Claims (5)

  1. Doseur à piston pour milieux fluides, comprenant
    a) un ensemble unitaire cylindrique (20), prédéfinissant une chambre cylindrique (18) et intégré dans un ensemble de raccordement (66) ;
    b) un ensemble (32 ; 32, 50) à piston, doté d'un élément (38 ; 50) formant piston qui est mobile dans la chambre cylindrique (18) et délimite, par zones, une chambre de travail (52) dans ladite chambre cylindrique (18) ;
    sachant que
    c) ledit ensemble unitaire cylindrique (20) comporte un orifice de remplissage (54) communiquant avec la chambre de travail (52), et par l'intermédiaire duquel un milieu fluide peut être délivré à ladite chambre de travail (52), et un orifice de décharge (58) communiquant avec ladite chambre de travail (52), et par l'intermédiaire duquel un milieu fluide peut être distribué à partir de ladite chambre de travail (52) ;
    d) ledit ensemble unitaire cylindrique (20) est mobile par rapport audit ensemble de raccordement (66), et peut prendre une position de remplissage et une position de distribution ;
    e) ledit ensemble de raccordement (66) comporte un raccord de remplissage (70) pouvant être relié à une source (72) de milieu fluide, et un raccord de décharge (80) pouvant être relié à un dispositif applicateur (82) ;

    caractérisé par le fait que
    h) l'élément (38 ; 50), formant piston dans l'ensemble (32 ; 32, 50) à piston, se présente comme un piston (38) d'une unité (32) à piston pouvant être entraînée, de l'extérieur, par l'intermédiaire d'une tige (34) dudit piston ;
    ou
    i) ledit élément (38 ; 50), formant piston dans l'ensemble (32 ; 32, 50) à piston, se présente comme un piston (50) à mobilité autonome dans la chambre cylindrique (18), et ledit ensemble (32 ; 32, 50) à piston inclut, par ailleurs, une unité (32) à piston qui peut être entraînée, de l'extérieur, par l'intermédiaire d'une tige (34) dudit piston, est située du côté dudit piston (50) à mobilité autonome éloigné de la chambre de travail (52), et peut être mise en liaison opérante avec ledit piston ;
    étant précisé que
    j) l'unité (32) à piston peut être verrouillée avec l'ensemble unitaire cylindrique (20) dans au moins une position, de manière libérable, de telle sorte que ledit ensemble unitaire cylindrique (20) soit entraîné par ladite unité (32) à piston, au cours du mouvement de cette dernière.
  2. Doseur à piston selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le piston (50) à mobilité autonome est réalisé sous la forme d'un piston flottant (50).
  3. Doseur à piston selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé par le fait que, dans sa position de remplissage, ainsi que/ou dans sa position de distribution, l'ensemble unitaire cylindrique (20) peut être verrouillé avec l'ensemble de raccordement (66).
  4. Doseur à piston selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par la présence, en vue du verrouillage de l'unité (32) à piston et/ou de l'ensemble unitaire cylindrique (20), d'éléments de verrouillage (46, 76, 86) à actionnement par air comprimé qui prennent un état verrouillé, par précontrainte, en l'absence de délivrance d'air comprimé, et un état libéré lorsque de l'air comprimé est délivré.
  5. Doseur à piston selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dévolu à l'alimentation d'un dispositif applicateur à fonctionnement électrostatique, dans une installation de revêtement d'objets.
