Definitions
- the invention relates to a door leaf with a lock box inserted into an end-side recess and a handle, which is pivotable about a plane aligned normal to the plane of the door leaf.
- the swing doors used in the living and office area are typically constructed in the said manner.
- the handle protrudes near the remote from the pivot shaft of the door leaf longitudinal edge of the door leaf normal to the door leaf away.
- the pivotable shaft of the handle - with which the handle is rigidly connected - is aligned normal to the plane of the door leaf and it passes through a recess on the door leaf from the handle into the lock case.
- the shaft of the handle is connected in the lock case with a pivoting part.
- the shaft In the area of the visible side of the door leaf, the shaft is supported by the handle on a so-called rosette against lateral bending out.
- the shaft is passed through a recess in the rosette and projecting from the handle into the recess on the rosette part as possible without play but without pressing on the recess, so that between the handle and rosette a kind of plain bearing is formed.
- the lock case is connected to a cuff plate, which rests on the end face of the door leaf when the door leaf is fully assembled and is bolted to the door leaf, whereby the position of the lock case is defined on the door leaf.
- the rosette is usually held by screws which are normal to the plane of the door leaf through them and threadedly with threaded holes in the material of the door leaf, rigidly held on the door leaf.
- the position of those screws which fix the rosette to the door leaf is exactly opposite the door leaf by nut holes on the door leaf exactly specified, and opposite the rosette through through holes with reduction for the screw head exactly specified.
- these specifications often do not fit well with the line in which the shaft of the handle should follow the position of the lock case on the door leaf. This then leads to an inappropriate, constraining, sometimes crunching or creaking bearing the shaft of the handle and subsequently to poor pivoting of the handle and sometimes to destruction of a mechanism in the lock case or breakage of the shaft of the handle.
- the EP 2 500 504 A1 and the US 2008/251264 A1 each show a fire protection part, which should prevent the overturning of heat and fire from one side of the door panel on the other side of the Mosblatttes by the vulnerability, which otherwise represents the recess for the lock case. Despite spatial proximity to it is the fire protection part. not intended to be a nut part for screws fixing a rosette.
- the US 4,789,191 A shows a door leaf with an inserted into an end-side recess lock case and a handle, which about a plane normal to the plane of the door leaf shaft is pivotally mounted, which is rotatably supported on a rosette, which is held on the door leaf by screws which extend in the plane of the door leaf normal direction through the rosette.
- the nut member is provided with a compression spring which is supported in the installed state of the lock case and thus presses the nut member against a parallel to the door leaf boundary wall of the recess on the door leaf.
- the lock box must first be used before two nut parts can be successively inserted into the same recess and moved to the appropriate position.
- the task underlying the invention is to make the required for the installation of a handle on the door panel parts so that the rosette can be ideally mounted with respect to that position of the shaft of the handle, which after assembly of the lock box on the door by the then present position and orientation of the lock box is defined.
- the rosette be deformed by the action of tensioned screws passing through the rosette in the direction normal to the plane of the door leaf run, pressed against the door leaf and is thereby fixed to the door leaf.
- a nut member which engages with the screw thread is slidable parallel to the plane of the door leaf, the nut member being pulled from a recess into which it is inserted by the action of the screws against that wall of the door leaf, from which the rosette is pressed on the other side.
- the screws engaging therein are laterally displaceable.
- the screw through holes in the longitudinal area between the nut part and the rosette have a diameter larger by several millimeters than the diameter of the screws in the longitudinal area encompassed by these through holes.
- the rosette is slightly slidable screws along the door leaf along the plane parallel to the door leaf and can be moved in the ideal line with respect to the protruding from the lock case shaft of the handle. Then, when the screws are tightened and thus press the rosette to the door leaf, the rosette is frictionally against the door leaf frictionally in the ideal position on Door leaf fixed and then permanently represents an ideally positioned storage for the shaft of the handle.
- the rosette can be extremely simple and the positions of the screws relative to the rosette can be clearly defined, so that countersunk screws and corresponding countersunk through holes can be used in the rosette.
- Form-locked means that a body is held at another by friction according to a pressing force on this body in a defined position. As soon as the contact force subsides, the bodies are accordingly displaceable relative to one another, because the frictional force subsides. In contrast, in a "positive locking" between two bodies, a relative movement between the two bodies is possible if at least one body is deformed.
