Claims (27)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verpackung für stangenförmige Rauchartikel aus einem vorher bedruckten oder unbedruckten Folienstreifen (3, 3b), der von einer Folienstreifenspule (2) entnommen wird, wobei der Folienstreifen im Arbeitstakt (P) der Verpackungsmaschine auf der Fertigungslinie geprägt wird und/oder mit Falzbrüchen versehen wird und anschließend zugeschnitten wird und der Folienstreifen in einer Verpackungsmaschine um die stangenförmigen Rauchartikel gefaltet wird;
wobei
ein Betriebstakt einer Prägeeinheit (A1), die für das Prägen auf der Fertigungslinie ausgelegt ist, mit einer Bestimmungseinheit (9) durch das Detektieren einer Oberflächenstruktur (23S) bestimmt wird, die von der Prägeeinheit (4) auf den Folienstreifen (3, 3b) geprägt werden soll; und
der Betriebstakt der Prägeeinheit (A1) mit dem Arbeitstakt (P) der Verpackungsmaschine synchronisiert ist;
das Verfahren ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
der Folienstreifen eine äußere Schicht der Verpackung ist, wobei die äußere Schicht der Verpackung dafür ausgelegt ist, stangenförmige Rauchartikel zu empfangen und die Verpackung zusammenzuhalten;
ein Betriebstakt einer Falzeinheit (A2) oder ein Betriebstakt der Schneideeinheit (A3) mit dem Betriebstakt der Prägeeinheit (A1) synchronisiert ist; und
der Betriebstakt der Schneideeinheit (A3) mit dem Betriebstakt der Falzeinheit (A2) oder dem Betriebstakt der Prägeeinheit (A1) synchronisiert ist;
wobei
die Falzbrüche (21a-21e) von der Falzeinheit auf dem Folienstreifen an gewünschten relativen Position bezüglich der geprägten Oberflächenstrukturen auf dem Folienstreifen gebildet werden, und
Schnitte (22a-22e) von der Schneideeinheit an den gewünschten relativen Positionen auf dem Folienstreifen durchgeführt werden, wobei jeder der Schnitte eine Länge aufweist, die kleiner als eine Breite des Folienstreifens ist, außer bei den Schnitten, die an den zwei Endpunkten des Folienstreifens durchgeführt werden, wenn er zugeschnitten wird, die sich durch die Breite des Folienstreifens erstrecken. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das einen Schritt des Messens einer quantitativen Abweichung zwischen dem Betriebstakt der Prägeeinheit (A1) und dem Betriebstakt der Falzeinheit (A2) und/oder zwischen dem Betriebstakt der Falzeinheit (A2) und dem Betriebstakt der Schneideeinheit (A3) mit einer Vergleichsvorrichtung (12, 16) enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vergleichsvorrichtung (12, 16) ausgelegt ist, um den Folienstreifen (3, 3b) in einem regelmäßigen Zeitintervall mit Licht zu bestrahlen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das regelmäßige Zeitintervall mit dem Arbeitstakt (P) übereinstimmt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt des Anpassens des Betriebstaktes der Prägeeinheit (A1) oder des Betriebstaktes der Falzeinheit (A2) oder des Betriebstaktes des Schneideeinheit (A3) umfasst, um eine Position der Folienstreifenspule (2) in der Verpackungsmaschine zu steuern.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägeeinheit (4) ausgelegt ist, Zeichen auf dem Folienstreifen (3, 3b) zu erzeugen, die visuell und/oder taktil und/oder akustisch wahrnehmbar sind und/oder als Authentifizierungsmerkmale dienen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Schicht der Verpackung aus einem leichten Material wie Papier, dünne Pappe, Hybridfolie, Folie mit mehreren Beschichtungen verschiedener Materialien oder Papier- oder Plastikfolien, die metallisiert oder anders oberflächenbeschichtet sein können, besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stangenförmigen Rauchartikel, die Zigaretten, Zigarillos oder Zigarren sind, in die Verpackung eingeführt werden, die zumindest aus der äußeren Schicht ohne eine Innenverpackung besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betriebstakt der Falzeinheit (A2) mit dem Arbeitstakt (P) der Verpackungsmaschine ist und der Betriebstakt der Schneideeinheit (A3) mit dem Betriebstakt der Falzeinheit (A2) synchronisiert ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienstreifen (3, 3b) vor dem Prägen bedruckt wird, wobei der Betriebstakt der Druckeinheit mit dem Arbeitstakt (P) der Verpackungsmaschine und dem Betriebstakt der anderen Einheiten synchronisiert ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehr als eine Vorrichtung verwendet wird, um sowohl einen Folienstreifen für eine Außenverpackung als auch einen Folienstreifen für eine Innenverpackung zu verarbeiten und um diese in der Verpackungsmaschine auf der Fertigungslinie mit dem Arbeitstakt (P) zu einer mehrschichtigen Verpackung zusammenzufügen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung odorisiert wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Implementieren des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Folienstreifenspule (2), eine Prägeeinheit (4) zum Prägen von Oberflächenstrukturen und/oder eine Falzeinheit (5) und eine Schneideeinheit (6) umfasst und betriebstechnisch mit der Verpackungsmaschine (7) verbunden ist, wobei die Vorrichtung Steuerelemente (11, 15) und Synchronisierelemente (8) umfasst, um den Folienstreifen (3, 3b) auf der Fertigungslinie mit einem Arbeitstakt (P) der Verpackungsmaschine zu verarbeiten und um einen hergestellten Zuschnitt (19, 19b) um die stangenförmigen Rauchartikel (18) zu wickeln;
