Claims (6)
- Ensemble soupape (11) d'une soupape d'injection (10), comprenant :- un corps de soupape (12) qui comprend un axe longitudinal central (L), le corps de soupape (12) comprenant une cavité (18) avec une partie entrée de fluide (42) et une partie sortie de fluide (40) ;- un pointeau de soupape (20) mobile de manière axiale dans la cavité (18), le pointeau de soupape (20) empêchant un écoulement de fluide à travers la partie sortie de fluide (40) dans une position de fermeture, et laissant passer l'écoulement de fluide à travers la partie sortie de fluide (40) dans d'autres positions ;- un dispositif de retenue supérieur (23) agencé dans la cavité (18) et accouplé de manière fixe au pointeau de valve (20) ;- une unité actionneur électromagnétique (36) conçue de façon à actionner le pointeau de soupape (20), l'unité actionneur (36) comprenant un agencement d'armature (22) qui est agencé dans la cavité (18) et qui peut être déplacé de manière axiale par rapport au pointeau de soupape (20), l'agencement d'armature (22) étant conçu de façon à être accouplé au dispositif de retenue supérieur (23) lorsque le pointeau de soupape (20) est actionné de façon à quitter la position de fermeture, et l'agencement d'armature (22) étant conçu et agencé de façon à se désaccoupler de manière mécanique du dispositif de retenue supérieur (23) en raison de son inertie lorsque le pointeau de soupape (20) atteint la position de fermeture ; et- un ressort d'armature (46) agencé dans la cavité (18) et accouplé à l'agencement d'armature (22) adjacent de manière axiale à l'agencement d'armature (22), le ressort d'armature (46) étant agencé de façon à fournir une force à l'agencement d'armature (22) qui contribue à l'accouplement de l'armature (22) avec le pointeau de soupape (20) ;dans lequel l'agencement d'armature (22) comprend une partie armature (22a) et une partie en saillie (22b), la partie en saillie (22b) faisant saillie de manière axiale vers la partie sortie de fluide (40) ; et
dans lequel un appareil d'amortissement (50) est agencé dans la cavité (18) adjacent de manière axiale à l'agencement d'armature (22) ;
l'appareil d'amortissement (50) comprenant une coupelle (52) accouplée de manière fixe au pointeau de soupape (20) ou au corps de soupape (12) et à une majeure partie de la partie en saillie (22b) de l'agencement d'armature (22) ;
la majeure partie de la partie en saillie (22b) de l'agencement d'armature (22) étant agencée à l'intérieur de la coupelle (52), formant de ce fait un volume (53) à l'intérieur de la coupelle (52) destiné à être rempli avec un fluide. - Ensemble soupape (11) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la partie en saillie (22b) est accouplée de manière fixe à la partie armature (22a).
- Ensemble soupape (11) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie en saillie (22b) et la partie armature (22a) sont réalisées d'une seule pièce.
- Ensemble soupape (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un premier jeu (54) est agencé entre la coupelle (52) et la partie de la partie en saillie (22b) agencée à l'intérieur de la coupelle (52) de façon à laisser passer le fluide.
- Ensemble soupape (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un second jeu (55) est agencé entre l'agencement d'armature (22) et le pointeau de soupape (20) de façon à laisser passer le fluide.
- Soupape d'injection (10) dotée d'un ensemble soupape (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
