Claims (8)
- Arbre à cames réglable (1) pour la commande des soupapes d'un moteur à combustion interne comprenant un arbre extérieur (10) sur lequel est disposée au moins une première came (11) qui est connectée de manière solidaire en rotation à celui-ci, et comprenant un arbre intérieur (12) s'étendant à travers l'arbre extérieur (10), avec lequel au moins une deuxième came (13) est connectée de manière solidaire en rotation, la deuxième came (13) connectée de manière solidaire en rotation à l'arbre intérieur (12) présentant un alésage de came (14) et étant supportée de manière à pouvoir tourner sur l'arbre extérieur (10) au niveau d'un point d'assujettissement (15), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une rainure d'huile (16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 20', 21) est réalisée au niveau du point d'assujettissement (15) dans l'arbre extérieur (10) et/ou dans la paroi intérieure de l'alésage de came (14), dans laquelle de l'huile provenant d'un interstice (25) entre l'arbre extérieur (10) et l'arbre intérieur (12) est guidée à travers au moins un passage (22, 23, 24) s'étendant à travers l'arbre extérieur (10).
- Arbre à cames réglable (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la connexion de la deuxième came (13) à l'arbre intérieur (12) est formée par un boulon (26) qui s'étend à travers au moins une ouverture de boulon (23) dans l'arbre extérieur (10), le passage (23) pour le guidage d'huile au niveau de l'au moins une rainure d'huile (16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 20', 21) étant formé à travers l'ouverture de boulon (23).
- Arbre à cames réglable (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la rainure d'huile (16) réalisée au niveau du point d'assujettissement (15) dans l'arbre extérieur (10) est amenée jusqu'au passage (22, 23), en particulier jusqu'à l'ouverture de boulon (23), de manière à communiquer fluidiquement avec celui-ci, et/ou en ce que la rainure d'huile (18, 19) réalisée dans la paroi intérieure de l'alésage de came (14) dépasse au moins en partie au-delà du passage (22, 23), en particulier de l'ouverture de boulon (23).
- Arbre à cames réglable (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la rainure d'huile (17) est réalisée sous forme de partie élargie de l'ouverture de boulon (23, 24).
- Arbre à cames réglable (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rainure d'huile (16, 17, 18) s'étend le long de l'axe de rotation (27) de l'arbre à cames (1) ou en ce que la rainure d'huile (19) est réalisée dans l'arbre extérieur (10) et/ou dans la paroi intérieure de l'alésage de came (14) de manière à s'étendre obliquement par rapport à l'axe de rotation (27).
- Arbre à cames réglable (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédents, caractérisé en ce qu'une rainure d'huile (20, 20') s'étendant dans la direction périphérique est réalisée dans l'arbre extérieur (10) et/ou une rainure d'huile (21) s'étendant dans la direction périphérique est réalisée dans l'alésage de came (14), laquelle communique fluidiquement notamment avec une rainure d'huile (16, 17, 18, 19) s'étendant le long de l'axe de rotation (27) ou obliquement par rapport à celui-ci.
- Arbre à cames réglable (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'huile est pressée sous pression dans l'interstice (25) entre l'arbre extérieur (10) et l'arbre intérieur (12), en particulier en ce que l'huile s'écoule sous pression dans la direction longitudinale de l'axe de rotation (27) ou en ce que l'huile est guidée dans l'interstice (25) à partir d'un alésage central dans l'arbre intérieur (12) et par le biais d'au moins un canal radial dans l'arbre intérieur (12).
- Arbre à cames réglable (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième came (13) présente un épaulement de came (13a), la rainure d'huile (18, 19) s'étendant au moins en partie dans l'épaulement de came (13a).
