Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of watchmaking, and more particularly relates to a device for displaying the time for a mechanical or electromechanical timepiece, and a mechanism for producing this device.
- the time is usually indicated by a hand of hours and minutes that move next to a graduation.
- studs are arranged as are usually the display indexes of a timepiece.
- the pad corresponding to the information to be displayed has a specific surface, while the other pads have a uniform surface.
- the plot signifying the information has a face of a particular color, while the other pads have another color.
- the specific pad active during the previous hour is activated, to present the same color as the other pads.
- the active pad during the new time is also activated to present a specific color.
- the pads are actuated at least twice per period, and the result obtained is identical to that of the movement of a needle.
- the object of the present invention is to provide another original display device for the indication including hours and / or minutes.
- the invention relates to a timepiece defined by claim 1 of the patent.
- the indicator member has the shape of a needle, the two radial positions of the display members being separated from each other by an angle of 40 ° with respect to the axis of training, and the subsequent training of display devices is realized by means of a pin secured to the first annular drive means, the pin being arranged to push a cam integral with the display member, this cam being associated with a jumper spring to define the first and second positions so as to stable.
- the display member displays a time information and the timepiece comprises 59 display members each defining a different minute.
- a wristwatch 1 equipped with a variable time lapse composed of a box 2 conventionally formed of a middle and a bottom, containing a dial 3, a device for displaying the time 4 according to the invention, a MVT movement, an ice cream 5 and a crown 7.
- the time display device 4 comprises eleven hour hands 8 rotating on themselves by 180 ° with respect to one hour, with the exception of the 12H hand.
- the eleven hour hands are triangular in shape and extend in the plane of the dial. They are pivoted on drive axes extending perpendicularly to the dial 3. The time is indicated by the orientation of the tip of the triangle in a radial outer direction. Only one needle 8 among the eleven needles can occupy this position at a given moment.
- the axis of the needle from the 12 th hour carries a disc on which is articulated a connecting rod whose other end is connected to a sliding hatch in translation in a fixed guide structure.
- the hatch has a circular opening.
- the disc like needles can occupy two fixed positions determined by their drive system.
- This hatch device is activated at noon and midnight, for a period of one hour and can be shown at the opening of the hatch an indication for example a logo.
- the minutes are displayed through fifty-nine needles 10 which are mounted on axes perpendicular to the dial 3. These needles 10 rotate on an angle of 40 °. Both positions extremes of these needles 10 correspond to a so-called display position visible by the wearer of the watch and to a retracted position in which the hands 10 are masked by the dial 3. The last minute is indicated by the simultaneous reset of the fifty The reading of the minutes corresponds to the number of minute hands 10 oriented according to a determined radial position.
- the training of the hours and minutes display is achieved by means of two jumping devices, the minutes display is provided with a retrograde training system.
- the dial 3 is partially transparent and comprises a peripheral annular zone 3A and an opaque central zone 3B delimiting between them a transparent annular zone 3C.
- the opaque central zone 3B is in the example shown in relief and has the form of a faceted crown.
- the dial 3 has a central 3D opening where a transparent portion cooperates with the hatch and reveals the top of the movement. At midday and midnight, the opening of the hatch is superimposed with that of the dial to reveal the logo.
- the dial is anti-reflective treated. In the visible display position, the minute hands 10 appear in the transparent annular zone 3C of the dial 3.

- the winding stem 102 can occupy a pulled position in which it allows the correction of minutes and hours.
- the correction of the hours is done by rotating the winding stem 102 clockwise (arrow SH) in the pulled position of the rod. Once pulled, the winding stem 102 actuates the rocker 151 to position the sliding pinion 152 in engagement with the mobile 153 comprising a wheel 153A and a pinion 153B. The pinion 153B then rotates counterclockwise as seen from the dial. The pinion 153B meshes with a wheel assembly comprising wheels 154, 155, 156. - the lug 159A terminates in a spout 165 extending in a direction tangential to the wheel 159.
- An actuating finger 166 is pivotally mounted at C in the end portion of the lug 159A.
- This finger 166 has an end portion 166A maintained in contact with the inner periphery of the ring 144 by a spring 167 resting against a deck of the plate (not shown).
