Claims (5)

  1. Biologisch abbaubarer Polymerverbundwerkstoff hergestellt aus:
    - einem biologisch abbaubaren Harz;
    - einem Acrylonitrilbutadienstyrol(ABS)-Harz;
    - einem reaktiven Verträglichkeitsvermittler hergestellt durch das Binden reaktiver Gruppen an einen nicht-reaktiven Verträglichkeitsvermittler, welcher nicht-reaktive Verträglichkeitsvermittler ein Random-Copolymer oder BlockCopolymer ist, und welche reaktiven Gruppen Maleinsäureanhydrid sind, und der Verträglichkeitsvermittler eine Ethylen-Octen-Kautschuk-Maleinsäure (EOR-MAH) ist,
    wobei
    - das biologisch abbaubare Harz in einer Menge von 10 bis 40 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Verbundwerkstoffes vorliegt, und das biologisch abbaubare Harz Polymilchsäure ist, umfassend 95-100 Gew.-% einer sich wiederholenden Einheit, die von dem L-Isomer von Milchsäure abgeleitet ist, und 0-5 Gew.-% einer sich wiederholenden Einheit, die von dem D-Isomer von Milchsäure abgeleitet ist,
    - der Verträglichkeitsvermittler in einer Menge von 1 bis 20 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Verbundwerkstoffes vorliegt, und der Verbundwerkstoff eine Phasenseparationsstruktur aufweist, in welcher die biologisch abbaubaren Harzpartikel disperse Phasen in der Acrylonitrilbutadienstyrol-(ABS)-Harzmatrix bilden, und die dispersen Phasen der biologisch abbaubaren Harzpartikel in dem Verbundwerkstoff einen Durchmesser von 0,1 µm bis 20 µm aufweisen.
  2. Biologisch abbaubarer Polymerverbundwerkstoff nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Verträglichkeitsvermittler in einer Menge von 1 bis 7 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Verbundwerkstoffes, vorliegt.
  3. Biologisch abbaubarer Polymerverbundwerkstoff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, ferner umfassend ein Additiv.
  4. Biologisch abbaubarer Polymerverbundwerkstoff nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Additiv aus Füllstoffen, Weichmachern, Anti-Aging-Mitteln, wärmebeständigen Anti-Aging-Mitteln, Antioxidantien, Farbstoffen, Pigmenten, Katalysatoren, Dispergiermitteln und Mischungen davon ausgewählt ist.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines biologisch abbaubaren Polymerverbundwerkstoffes, umfassend:
    1) Mischen von

    - 40-89 Gew.-% eines Acrylonitrilbutadienstyrol(ABS)-Harzes;
    - 1-20 Gew.-% eines reaktiven Verträglichkeitsvermittlers hergestellt durch das Binden reaktiver Gruppen an einen nicht-reaktiven Verträglichkeitsvermittler, wobei der nicht-reaktive Verträglichkeitsvermittler ein Random-Copolymer oder Blockcopolymer ist, und die reaktiven Gruppen Maleinsäureanhydrid sind, und der Verträglichkeitsvermittler eine Ethylen-Octen-Kautschuk-Maleinsäure (EOR-MAH) ist,
    - wahlweise einem Additiv,
    2) Unterwerfen der Mischung eines Schmelzemischens, wie beispielsweise eines Strangpressens, während dessen reaktive Gruppen des reaktiven Verträglichkeitsvermittlers mit den Polymeren reagieren.
