Claims (10)
- Procédé pour le nettoyage d'unités d'encrage dans les machines d'impression offset, dans laquelle les bacs d'encre (13) des unités d'encrage individuelles (8a - d) des unités d'impression (7a - d) sont vidés l'un après l'autre en séquence et sont ensuite remplis d'encre,
caractérisé en ce
que les bacs d'encre (13) des unités d'encrage individuelles sont vidés séquentiellement les uns après les autres, immédiatement après la vidange du premier bac d'encre (13) l'opération de lavage pour le dispositif d'encrage associé étant lancé avant que les bacs d'encre restants soient vidés, et respectivement après la vidange d'un autre des bacs d'encre, l'opération de lavage étant lancée pour la poursuite de l'autre couleur respective, et que le remplissage du premier bac d'encre (13) est démarré, tandis que les opérations de lavage pour une ou plusieurs des autres unités d'encrage sont en cours. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
le remplissage de l'un des autres bacs suivants d'encre est lancé dès que le programme de lavage est terminé pour l'unité d'encrage respective. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
au cours de la vidange du premier bac d'encre, un programme de nettoyage de blanchet ou de cylindre d'impression de l'unité d'impression étant lancé. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
les unités d'encrage de la machine d'impression étant entraînées en commun par l'entraînement principal de la machine d'impression et lors de la vidange d'au moins l'un des autres bacs d'encre étant en mouvement. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
le bac d'encre respectif (13) étant déplacé par le rouleau encreur (14) après son vidage et le déplacement générant un signal étant généré pour le lancement de l'opération de lavage pour l'unité d'encrage respective. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
le bac d'encre respectif étant une racle à chambre qui est éloignée du rouleau racleur après son vidage. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6
caractérisé en ce
que soit les bacs d'encre (13) sont associés à des capteurs (57) qui détectent l'éloignement respectif ou le niveau de remplissage du bac (13) soit des interrupteurs, des touches etc. sont disposés sur les groupes d'impression (7a - d), et les capteurs, les interrupteurs, touches etc. génèrent des signaux correspondants qui sont associés à la commande pour les étapes de lavage, de telle sorte qu'un programme de lavage peut être lancé automatiquement pour l'unité d'encrage par l'éloignement respectif sur la base du niveau de remplissage, ou par l'actionnement de l'interrupteur ou bouton-poussoir respectif. - Procédé selon la revendication 7,
les bacs d'encre (13) ou racles à chambre peuvent être repliés. - Procédé selon la revendication 7,
la commande pour la commande de processus de lavage étant une partie (55) de la commande de machine (56) de la machine d'impression (1). - Procédé selon la revendication 7,
les bacs d'encre, les unités d'encrage ou unités d'impression état associés à des dispositifs d'affichage qui sont connectés à la commande pour le lavage de l'unité d'encrage et sont commandés en fonction de l'ordre de vidage des bacs des groupes encreurs.
