Description

This device is used in particular in railways, where in winter with a snow and / or ice covering on switches or switch parts is to be expected.
In order to maintain the functionality of switches, they are usually heated electrically in the winter months, depending on the prevailing weather, in the area of the tongues and closing devices in order to defrost ice and snow. Over the length of the contact area of the switch blades, the cheek rails are usually heated by means of electrical heating rods.
The energy used for heating is discharged into the environment over the entire surface of the rail, although it is needed only in the area between the stock rail and switch blade. This means that about 70% of the rail surface unnecessarily emits energy.
Likewise, heat energy is released unused by radiation, convection and moving air.
The unused energy released can be reduced by thermally insulating parts of the stock rail. This is in the

However, the rail insulation known in the prior art have not proven in practice with respect to their thermal and mechanical strength.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a baking rail insulation, on the one hand offers acceptable thermal insulation properties and on the other hand withstand the high mechanical loads in the track area. Furthermore, the back bar insulation should be easy to install and easy to retrofit with existing heated points.
These objects are achieved by the features specified in
Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens ist Gegenstand des Anspruchs 5.Advantageous embodiments of the device according to the invention are the subject of the
An advantageous embodiment of the method according to the invention is the subject of
The device according to the invention according to
The rail bridge insulation is shaped so that it rests positively on both the rail head and on the top of the rail foot. The shape of the two components is so matched to each other and to the shape of the rail profile that the rail bar insulation rests on the rail also on the Schienenfußisolierung and is thus clamped between the rail head, rail and Fußfußisolierung. So that the point heater can be mounted on the rail bridge, the rail bridge insulation contains correspondingly designed recesses on the rail web side facing.
Here, the rail foot encompassing rail foot insulation is guided around the rail foot so far that it protrudes above the rail foot to the rail web. As a result, the stop for clamping the rail bridge insulation on the rail foot is slightly displaced in the direction of the rail web. Due to the constructive clamping effect generated in the rail web insulation, this fixes itself during assembly by itself. This structural design of the rail foot insulation prevents the rail web insulation from sliding through the mechanical influences from railway operation.
The thermal insulation components of the cheek bar insulation are advantageously made of foamed plastic, e.g. Polypropylene (EPP) with suitable density. This material has good thermal and mechanical properties. They are inexpensive to produce by suitable methods in mass production.
According to
According to
-
Fig. 1 zeigt beispielhaft eine Ausgestaltung der Erfindung.
-
Fig. 1 shows an example of an embodiment of the invention.
The portions of the rail foot insulation (2) projecting beyond the rail foot height are advantageously drawn around the rail foot (5) in the direction of the rail web (6). In order to keep the space required for the rail mounting brackets free, the rail foot insulation (2) is advantageously shaped asymmetrically with respect to the rail center. The side with the short nose is provided for the tongue-facing side. The side with the long nose defines on the cheek rail outside the stop for the rail web insulation (1). The rail bridge insulation (1) is shaped so that, when it rests firmly against the rail foot insulation (2), it also bears on the upper side of the rail foot (5) and on the rail head (7) in a form-fitting manner.
The rail web insulation (1) is advantageously carried out on the rail head (7) up to the top of the rail. This allows a large area (3) for bonding to the rail head (7).
The electrical Weichenheizelemente are attached to the jaw rail web (6) on the tongue rail side facing. On the tongue rail remote from the side of the rail web railing insulation (1) is fixed, the length of which can be variably designed. Advantageously, the length of the Schienenstegisolierteile is selected to 1.20 m. Depending on the rail shape, the rail web insulating parts are approximately 25 mm to 35 mm on the rail foot (5) and approximately 35 mm to 45 mm below the rail head (7). On the side of the rail head (7), the insulation reaches in a thickness of about 20 mm up to the top of the rail. To fix the rail web insulation, the rail head (7) is first cleaned. Then - if necessary, the rail web insulation parts (1) prepared, ie they are adjusted with recesses (4) to the mounting parts. At the narrow point is the rail bridge insulation (1) at least 15 mm thick. Now, the adhesive is applied to the adhesive surfaces (3) of the rail bridge insulation (1). The rail web insulation (1) provided with the aid of a suitable adhesive (advantageously a
