Claims (14)
- Dispositif de surveillance électromécanique pour constater un départ indésirable d'une cabine d'ascenseur (3) à un arrêt, étant précisé que le dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12) comprend un galet libre (13) qui est pressé en cas de besoin contre une voie de roulement (14, 8, 25) de la cabine (3), et que le dispositif de surveillance (12) comprend un capteur (15) qui constate une rotation du galet libre (13) suivant un angle de rotation prédéfini et, en cas de dépassement de l'angle de rotation prédéfini, actionne un dispositif de freinage (9, 10, 11).
- Dispositif de surveillance électromécanique selon la revendication 1, étant précisé que le galet libre (13) entraîne un disque à came (17) et que le capteur (15) est un commutateur électromécanique (19) qui, lors de la rotation du disque à came (17), est apte à être actionné par une came (18) de ce dernier et qui actionne le dispositif de freinage (9, 10, 11).

- Dispositif de surveillance électromécanique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, étant précisé que le dispositif de surveillance (12) contient un poids (21) et un électroaimant (22), que le poids (21) est conçu pour presser le galet libre (13) contre la voie de roulement (14, 8, 25) de la cabine d'ascenseur, et que l'électroaimant est conçu pour éloigner le galet libre (14, 8, 25) de la voie de roulement (14, 8, 25) à l'encontre de la force du poids (21).
- Dispositif de surveillance électromécanique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, étant précisé que le galet libre (13) est amené dans une position neutre ou zéro quand il est espacé de la voie de roulement (14, 8, 25).
- Dispositif de surveillance électromécanique selon la revendication 5, étant précisé que le disque à came (17) présente une seule came (18) et que cette came (18) forme une part de masse qui amène le disque à came (17) avec le galet libre (13) dans la position neutre ou zéro quand le galet libre (13) est espacé de la voie de roulement (14, 8, 25).
- Dispositif de surveillance électromécanique selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, étant précisé que le commutateur électromécanique (19) est un commutateur à verrouillage ou bistable qui, après un actionnement par la came (18) du disque à came (17), est apte à être réinitialisé manuellement ou à l'aide d'une réinitialisation à distance.
- Limiteur de vitesse avec un dispositif de surveillance électromécanique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, lequel limiteur de vitesse (24) est apte à être relié avec un câble de limiteur (26) à une cabine d'ascenseur (3) et ce câble (26) du limiteur de vitesse (24) tourne suivant un déplacement de la cabine d'ascenseur (3), étant précisé que la voie de roulement (14, 8, 25) de la cabine (3) est un diamètre de roulement (25) du limiteur de vitesse et que le dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12) est disposé près du limiteur de vitesse (24) ou sur celui-ci.
- Installation d'ascenseur avec au moins une cabine d'ascenseur qui est disposée, mobile, dans une gaine d'ascenseur (2), contenant :un premier dispositif de freinage (10) qui est destiné à maintenir la cabine d'ascenseur (3) à l'arrêt,un second dispositif de freinage (11), à commande électrique, qui est disposé de préférence sur la cabine (3) et qui est apte à freiner et à retenir la cabine (3) en cas de besoin, etun dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, étant précisé que le dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12), lorsque le premier dispositif de freinage (10) est actionné, est pressé contre la voie de roulement (14, 8, 25) de la cabine (3) et que le capteur (15) du dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12), en cas de constatation de la rotation du galet libre (13) suivant un angle de rotation défini, actionne le second dispositif de freinage (11).
- Installation d'ascenseur selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la cabine d'ascenseur (3) entraîne à l'aide d'un câble de limiteur (26) un limiteur de vitesse (24), et le dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12) est monté près du limiteur de vitesse (24) ou sur celui-ci, et la voie de roulement (14, 8, 25) de la cabine (3) est un diamètre de roulement (25) du limiteur de vitesse.
- Installation d'ascenseur selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (15) du dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12) est relié à un dispositif de sécurité électronique (27), et ce dispositif de sécurité électronique (27), en cas de constatation de la rotation du galet libre (13) suivant un angle de rotation prédéfini, commande le dispositif de freinage (9, 10, 11), de préférence un parachute, et
en ce que le capteur (15) du dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12), en cas de constatation de la rotation du galet libre (13) suivant un angle de rotation prédéfini, actionne directement un dispositif de freinage (9, 10, 11), de préférence un parachute. - Installation d'ascenseur selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12) est alimenté en énergie électrique par l'intermédiaire d'une réserve d'énergie (28) afin de maintenir le dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12) ouvert pendant une durée minimale en cas de coupure de courant.
- Dispositif de complément pour compléter l'équipement d'une installation d'ascenseur, avec un dispositif de surveillance électromécanique (12) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, étant précisé que le dispositif de surveillance (12) comporte un support (29) avec un électroaimant (22), et un point d'appui (31) pour une bascule (30), et il est prévu sur la bascule (30) un galet libre (13) qui, en cas de besoin, est apte à être pressé contre une voie de roulement (14, 8, 25) de la cabine d'ascenseur, de préférence contre un diamètre de roulement (25) du limiteur de vitesse.
- Procédé pour commander un dispositif de freinage afin d'empêcher un départ indésirable d'une cabine d'ascenseur (3) à un arrêt,- étant précisé qu'en cas de besoin, un galet libre (13) est pressé contre une voie de roulement (14, 8, 25) de la cabine d'ascenseur (3), et- qu'à l'aide d'un capteur (15) qui peut constater une rotation du galet libre (13) suivant un angle de rotation prédéfini, un départ indésirable de la cabine (3) à un arrêt est constaté, et- qu'en cas de dépassement de l'angle de rotation prédéfini, un dispositif de freinage (9, 10, 11) est actionné.