wobei die Synchronisierelemente (8) ferner Folgendes umfassen:eine Detektionseinheit (9) zum Bestimmen eines Betriebungstaktes (A1) der Prägeeinheit (4) durch Detektion der Oberflächenstrukturen (23S), die von der Prägeeinheit (4) auf den Folienstreifen (3, 3b) geprägt werden sollen,wobei die Steuerelemente (11, 15) ferner Folgendes umfassen:eine Reguliereinheit (11, 15), um jeweils den Betriebstakt (A1, A2, A3) der Druck-, Präge-, Falz-, Schneideeinheit (4, 5, 6) mit dem Arbeitstakt (P) der Verpackungsmaschine (7) und miteinander zu synchronisieren, undVergleichsvorrichtungen (12, 16) zum Detektieren von quantitativen Abweichungen zwischen den Betriebstakten (A1, A2, A3) der Prägeeinheit (4), der Falzeinheit (5) und der Schneideeinheit (6);
wobei die Synchronisierelemente derart konfiguriert sind, dass die Falzeinheit bereit ist, Falzbrüche (21a-21e) an gewünschten relativen Positionen bezüglich der geprägten Oberflächenstrukturen auf dem Folienstreifen zu bilden, und die Schneideeinheit bereit ist, Schnitte (22a-22e) durchzuführen, die sich an den gewünschten relativen Positionen auf dem Folienstreifen befinden, wobei jeder dieser Schnitte eine Länge aufweist, die kleiner als eine Breite des Folienstreifens ist, außer den Schnitten, die an den Endpunkten des Folienstreifens durchgeführt werden, wenn er zugeschnitten wird, die sich über die Breite des Folienstreifens erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägeeinheit (4) eine Walzenanordnung (4A-4G) umfasst, die mindestens zwei Walzen (28, 29A, 30A, 53, 54) aufweist, die mit Logos (23L), Zähnen (31) oder erhabenen Prägeelementen (23R) versehen sind, die in Zeilen oder Reihen oder einzeln angeordnet sind, um Oberflächenstrukturen (23S, 24S) auf den Folienstreifen (3, 3B) zu prägen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der mindestens zwei Walzen (28, 28F; 29, 29A; 30, 30A, 53) mit Zähnen (31) versehen ist, die aus einem Walzenzylinder hervorstehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenanordnung (4A-4G) mindestens eine Walze (54), die mit erhabenen Prägeelementen (23R) versehen ist, und mindestens eine Gegenwalze (55) mit entsprechenden Vertiefungen (23H) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenanordnung (4A-4G) mindestens eine Gegenwalze (32), die mit einem umlaufenden Ring (32R) versehen ist, und/oder mindestens eine zweite Gegenwalze (33) mit Längsrippen (33L) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzeinheit (5) eine erste und eine zweite Falzwalze (34, 35) umfasst, die mit zueinander komplementär geformten Falzwerkzeugen (37, 38a-38e; 39a-39e, 40) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Falzwalze (34) mit umlaufenden Rillen (40) und Längsrillen (39a-39e) versehen ist und die zweite Falzwalze (35) mit umlaufenden Ringen (37) und Längsrippen (38a-38e) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und/oder die zweite Falzwalze (34, 35) mit Falz-, Schneide- und/oder Prägezähnen oder Prägeelementen versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reguliereinheiten (11, 15) Positioniervorrichtungen (13, 17) zum Anpassen der Umfangspositionen der ersten und/oder der zweiten Falzwalze (34, 35) relativ zu dem Folienstreifen (3, 3b) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideeinheit (6) zwei Schneidewalzen (43, 44) umfasst, wovon eine Schneidewalze (43) eine glatte Walze und die andere Schneidewalze (44) mit Schneidewerkzeugen (48, 49a-49e) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die andere Schneidwalze mit Falz- oder Schneide- und/oder Prägezähnen oder Prägeelementen versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reguliereinheiten (11, 15) Positioniervorrichtungen (13, 17) zum Anpassen der Umfangspositionen der einen Schneidewalze (43) und/oder der anderen Schneidewalze (44) relativ zu dem Folienstreifen (3, 3b) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 24, die ferner eine Odorisierungseinheit umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vergleichsvorrichtung (12, 16) eine Lampe umfasst, die ausgelegt ist, den Folienstreifen (3; 3b) in einem regelmäßigen Zeitintervall mit Licht zu bestrahlen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das regelmäßige Zeitintervall mit dem Arbeitstakt (P) übereinstimmt.
