Description

    Objet de l'invention
  • La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la construction, et plus particulièrement au domaine des profils destinés à équiper les joints de dilatation entre deux parties de dalle dans les dallages ou dalles de béton sur sol.
  • Etat de la technique
  • L'utilisation de dispositifs pourvus de profils métalliques pour protéger les dalles de béton au niveau de la partie supérieure avec goujons ou doguets (ou saillies) pour l'ancrage et/ou avec éléments pour le transfert de charge est connue. Des exemples de ce type de dispositifs sont décrits dans les documents EP-A-1391556 et EP-A-1905898 . WO-A-2009/062531 décrit déjà un dispositif selon le préambule de la revendication 1.
  • L'un des problèmes rencontrés est la protection des bords des dalles de béton : pour la réalisation des dalles, il convient en effet, en phase provisoire (avant ou pendant la coulée du béton), de maintenir à niveau les profils de protection. Souvent, une connexion provisoire est prévue au niveau des tôles verticales qui sont attachées en dessous des profils et qui servent de tôles de séparation entre les dalles. Malgré cette connexion, on observe souvent que les profils ne restent pas exactement dans le même plan horizontal lors de la coulée du béton. En phase définitive (après la coulée du béton), l'ouverture du joint peut engendrer des chocs ou à-coups lors du passage de roues de véhicule ou d'engin de manutention, ces chocs réguliers entraînant à plus long terme une détérioration du béton. Ces chocs ou à-coups sont d'autant plus importants que les deux profils ne sont pas ou plus dans le même plan (horizontal).
  • Dans les dispositifs décrits dans le document DE-A-102007020816 et dans le document EP-A-0953682 , les profils sont pourvus d'éléments de transfert de charge qui pourraient maintenir les profils à niveau en phase provisoire. Toutefois, l'inconvénient majeur de ce type de dispositif est que ces éléments de transfert de charge se trouvent nécessairement présents au milieu de l'épaisseur totale de la dalle. Dans ce cas de figure, il est évident que le profil devra présenter soit une hauteur importante, soit une forme complexe, surtout dans le cas où l'épaisseur de la dalle est importante, et donc nécessiter un volume de matière (acier) important, ce qui, bien entendu, est particulièrement désavantageux au niveau économique.
  • Principaux éléments caractéristiques de l'invention
  • La présente invention vise avantageusement à surmonter l'inconvénient décrit ci-dessus. L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif tel que décrit dans les revendications.
  • L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif destiné à équiper un joint de dilatation entre deux dalles de béton selon la revendication 1. Cette structure permet d'éliminer le problème décrit ci-dessus en maintenant les profils dans un même plan en phase provisoire, donc avant et/ou pendant la coulée du béton.
  • Il est à noter que l'invention se limite à des dispositifs dans lesquels lesdites parties plates font parties des goujons (ou doguets) d'ancrage, c'est-à-dire que ce sont les goujons (ou doguets) qui servent à solidariser chaque profil avec la dalle de béton correspondante. L'invention ne couvre donc pas des systèmes dans lesquels les éléments de transfert de charge pourraient jouer le rôle de la mise en place des profils en phase provisoire. Il est également clair que les parties plates des goujons (ou doguets) d'ancrage se positionnent sous la face inférieure des profils.
  • L'invention se distingue donc des systèmes ou dispositifs de l'état de l'art dans lesquels les profils eux-mêmes sont pourvus de parties plates telles que des éléments de transfert de charge, qui pourraient assurer ledit maintien en phase provisoire (soit avant ou pendant la coulée du béton).
  • L'avantage du dispositif de l'invention vis-à-vis de systèmes ou dispositifs de l'état de la technique dans lesquels les éléments de transfert de charge permettent de maintenir les profils à niveau est que les profils peuvent être réduits en volume, c'est-à-dire que la masse de métal et en particulier d'acier nécessaire à la réalisation du profil est réduite de façon importante.
  • Dans l'invention, les parties plates qui maintiennent les profils à niveau ne font parties que des goujons (ou doguets) d'ancrage, ce qui permet d'utiliser des profils de faible hauteur, surtout en comparaison avec la hauteur totale de la dalle.
  • La partie plate de chaque goujon (ou doguet) est fixée sur la face inférieure d'un profil et déborde de la largeur de ladite face inférieure de façon à supporter l'autre (le second) profil, sans être assujettie (ou solidaire) audit autre (second) profil.

