Definitions

  • the invention relates to a closure system for a child drinking bottle or for a child drinking cup and a children's drinking bottle or a child drinking cup, which is equipped with a closure system.
  • Such children's drinking bottles or cups have a container for receiving the liquid.
  • the container is closed by a lid, which has a special mouthpiece, which facilitates drinking.
  • children's drinking cups are known in which a one-piece made of a relatively strong plastic lid is provided with an integrally formed with the lid drinking spout.
  • the lid is provided with a vent hole.
  • the mouthpiece may be provided with a special insert of an elastic material with a slot-shaped opening, which emits the liquid by suction on the mouthpiece.
  • a special valve may be provided.
  • a disadvantage of the known child drinking cup is that the mouthpiece of the same, relatively strong plastic, as the rest of the lid, and that the entire lid must be replaced when the mouthpiece is worn.
  • the mouthpiece is usually a sucker made of a very elastic material, such as latex or silicone, a mounting flange has at the end remote from the opening.
  • the mounting flange is pressed by a locking ring, which is bolted to the bottle, against the edge of the bottle.
  • the mouthpiece is removable from the locking ring and thus can be replaced individually.
  • Such Kindertrinkflaschc exemplifies the publication DE 197 39 911 A1 ,
  • the correct and sealing fit of the mounting flange of the mouthpiece between the bottle neck and the locking ring is difficult to control from the outside.
  • the size of the opening of the bottle neck must correspond to the predetermined size of the mounting flange of the mouthpiece.
  • Another child drinking bottle with a nipple with a mounting flange and a screw ring for attaching to a drinking bottle is in the GB 2 309 680 A described.
  • the EP 0 940 350 A2 describes a removable cover of a bottle.
  • the cover has a closable mouthpiece on an upper plate and a vacuum valve.
  • the mouthpiece comprises a main body in the form of a stepped pin projecting from the upper plate and having a channel.
  • a mouthpiece part is mounted on the main body so as to be displaceable in the axial direction to open and close the channel.
  • a closure cap can be placed on the mouthpiece and detachable from it.
  • the channel can be opened and closed by the displacement of the mouthpiece part when attaching and removing the cap.
  • the channel is formed by a plurality of holes arranged on a shoulder around a conical portion of the main body.
  • the mouthpiece Due to the training of the Through-channel on the shoulder of the stepped pin, the mouthpiece has a large diameter.
  • the seal is uncertain because it is only given when the bottom of the movable mouthpiece part closes the channel openings. If the displaceable mouthpiece part is only slightly moved out of the closed position, liquid can escape.
  • the mouthpiece has an axially displaceable closure element, which sealingly seals the drinking opening in a first position and releases it in a second position.
  • Such mouthpieces are as integrated into a screw-cap bottle closure mouthpieces, for example, from the Swiss patent CH 681075 A5 known. Due to the axially displaceable closure element, a simple opening and closing of the opening in the mouthpiece is possible, in particular with the mouth or the teeth.
  • the closure element has a circumferential bead.
  • the circumferential bead is preferably arranged on the user-facing end of the mouthpiece and fixedly connected to the axially displaceable closure element. The bead facilitates the displacement of the closure element with the mouth or teeth.
  • the closure member is formed substantially tubular and the mouthpiece has a pin which in the first position in a Longitudinal portion of the closure element engages. By engaging the pin in the Verschlußelcmcnt the drinking opening is closed in the first position.
  • the substantially tubular closure member may have a uniform inner diameter or a variable inner diameter.
  • the inner diameter of the closure element is variable, and the closure element has at its end facing the user an inner diameter which is matched to the outer diameter of the pin.
  • the inner diameter of the closure member may be increased in a further towards the bottle portion opposite the matched to the diameter of the pin longitudinal portion, so that the liquid in the second position of the closure member by the portion with the enlarged inner diameter to the Spigot can flow around. In this second position, the pin does not engage in the longitudinal section with the matched to the pin inner diameter.
  • the above object is also achieved by the child drinking bottle or the child drinking cup with the features of claim 7.

  • the child drinking bottle or infant drinking cup is additionally provided with a handle member inserted between the container and the locking ring, formed integrally with the container, or secured to the container with a separate attachment means.
  • the children's drinking bottle or the child drinking cup additionally has a covering cap, which is detachably connectable to the closing ring and covers the mouthpiece. This protects the mouthpiece from contamination.
  • the closure system according to the invention can preferably be used for a child drinking bottle or a child drinking cup. It has a drinking opening and an axially displaceable closure element, which sealingly closes the drinking opening in a first position and releases in a second position, wherein the mouthpiece has a mounting lug which between a container edge of the bottle or the drinking cup and a with the bottle or the Drinking cup screwed locking ring can be clamped.
  • a clampable attachment lug is formed on the mouthpiece.
  • the attachment lug may in particular be a circumferential attachment flange.
  • the clamped fastening approach a combination of the closure system with existing drinking bottles or drinking cups is possible, the equipped with a screwed with the bottle or cup closure ring.
  • Such drinking bottles or drinking cups are widely used and are used, for example, for fixing a teat or a drinking spout on a child drinking bottle.