- the lock case 1 is arranged in the frame profile 6 and attached thereto by means of a Stulpblechs, a clamping part and screws.
- the nut part 9 is arranged in the frame profile 6.
- the nut member 9 is typically made of sheet steel; he has about the shape of a U-profile (see also Fig.
- the lock case 1 protrudes through a recess 13 (FIG. Fig. 2 ) in the base surface of the nut member 9 therethrough. From the lock case protrudes the shaft 2 of the handle normal to the plane of the door leaf through a recess 10 through a leg of the nut member 9 therethrough, and through a hole through a side wall of the frame profile 6 and through a hole on the door panel 5 therethrough.
- the latter holes are significantly further (by several millimeters) dimensioned as the cross-sectional dimensions of the shaft 2 in the respective longitudinal region.
- the shaft 2 passes further through a through hole in the rosette 8, whereby, however, the cross-sectional dimensions of this through hole are dimensioned so narrow that the shaft 2 is held therein against translational movement normal to its longitudinal direction without play.
- From the rosette 8 protrude at a distance from the shaft 2 screws 4 by far-sized screw holes in the door leaf 5 and the frame section 6 through to nut threaded holes 12 at a preferably deep-drawn area on the nut part.
- the nut member 9 When mounting the assembly, the nut member 9 is first inserted into the frame section 6. Then, the lock case 1 is secured by means of Stulpblech, clamping member and connecting screws on the frame profile 6 and that such that it extends into the space between the legs of the nut member 9 and protrudes through the recess 13 therethrough, and that the shaft 2 through the associated recesses Door leaf 5, frame profile 6 and 9 nut part can be inserted into the designated bearing receptacle on the lock case 1.
- the painting Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show according to the invention applied or applicable nut parts 19, which are well inserted into lateral chambers of a hollow section 17, which forms a frame profile for a door leaf 16 and in which in turn a lock case 1 can be used.
- a lock case 1 can be used.
- Fig. 1 described for the local nut part 9 it is advantageous if the inserted into the recess on the door leaf nut part 19 therein after the insertion and before tightening the rosette 8 holding screws is held but still on lateral walls of the hollow section 17 is displaced along so that it can be pushed into the ideal position, which is determined by the position of the lock case 1.
- the nut parts 19 according to Fig. 3 and Fig.
- FIG. 4 are designed as flat C-profiles, but they could just be a flat iron. According to Fig. 3 they are "loosely clamped" in the hollow profile by each clamped between a side wall of the hollow section 17 and profile walls 18, which are arranged at a distance from the side wall.
- the nut member 19 may also have laterally projecting spring parts 24 which are bent when inserting the nut member 19 in a hollow chamber on the profile 17 on the walls of the profile 17 by elastic deformation to the Grundgroper of the nut member 19 out and therefore caused by elasticity compressive force exert on the profile 17 and so "loosely fix” the nut member 19 on the hollow section 17 that the assembly process is simple but still sufficient mobility exists to tighten the nut member 19 when tightening those screws through the rosette 8 into the threaded holes 21 in to push the optimal position with respect to shaft of the handle 3.
- Fig. 4 clearly sketched for itself mother part 19 has in addition to the parts already described a recess 23 for the implementation of a lock cylinder and Elevations 22 for only pointwise support of the nut part on the frame profile 17, which has the advantage of lower heat transfer compared to a large-area edition.
- the in Fig. 5 shown nut member 25 is a modification of the nut part of Fig. 4 , It is a composite of two layers of different material.
- the layer 26 is typically steel sheet; it brings the required mechanical strength.
- the layer 27 may be a heat-insulating and / or fire-retardant material, for example based on mineral fibers. In addition to its property as thermal insulation and / or fire retardance, it can also be elastically deformable and thereby be comfortably clamped between walls in the recess on the door panel and still be displaced.
- the layer 26 is provided with rounded punctiform elevations 28 through which it can slide well on other bodies.
- the nut member 25 is provided with lateral springs 29 by which the clamping is facilitated in a recess on the door leaf.
