Claims (10)
- 엠보싱 및 접착제 도포 공정에 사용되는 패턴 형성된 요소에 있어서,상기 패턴 형성된 요소의 표면이 패턴이 상부에 배치된 재료를 포함하며, 상기 재료는 중합체를 포함하고 70을 초과하는 쇼어 A 경도 및 30dyne/㎝ 미만의 임계 표면 에너지를 갖는패턴 형성된 요소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 재료는 500g/25.4㎜ 미만의 박리력을 갖는패턴 형성된 요소.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 재료는 300㎎ 미만의 테이버 마모 중량 손실을 갖는패턴 형성된 요소.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 재료는 2중량% 내지 50중량%의 임계 표면 에너지 감소제를 더 포함하는패턴 형성된 요소.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중합체는 실리콘, 플루오르중합체, 폴리우레탄, 니트릴 고무, 아이소프렌 고무, 열가소성 탄성중합체, EP 고무, SBR, EPDM, 에폭시드, 폴리클로로프렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는패턴 형성된 요소.

- 기재를 엠보싱하고 이에 접착제를 도포하는 방법에 있어서,ⓐ 제 1 엠보싱 패턴이 상부에 배치되고, 상기 제 1 엠보싱 패턴과 상보적인 제 2 엠보싱 패턴이 상부에 배치된 제 2 엠보싱 롤과 맞물리며, 70을 초과하는 쇼어 A 경도 및 30dyne/㎝ 미만의 임계 표면 에너지를 갖고 중합체를 포함하는 엠보싱 재료를 그 표면이 포함하는 제 1 엠보싱 롤을 공급하는 단계와,ⓑ 접착제를 상기 제 1 엠보싱 롤에 도포하는 단계와,ⓒ 상기 단계 ⓑ 후에, 시트 재료의 기재를 상기 제 1 엠보싱 롤과 접촉시켜, 상기 접착제가 상기 제 1 엠보싱 롤의 상기 제 1 엠보싱 패턴과 정합하여 상기 시트 재료의 기재 상에 접착제 패턴을 형성하는 단계와,ⓓ 상기 시트 재료의 기재를 상기 제 1 엠보싱 롤과 상기 제 2 엠보싱 롤 사이로 통과시켜 상기 제 1 엠보싱 롤과 상기 제 2 엠보싱 롤이 상기 기재를 상기 상보적인 엠보싱 패턴으로 엠보싱하여 골 및 랜드 영역의 패턴을 형성함으로써, 상기 접착제 패턴이 상기 랜드 영역들 사이의 상기 골 상에 있도록 하는 단계를 포함하는엠보싱 및 접착제 도포 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 중합체는 실리콘, 실리콘 공중합체, 플루오르중합체, 불소화 공중합체, 우레탄-불소 공중합체, 폴리우레탄, 니트릴 고무, EP 고무, SBR, EPDM, 에폭시드, 실리콘-우레탄 공중합체, 폴리클로로프렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는엠보싱 및 접착제 도포 방법.
