Claims (12)
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) für Rollen (2, 3) mit Bahnmaterial für die Versorgung insbesondere einer Verpackungseinheit, die sich an der Rückseite relativ zu der besagten Vorrichtung (1) befindet, wobei diese letztere eine als zwei Tragarme (7, 8) ausgestaltete Trägerstruktur (4), die mit zumindest Mitteln (5A) zum Aufnehmen und drehbar Halten von mindestens einer ersten Rolle (2) in einer ersten Arbeitsposition (6A) und Mitteln (5C) zum Aufnehmen von mindestens einer zweiten Rolle in einer Warteposition (6C) versehen ist, umfasst, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) ebenfalls Anschlagmittel (30) umfasst, die aus einer Klammer (31) bestehen, die eine erste Klemmbacke (32) und eine zweite Klemmbacke (33) umfasst, wobei sich die besagten Klemmbacken (32, 33) parallel zu den Abwickelachsen der Rollen (2, 3) und quer zu einer Bahn (12) der ersten Rolle (2) erstrecken, wobei die erste Klemmbacke (32) auf dem Förderweg der Bahn (12) in Richtung auf eine stromabwärts befindliche Maschine angeordnet ist, und die zweite Backe (33) beweglicher Art und geeignet ist, dank angepasster Antriebsmittel (34) eine an die erste Klemmbacke (32) anliegende Position und eine Warteposition (35), in der die Bahn (12A) der zweiten Rolle (3), die sich in der Warteposition (6C) auf der Haspelvorrichtung (1) befindet, anliegend an diese zweite Klemmbacke (33) gebracht und gehalten werden kann, einzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Haspelvorrichtung auch Folgendes umfasst:- mindestens Mittel (5B) zum Aufnehmen und drehbar Halten der besagten ersten Rolle (2) in zumindest einer zweiten Arbeitsposition (6B);- Mittel (14) zum translatorischen Verschieben der ersten Rolle (2) von der besagten ersten Arbeitsposition (6A) in die besagte zweite Arbeitsposition (6B);- Mittel (15) zum Abführen der besagten ersten Rolle (2) von der besagten zweiten Arbeitsposition (6B) auf der besagten Tragstruktur (4);- Mittel (16) zum Verschieben der besagten zweiten Rolle (3) von der besagten Warteposition (6C) in die besagte erste Arbeitsposition (6A), wobei die Transfermittel (16) aus zwischen den Tragarmen (7, 8) vorgesehenen Führungsbahnen (17, 18) bestehen, wobei jede der Führungsbahnen (17, 18) mit einem horizontalen Teil (25) verlängert ist, wobei dieser letztere das Einführen eines Doms (9) ermöglicht, auf dem eine Rolle (2, 3) gelagert ist, wobei die besagte Vorrichtung (1) ebenfalls gelenkige Laderampen (39) umfasst, die geeignet sind, von einer entfaltenen Position, in der sie die horizontalen Teile (25) verlängern, in eine gefaltete Position, in der sich die besagtem Rampen (39) zwischen den Tragarmen (7, 8) einziehen, zu gehen.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der horizontalen Teile (25) der Führungsbahnen (17, 18) und zumindest ein Teil der Laderampen (39), die die besagten horizontalen Teile (25) verlängern, mit Zahnstangen versehen sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit an jedem der beiden Enden des Doms (9) befindlichen Zahnrädern zusammenzuwirken, wobei diese Zusammenwirkung die Rechtwinkligkeit der Achse des Doms (9) relativ zu den Führungsbahnen (17, 18) sicherstellt.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmbacke (33) der beweglichen Art mit einem Anschlag versehen ist, der die besagte bewegliche Klemmbacke (33) zurückhält, wenn die Verpackungseinheit im Betrieb ist.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, umfassend Führungsmittel zum Fördern des Bahnmaterials in Richtung auf die Verwendungsmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf dem Transportweg der Bahn einen Verbindungstisch umfasst, um das Bahnende (28) von der ersten Rolle (2) in der besagten zweiten Arbeitsposition (6B) mit dem Bahnanfang (29) der zweiten Rolle (3) in der besagten Warteposition (5C) oder in der besagtem Arbeitsposition (6A) zu verbinden.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die besagte erste Arbeitsposition (6A) einer Rolle (2, 3) auf der Tragstruktur (4) auf eine Höhe befindet, die höher als die zweite Arbeitsposition (6B) auf dieser letzteren ist.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die besagte Warteposition (6c) im wesentlichen auf der gleichen Höhe wie die erste Arbeitsposition (6A), jedoch in einer auf der der Maschine zur Verarbeitung des von den Rollen kommenden Bahnmaterials gegenüberliegenden Seite versetzten vertikalen Ebene befindet, derart, dass der Transfer der Rolle (2, 3) von der Warteposition (6C) in die erste Arbeitsposition (6A) erleichtert wird.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Zurückhaltungs- und Antriebsmittel (19) umfasst, die aus Aufzugsvorrichtungen bestehen, die es erlauben, die Enden des Dorns (9) zu halten und von der besagten ersten Position (6A) in die zweite Arbeitsposition (6B) zu führen.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Klemmbacken (32, 33) unter Vakuum stehen, um es zu erlauben, das Halten einer Bahn (12) durch Saugen zu sichern.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Bremsmittel (37A, 37B und 37C) umfasst, die zumindest der ersten Arbeitsposition (6A), und der zweiten Arbeitsposition (6B) auf der Tragstruktur (4), vorzugsweise sogar auch der Warteposition (6C) zugeordnet sind.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Kippsystem (13) umfasst, das ein Puffervorrat der Materialbahn (12) bildet, wobei das System (13) mindestens eine Umlenkrolle (131, 132, 133) umfasst, um welche sich die Bahn (12) aufwickelt, wobei die besagten Rollen (131, 132, 133) an ihren Enden drehbar auf zwei Tragarmen (134) gelagert sind, wobei die besagten Arme (134) an einem Ende (135) schwenkbar um eine Drehachse (136) quer zu der besagten Bahn (12) gelagert sind, wobei das besagte System (13) auch mindestens eine auf der Tragstruktur (4) gelagerte Umlenkrolle (137, 138) umfasst.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (136) des Kippsystems (13) auf dem vorderen Teil der Haspelvorrichtung (1) montiert ist, der der hinteren Seite, in deren Bereich sich die Verpackungseinheit befindet, gegenüberliegt.
- Haspelvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kippsystem (13) Mitteln zum Detektieren eines Grenzvorrats der Materialbahn (12) zugeordnet ist, die ein Anhalten der Verpackungseinheit erlauben, falls eine Überschreitung eines Grenzvorrats detektiert wird.
