Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the packaging consists essentially of a hollow body and a blister carrier, which is arranged so displaceable in the hollow body, that it can be pulled out of the packaging ge ⁇ .
- the slider packaging is particularly suitable as a child-resistant packaging, which ensures that it can only be opened by targeted application of force by the user. Children should not or hardly be able to open the packaging.
- a generic similar packaging is known for example from WO 2006/068602 AI.
- the packaging shown therein has a hollow body extending along a longitudinal axis, in which a blister carrier or another insert is arranged so as to be displaceable in a limited manner.
- the child insurance (or blocking position) can be repealed by pressure on a button-like tab which is angeord ⁇ net on an upper side of the hollow body and predetermined by a circular cutting line.
- the blister carrier sections are arranged, between each of which a blister is sandwiched.
- the section associated with the wells of the blister has corresponding recesses for this purpose; on the opposite side push-through areas for the packaged goods are blocked by predetermined by Perforationslinien push-through.
- the packaging irri insomnias ⁇ sig is expensive and has a limited scope.
- each type of blister is a separate one
- packaging should be characterized by a simple and inexpensive production.
- the blister carrier is configured and blisters are fastened or attachable to the blister carrier such that the blister carrier can accommodate at least two different blisters which differ in terms of number and / or arrangement or size of the cups
- the field of use of the packaging can be considerably increased or be widened.
- the user can assemble the same type of package having different blisters, but preferably have the same outer contour aufwei ⁇ sen. So the user just has to change the blister on a new batch.
- An adaptation of the packaging to a suitable blister is no longer necessary.
- Special Verank ceremoniessmit ⁇ tel as molded around the blister tongues are not required.
- the covering is a provided with at least one well for receiving packaged base film and the wells, which maintains pressure-sensitive flat cover sheet ent ⁇ .
- This is the cover sheet, which for example, to remove the packaged aluminum, Runaway ⁇ suppressed.
- Simple blisters example, under the designations ⁇ planning "blister" known. such blisters are known and in use for some time. It is particularly suitable packaging for standard blister. for certain products, the blisters can (the same external dimensions Length x width), and depending on the intended use for packaging of different quantities of packaged goods in the Number of wells can vary. For such blisters, the same blank can now be used for the blister carrier.
- the hollow body extending along a longitudinal axis can have a sleeve-shaped or tubular structure, the cross-sectional shape of the hollow body basically being irrelevant.
- the sleeve could have a triangular or polygonal cross-sectional shape. It may be advantageous, however, if the hollow body has a bottom, on the bottom side lateral side walls and a bottom gegenü ⁇ berograph upper side, wherein the bottom, the side walls and the top form a sleeve with an approximately rectangular cross-section ⁇ .
- Such a hollow body in the form of a parallelepiped is relatively easy to produce.
- the blister carrier has a base portion and a holding part.
- the blister can be fixed or fixable in a region in which no push-through regions or cups are present.
- the blister is indeed durable in the packaging, without the holder but the film of
- the holding part can be such ⁇ on the base portion ⁇ deflected that the holding part and possibly the blister after opening the blister carrier for creating a removal position are hinged about the longitudinal axis.
- the Basisab ⁇ cut can form the extension of the bottom of the hollow body in the removal position.
- first Joint fold between the base portion and holding part in the axial direction extending first Joint fold is arranged, which in an initial position (ie, the position in which the blister carrier is completely inserted in the hollow body) is preferably approximately flat on one of the side walls.
- At the first Gelenkfalz can connect a second Gelenkfalz, which may lie in the initial position preferably approximately flat one of the top.
- the two Gelenkfalze can be separated by a fold line.
- the blister carrier can have an adhesive or sealing portion to which the blister is fixed or fixable on the edge (eg glued or glued).
- This adhesive portion can connect with ⁇ play as the second articulation and separated by a fold line from this.
- blisters or ⁇ gelungs In the overlap area between adhesive section and an adhesive surface blisters or ⁇ gelungs construction can be arranged.
- Holt Melts are be ⁇ Sonder adhesives such as hot melt adhesives or so-called. Suitable. With the help of such a sticking portion Kings ⁇ nen the blisters particularly easily attached to the blister.
- fastening technology known to the person skilled in the art under the term "sealing" (eg heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing)
- the blister carrier can be provided with a sealing layer which can be activated by exposure to heat or ultrasonic vibrations, so that a weld or a surface adhesion (adhesion) takes place.
- the blister carrier can have a carrier section which is designed in the shape of a frame.
- a support portion may have a frame recess which is adapted to the wells of the blister such that all cups in this recess or between the frame of the support section are insertable.
- the blister carrier has two carrier sections, wherein the blister can be sandwiched or inserted between the carrier sections.
- at least one of the support portion and preferably both support portions may each be frame-shaped.
- the blister carrier may contain at least two and preferably a plurality of separable segments.
- the segments are arranged in groups and separated by perforation from ⁇ each other. One or more of these segments may overlap a push-through area.
- the latter segments thus form separable from Blisterabrough blocking segments, each covering a push-through area for Verpa ⁇ ckungsgut the blister.
- packaged goods such as tablets, capsules or pills can be removed from the blister by pressing in the cup.
- the separable segments form a grid. It can be particularly advantageous if the perforation lines assigned to the separable segments form a honeycomb structure on the blister section.
- the individual segments may have the shape of a hexagon. Thanks to the honeycomb structure, packaged goods can be pressed particularly easily out of the blister and through the blister section.
- the honeycomb structure can be made up of regular hexagons. The radius of the outer circle of a single hexagonal segment may for example be between 5 and 20 mm. Of course, depending on the size of the packaged goods, other segment sizes are also suitable.
- the size of the chop ⁇ cash segments is adapted to the intended packaged goods to be received in the wells.
- the radius of the inscribed circle of a Hexago ⁇ dimensional segment can for example correspond approximately to the radius of a failed ⁇ benförmigen tablet.
- the inventive arrangement is particularly suitable for packaging with a child safety device.
- child safety securing means may be provided, which ensures that the blister carrier from a locked initial position is not pulled out of the sleeve the hollow body and that the starting position (or blocking position) can only be solved by deliberate force on the package.
- Blister carrier associated blocking means may have a locking tongue on ⁇ .
- Such securing means for the parental control and the aforementioned blocking means with which it can be prevented that the blister carrier can be pulled completely out of the hollow body have become known, for example, from WO 2006/068602 A1. Of course, other security and locking means could be used.
- the blister carrier can have a wall section for closing an end opening to which a tongue section is articulated.
- the tongue portion can thereby ⁇ close packing on the second articulation for locking, possibly to the support member and further optionally in the
- the tongue portion may be formed at least two-ply.
- Another aspect of the invention relates to a blank of cardboard or paperboard laminate for a blister carrier, in particular for the previously described packaging.
- sealing of the carton or carton laminate can be Wenig ⁇ least partially provided with a sealing layer.
- the sleeve and the blister carrier may each consist of a single blank of cardboard or paperboard laminate.