- nut part 25 of Fig. 5 could be a mother part as a plate or similar large-area body made of a heat-insulating and / or fire retardant material and only locally with metallic insert sleeves having a nut thread provided. The screws that hold the rosette can be screwed into these insert sleeves.

Description
The invention relates to a door leaf with a lock box inserted into an end-side recess and a handle, which is pivotable about a plane aligned normal to the plane of the door leaf.
The swing doors used in the living and office area are typically constructed in the said manner. The handle protrudes near the remote from the pivot shaft of the door leaf longitudinal edge of the door leaf normal to the door leaf away. The pivotable shaft of the handle - with which the handle is rigidly connected - is aligned normal to the plane of the door leaf and it passes through a recess on the door leaf from the handle into the lock case. The shaft of the handle is connected in the lock case with a pivoting part. In the area of the visible side of the door leaf, the shaft is supported by the handle on a so-called rosette against lateral bending out. For this support, the shaft is passed through a recess in the rosette and projecting from the handle into the recess on the rosette part as possible without play but without pressing on the recess, so that between the handle and rosette a kind of plain bearing is formed.
Usually, the lock case is connected to a cuff plate, which rests on the end face of the door leaf when the door leaf is fully assembled and is bolted to the door leaf, whereby the position of the lock case is defined on the door leaf. The rosette is usually held by screws which are normal to the plane of the door leaf through them and threadedly with threaded holes in the material of the door leaf, rigidly held on the door leaf.
The position of those screws which fix the rosette to the door leaf, is exactly opposite the door leaf by nut holes on the door leaf exactly specified, and opposite the rosette through through holes with reduction for the screw head exactly specified. However, due to unavoidable manufacturing and assembly tolerances, these specifications often do not fit well with the line in which the shaft of the handle should follow the position of the lock case on the door leaf. This then leads to an inappropriate, constraining, sometimes crunching or creaking bearing the shaft of the handle and subsequently to poor pivoting of the handle and sometimes to destruction of a mechanism in the lock case or breakage of the shaft of the handle.

The task underlying the invention is to make the required for the installation of a handle on the door panel parts so that the rosette can be ideally mounted with respect to that position of the shaft of the handle, which after assembly of the lock box on the door by the then present position and orientation of the lock box is defined.
For solving the problem, it is proposed, as in prior art constructions, that the rosette be deformed by the action of tensioned screws passing through the rosette in the direction normal to the plane of the door leaf run, pressed against the door leaf and is thereby fixed to the door leaf.
A nut member which engages with the screw thread is slidable parallel to the plane of the door leaf, the nut member being pulled from a recess into which it is inserted by the action of the screws against that wall of the door leaf, from which the rosette is pressed on the other side.
So that the possibly used nut part is laterally displaceable, the screws engaging therein are laterally displaceable. For this purpose, the screw through holes in the longitudinal area between the nut part and the rosette have a diameter larger by several millimeters than the diameter of the screws in the longitudinal area encompassed by these through holes.
As an improvement according to the invention, it is provided to design the nut part in such a way that, with elastic deformation of itself, it bears against opposing boundary walls of the recess.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the recess in which the nut part is inserted, that recess in which the lock case is inserted.
Due to the features of the invention, the rosette is slightly slidable screws along the door leaf along the plane parallel to the door leaf and can be moved in the ideal line with respect to the protruding from the lock case shaft of the handle. Then, when the screws are tightened and thus press the rosette to the door leaf, the rosette is frictionally against the door leaf frictionally in the ideal position on Door leaf fixed and then permanently represents an ideally positioned storage for the shaft of the handle.
The rosette can be extremely simple and the positions of the screws relative to the rosette can be clearly defined, so that countersunk screws and corresponding countersunk through holes can be used in the rosette.
Im Gegensatz dazu ist bei einer "Formschlüssigen Fixierung" zwischen zwei Körpern eine Relativbewegung zwischen den beiden Körpern möglich, wenn zumindest ein Körper verformt wird."Force-locked" means that a body is held at another by friction according to a pressing force on this body in a defined position. As soon as the contact force subsides, the bodies are accordingly displaceable relative to one another, because the frictional force subsides. In contrast, in a "positive locking" between two bodies, a relative movement between the two bodies is possible if at least one body is deformed.