  • La figure 1 décrit un dispositif selon une première forme d'exécution de l'invention.
  • Description détaillée de plusieurs formes d'exécution de l'invention
  • L'invention prévoit donc un dispositif pour équiper un joint de dilatation entre dalles, comprenant deux profils, de préférence des profils métalliques, ledit dispositif comprenant des moyens pour maintenir de façon provisoire, c'est-à-dire avant et pendant la coulée du béton, les deux profils au même niveau dans le plan (horizontal) défini par le niveau de finition du dallage.
  • La figure 1 représente un dispositif selon une première forme d'exécution. Le dispositif comprend deux profils 1a, 1b, de préférence métalliques et rectilignes selon la direction longitudinale du joint, disposés face à face, qui vont former les bords des deux dalles de béton A et B, en équipant donc le joint entre lesdites dalles. Dans la forme d'exécution représentée à la figure 1, les profils 1a et 1b présentent une section de forme essentiellement rectangulaire et identique, ayant donc des faces plates horizontales 10a, 10b du côté inférieur des profils. Des éléments plats verticaux 3a et 3b sont fixés respectivement aux profils 1a et 1b, en dessous de ces profils, c'est-à-dire en dessous de la face inférieure 10a et 10b, et peuvent former des tôles de séparation entre les dalles A et B. Les éléments plats 3a/3b sont assemblés l'un à l'autre de manière provisoire à plusieurs endroits 4 le long du joint, par exemple à l'aide de plusieurs connexions classiques telles que des boulons (vis+écrous) (non montré).
  • L'une des tôles de séparation 3a peut être solidaire d'un élément rigide 5, par exemple une plaque en métal, destiné au transfert de charge. Pour assurer le libre mouvement des deux parties dans le plan des dalles, un fourreau 6 est de préférence posé sur l'élément 5 de transfert de charge, dans l'une des parties du dallage. Puisque le fourreau 6 n'est pas attaché au dispositif, l'élément de transfert de charge ne pourra pas servir à maintenir les profils à niveau avant et pendant la coulée du béton lors de la phase provisoire.
  • Sur les faces inférieures 10a/10b des profils 1a/1b, plusieurs goujons (ou doguets) d'ancrage 2a/2b peuvent être fixés pour assurer l'ancrage du dispositif dans le béton des dalles A/B.
  • Les goujons (ou doguets) 2a/2b représentés dans cette forme d'exécution consistent essentiellement en une tôle pliée comprenant une partie plate 11, attachée de manière fixe (de préférence soudée) sur les faces inférieures 10a/10b respectives des profils.
  • De préférence, chaque goujon (ou doguet) comprend ensuite une partie inclinée 12 et une partie horizontale 13. La partie 11 du goujon (ou doguet) 2a a une longueur telle que ladite partie 11 déborde de la largeur de la face 10a pour servir de support au second profil 1b, sans être assujettie (solidaire) audit second profil. De la même manière, ledit deuxième profil 1b est pourvu de goujons (ou doguets) d'ancrage 2b, qui eux aussi sont pourvus de parties plates 11 qui débordent de la largeur des faces 10b sur lesquelles elles sont soudées, de façon à supporter les profils 1a. De façon avantageuse, les goujons (ou doguets) 2a et 2b sont disposés en alternance sur la longueur du joint. Le support mutuel des profils 1a et 1b par les goujons (ou doguets) 2b et 2a assure le maintien à niveau des bords de dalles, avant et pendant la coulée du béton.

Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif destiné à équiper un joint de dilatation entre deux dalles de béton (A,B) adjacentes, le dispositif comprenant deux profils longitudinaux (1a,1b), disposés face à face, de façon à former les bords desdites dalles de béton, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend une pluralité de goujons d'ancrage (2a,2b), lesdits goujons étant solidaires avec le dispositif, caractérisé en ce que lesdits goujons comprennent chacun une partie plate (11) qui se positionne sous la face inférieure (10a, 10b) des profils, de façon à maintenir les profils dans un même plan,
    et en ce que la partie plate (11) de chaque goujon est fixée sur la face inférieure (10a,10b) d'un profil (1a,1b) et déborde de la largeur de ladite face inférieure (10a,10b) de façon à supporter l'autre profil, sans être assujettie audit autre profil.
  2. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend également des tôles de séparation (3a,3b) qui sont solidaires respectivement avec les profils (1a,1b).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend une pluralité de cales (40) insérées dans des orifices ou trous qui se trouvent dans les tôles de séparation, de façon à ce que les cales (40) maintiennent les profils (1a,1b) dans un même plan.
