Claims (4)

  1. Häcksler zur Herstellung von kalibrierten Holzplättchen oder -teilchen, umfassend:
    ein Gehäuse (1), das von einer Vorderwand (2a, 2b), einer Rückwand (3) und einer im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Seitenwand (4) verschlossen ist, mit einer in der Vorderwand ausgebildeten Eintrittsöffnung (5) für das zu verarbeitende Holz, die von mindestens einer ortsfesten Klinge (6a, 6b) eingefasst ist, sowie einer in der Seitenwand (4) ausgebildeten Austrittsöffnung (10) zum Austritt der Plättchen oder Teilchen,
    - eine Vollscheibe (12), die in dem Gehäuse drehbar um eine Achse (9) gelagert ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Vorderwand (2a, b) und Rückwand (3) des Gehäuses ist, und die den Innenraum dieses letztgenannten in eine Häckselkammer auf der Seite der Vorderwand (2a, b) und eine Gebläsekammer auf der Seite der Rückwand (3) unterteilt,
    - mindestens eine Reihe von Messern (19, 20), die erste vorstehende Messer (19b) auf der zur Vorderwand (2) gerichteten Seite der Scheibe (12) umfassen, derart, dass diese Messer bei einer Drehung der Scheibe (12) die ortsfeste Klinge (6a, b) kreuzen, sowie ein zweites Wiederaufnahmemesser (20), das nahe dem Umfang der Scheibe (12) befestigt ist, um eine zylindrische Fläche, die auf die Rotationsachse (X) der Scheibe zentriert ist, zu durchlaufen,
    - eine seitliche Zwischenwand (21 a, b), die an die Hüllfläche des bei der Drehung der Scheibe von den Messern (19, 20) durchlaufenen Volumens angrenzt und in mindestens einem Abschnitt ihres Umfangs perforiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese seitliche Zwischenwand die Form eines Gitters (21 a, b) hat, dessen Maschengröße den Querschnitt der Teilchen definiert und dessen Breite (e) ähnlich der gewünschten Länge der Teilchen ist, wobei dieses Gitter die von dem zweiten Messer (20) durchlaufene Oberfläche umgibt und zur Seitenwand (4) des Gehäuses beabstandet ist, um einen ringförmigen Raum außerhalb der Scheibe (12) zu begrenzen, der in die Gebläsekammer mündet, und dass die Scheibe mindestens ein peripheres Wandsegment (22a, b) umfasst, in dessen Zentriwinkel die Messer (19, 20) einer Reihe enthalten sind und das das Gitter (21 a, b) zwischen diesem letztgenannten und der Seitenwand (4) des Gehäuses abdeckt.
  2. Häcksler zur Herstellung von kalibrierten Holzplättchen oder -teilchen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (12) eine hintere Blechscheibe (13) aufweist, an der das Wandsegment (22a, b) befestigt ist, sowie eine vordere Blechscheibe (14), von der die ersten Messer (19) in Richtung der Eintrittsöffnung (5) des Gehäuses (1) abstehen, und dass in der vorderen Blechscheibe (14) vorderhalb der ersten Messer (19) in Drehrichtung (A) der Scheibe (12) gesehen eine Tasche (18a, b) zur Aufnahme der gebildeten Teilchen ausgeschnitten ist, deren Randöffnung (16, 17) dem oben genannten Wandsegment (22a, b) gegenüberliegt.
  3. Häcksler zur Herstellung von kalibrierten Holzplättchen oder -teilchen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der hinteren Blechscheibe (13) und der vorderen Blechscheibe (14) der Scheibe (12) diese letztgenannte eine zylindrische Ringwand (15) umfasst, die im Bereich der Öffnung jeder Tasche (18a, b) ausgeschnitten ist, deren Radius kleiner als der Aktionsradius des zweiten Messers (20) ist und deren axiale Abmessung im Wesentlichen gleich dem Abstand ist, der die beiden Blechscheiben der Scheibe trennt, vergrößert um den Vorsprung der ersten Messer auf der vorderen Blechscheibe.
  4. Häcksler zur Herstellung von kalibrierten Holzplättchen oder -teilchen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (12) mit einer Abschirmlamelle (23) versehen ist, die sich in Drehrichtung (A) der Scheibe im Bereich des vorderen Randes des Wandsegments (22) befindet.
