The screw 12 and the slot 8 ensure a perfect hold of the dial 1 on the plate 2, so that no other means of maintenance is necessary. Claims (6)

  1. Assembly comprising a watch dial (1) and a bottom plate (2), the bottom plate (2) being delimited by an upper peripheral rim (4) which is extended downwards by an external peripheral surface (6), the watch dial (1) being secured to the upper peripheral rim (4) of the bottom plate (2) via at least first and second securing means, said assembly being characterized in that the first securing means comprises a boss (18) provided on the external peripheral surface (6) of the bottom plate (2), the dial (1) having a peripheral edge (10) via which the dial is held between the head (14; 24) of a nail or a screw (12; 22) and the upper peripheral rim (4) of the bottom plate (2), the head (14; 24) of the nail or screw (12; 22) being extended by a shank (16; 26) which is housed in the boss (18) of the bottom plate (2).
  2. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the second securing means includes a slot (8) provided on the upper peripheral rim (4) of the bottom plate (2), the peripheral edge (10) of the dial (1) being housed in the slot (8) of the bottom plate (2).
  3. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the second securing means includes a second boss (18) provided on the external peripheral surface (6) of the bottom plate (2), a second nail or a second screw (22; 12) holding, via the head (24; 14) thereof, the peripheral edge (10) of the dial (1) against the upper peripheral rim (4) of the bottom plate (2), the head (24; 14) of the second nail or of the second screw (22; 12) being extended by a shank (26, 16) which is housed in the second boss (18) of the bottom plate (2).
  4. Assembly according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the dial (1) is disposed between a flange (36) and the bottom plate (2), the nail or the screw (22; 12) being driven or screwed into the flange (36) and sandwiching the flange (36) between the head (24; 14) and the shank (26; 16) thereof which is housed in the boss (18) of the bottom plate (2).
  5. Assembly according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the dial (1) is disposed between a flange (36) and the bottom plate (2), at least one securing foot (38), which is integral with the flange (36), being housed in the corresponding boss (18) of the bottom plate (2).
  6. Assembly according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the bottom plate (2) includes at least one centring stud (28) on the upper peripheral rim (4) thereof and the peripheral edge (10) of the dial (1) includes a notch (30) arranged to cooperate with the centring stud (28).
