Claims (16)
- Sandraueffektpapiermaterial, umfassend ein Substrat, gebildet aus einer Mischung aus Zellulosefasern, enthaltend mindestens einen Polymerstoff, geeignet, um die Fasermischung zu verstärken, sowie einen anorganischen Füllstoff, und aufweisend mindestens eine Oberfläche, die mit mindestens einem Oberflächenkleber behandelt ist und einer Glanzbeschichtung versehen ist, gebildet aus einem oder mehreren bindenden Polymeren und/oder Wachsen, vermischt mit Pigmenten; und wobei die Pigmente Pigmente mit einer Basis aus Calciumsilikat umfassen, sodass das Papiermaterial eine sandähnliche raue Haptik besitzt, wobei die calciumsilikatbasierenden Pigmente eine variable Korngröße und einen Weißgrad aufweisen, der höher als 85 gemäß dem DIN-5033-Standard ist.
- Papiermaterial nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Polymerstoff, der im Substrat enthalten ist, ein oder mehrere kolophoniumbasierte und/oder alkylketendimerbasierte und/oder acetylbernsteinsäurebasierte und/oder epichlorhydrinbasierte Harze und/oder modifizierte Stärken umfasst.
- Papiermaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei es sich beim anorganischen Füllstoff um einen Mineralfüllstoff handelt, der einen oder mehrere Stoffe umfasst, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Carbonaten, Kaolinen, Talk und Mischungen davon.
- Papiermaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei es sich beim Oberflächenkleber um einen Kleber mit einer Stärke- und/oder Polyvinylalkohol- und/oder Acryl-, Polyurethan- und/oder Styrol-Butadien-Polymer-Basis handelt.
- Papiermaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Glanzbeschichtung Pigmente mit einer lamellaren oder flachen Struktur umfasst wie z. B. gefälltes Calciumcarbonat (PCC), Kaoline für die Beschichtung, kalzinierte und/oder lamellare Kaoline, in Kombination mit den calciumsilikatbasierenden Pigmenten.
- Papiermaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die bindenden Polymere polyurethanbasierte, acrylbasierte, polyvinylalkoholbasierte, styrolbutadienbasierte und/oder silikonbasierte Polymere umfassen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung des Papiermaterials nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:(a) Vorbereiten eines wässrigen Breis aus Zellulosefasern, enthaltend mindestens einen Polymerstoff, geeignet, um die Fasermischung zu verstärken, sowie einen anorganischen Füllstoff;(b) Beseitigen des Wassers aus dem Brei, um ein Substrat des Papiermaterials zu bilden;(c) Behandeln mindestens einer Oberfläche des Substrats mit mindestens einem Oberflächenkleber, sodass dem Substrat Eigenschaften des Wassereindringens verliehen werden, die für einen nachfolgenden Beschichtungsschritt geeignet sind; und(d) Auftragen, auf die behandelte Oberfläche, eine Glanzbeschichtung, gebildet aus einem oder mehreren bindenden Polymeren und/oder Wachsen, vermischt mit Pigmenten, die calciumsilikatbasierte Pigmente umfassen, sodass das Papiermaterial eine sandähnliche Haptik besitzt, wobei die calciumsilikatbasierten Pigmente eine variable Korngröße und einen Weißgrad aufweisen, der höher als 85 gemäß dem DIN-5033-Standard ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Polymerstoff, der im Substrat enthalten ist, ein oder mehrere kolophoniumbasierte und/oder alkylketendimerbasierte und/oder acetylbernsteinsäurebasierte und/oder epichlorhydrinbasierte Harze und/oder modifizierte Stärken umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, wobei es sich beim anorganischen Füllstoff um einen Mineralfüllstoff handelt, der einen oder mehrere Stoffe umfasst, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Carbonaten, Kaolinen, Talk und Mischungen davon.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei es sich beim Oberflächenkleber um einen Kleber mit einer Stärke- und/oder Polyvinylalkohol- und/oder Acryl-, Polyurethan- und/oder Styrol-Butadien-Polymer-Basis handelt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, wobei die Glanzbeschichtung Pigmente mit einer lamellaren oder flachen Struktur umfasst, wie z. B. Calciumcarbonat, gefälltes Calciumcarbonat (PCC), kalzinierte und/oder lamellare Kaoline, Kaoline zur Beschichtung in Kombination mit den calciumsilikatbasierenden Pigmenten.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, wobei die bindenden Polymere polyurethanbasierte, acrylbasierte, polyvinylalkoholbasierte, styrolbutadienbasierte und/oder silikonbasierte Polymere umfassen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, umfassend, nach der Oberflächenbehandlung mit Kleber, einen Schritt des Glättens des Substrats, wobei das Substrat bis zu Rauheitswerten nach Bendtsen ISO 2494 von weniger als 50 ml/min geglättet wird, vorzugsweise von weniger als 30 ml/min und etwa von 20 ml/min.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, wobei der Schritt des Auftragens der Glanzbeschichtung mit einer Beschichtungsmaschine mit Luftmesser oder Flächenspachtel durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, umfassend einen Schritt des Trocknens der Glanzbeschichtung, durchgeführt in einem Infrarotofen und/oder einem Heißluftofen bei einer Temperatur zwischen 100 °C und 180 °C und mit einer Trocknungszeit zwischen 0,5 und 4 Minuten.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 15, umfassend einen Schritt der mechanischen Bearbeitung der Oberfläche, versehen mit der Glanzbeschichtung, insbesondere einen Schritt zum Glätten und/oder einen Schritt zum Prägen.
