longitudinal en une pluralité de panneaux distincts qui correspondent aux pages de passeport du passeport à fabriquer,
    - pourvoir la bande de papier à passeports d'au moins un fil de sécurité agencé dans le sens longitudinal, en particulier un fil de sécurité en fenêtre ou oscillant qui comporte une pluralité de caractéristiques de sécurité individuelles aux panneaux distincts respectivement affectées à des panneaux distincts déterminés, et
    - agencer le fil de sécurité en registre par rapport aux panneaux distincts, de telle sorte que les caractéristiques de sécurité individuelles aux panneaux distincts se situent sur ou dans les panneaux distincts respectivement affectés.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les panneaux distincts respectivement affectés sont respectivement pourvus d'une marque individuelle aux panneaux distincts, laquelle est en rapport de sens avec les caractéristiques de sécurité individuelles aux panneaux distincts.
  13. Procédé de fabrication d'une page simple de passeport ou d'une page double de passeport, dans lequel une bande de papier à passeports selon la revendication 11 ou 12 est fabriquée, et un ou deux panneaux distincts de la bande de papier à passeports sont prélevés afin de constituer une page simple de passeport ou une page double de passeport.
