Claims (12)
- Porte comportant : un vantail de porte (10) qui est mobile entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture et qui présente pluralité d'éléments de vantail de porte (12) susceptibles de basculer les uns contre les autres par rapport à des axes de basculement qui sont parallèles entre eux ; un portillon (20) intégré dans le vantail de porte (10) et comportant un vantail de portillon (20) susceptible de s'articuler sur un axe de pivotement s'étendant de manière pratiquement perpendiculaire aux axes de basculement, par rapport aux éléments de vantail de porte (12) adjacents, considérés dans le sens de l'axe de basculement, lequel vantail de portillon (20) logeant, dans sa position de fermeture, dans un évidement du vantail de porte (10) et étant de préférence positionné, dans la position de fermeture, dans le plan du vantail de porte ; et un dispositif de positionnement présentant au moins une surface de guidage (42, 44) de préférence en forme de rampe ainsi qu'un moyen de guidage qui, lors de la fermeture, vient en appui contre la surface de guidage (42, 44), lequel dispositif de positionnement permettant de positionner un bord du vantail de portillon (20) détourné de l'axe de pivotement une fois la position de fermeture atteinte ; caractérisée en ce que le moyen de guidage présente une surface de contact montée rotative par rapport à un axe de rotation (36) qui, dans la position de fermeture, est orienté de manière pratiquement parallèle aux axes de basculement, ledit moyen de guidage venant en appui sur la surface de guidage (42, 44) par le biais de ladite surface de contact, qui est également conçue pour rouler sur la surface de guidage (42, 44) au cours de la fermeture, au moins une surface de guidage (42, 44) étant conçue en forme de rampe en présentant une pente de 5 à 10 degrés par rapport au plan horizontal.
- Porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface de contact est constituée par une bague de contact (32) montée rotative.
- Porte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un moyen de guidage (30) est fixé sur un élément de vantail de porte (12) et/ou un élément de vantail de portillon (22).
- Porte selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la bague de contact (32) est montée rotative par le biais d'un roulement à billes et/ou d'un palier à roulement vis-à-vis d'un élément de palier, notamment un tourillon (34), fixé à un élément de portillon (22) ou un élément de vantail de porte (12).
- Porte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la surface de guidage (42, 44) monte et/ou descend à la manière d'une rampe en direction d'une position terminale pour le moyen de guidage.
- Porte selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par deux surfaces de guidage (42, 44) espacées l'une de l'autre dans le sens de l'axe de pivotement, l'une d'entre elles montant à la manière d'une rampe en direction de la position terminale et l'autre descendant à la manière d'une rampe en direction de la position terminale, de telle manière que les surfaces de guidage (42, 44) forment une amenée en forme d'entonnoir pour le moyen de positionnement (30).
