Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) de conditionnement et d'application, comportant : - un récipient (2) contenant un produit à appliquer, - un applicateur (3) ou en l'absence d'applicateur un organe de distribution de produit, - un outil (25) de préparation, de finition et/ou de massage, solidaire du récipient (2) ou de l'applicateur (3) au moins en l'absence d'utilisation de l'outil, le dispositif étant agencé de telle sorte que l'utilisation de l'outil soit dissociée de l'application du produit avec l'applicateur, - une source vibrante (21) configurée pour être solidaire de l'outil pendant l'utilisation de l'applicateur ou la distribution du produit.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne les dispositifs de conditionnement et d'application comportant une source vibrante.
  • La demande internationale WO 2006/090343 et la demande US 2006/0032512 divulguent des exemples de tels dispositifs.
  • La demande US 2003/0120185 divulgue un dispositif vibrant d'application de produit simultanément à un massage.
  • Il existe un besoin pour perfectionner encore les dispositifs de conditionnement et d'application comportant une source vibrante.
  • L'invention y parvient grâce à un dispositif de conditionnement et d'application comportant :
    • un récipient contenant un produit à appliquer,
    • un applicateur ou en l'absence d'applicateur un organe de distribution,
    • un outil de préparation, de finition et/ou de massage, solidaire du récipient ou de l'applicateur au moins en l'absence d'utilisation de l'outil,
    • une source vibrante configurée pour être solidaire de l'outil pendant l'utilisation de l'applicateur ou la distribution du produit.
  • L'invention offre de nouvelles possibilités pour effectuer un maquillage ou un soin.
  • L'invention permet également, de par le fait que la source vibrante est solidaire de l'outil pendant l'utilisation, d'avoir une source vibrante qui est relativement proche de l'outil pendant l'utilisation de celui-ci, ce qui permet à l'outil de bénéficier d'une manière efficace des vibrations de la source vibrante.
  • La source vibrante peut être fixée de manière amovible sur l'applicateur ou sur le récipient, et comporter des premiers moyens de fixation agencés pour coopérer avec des deuxième moyens de fixation du récipient ou de l'applicateur.
  • La source vibrante est par exemple agencée pour se fixer par friction, encliquetage, vissage, coopération de formes sur l'applicateur ou le récipient.
  • La source vibrante peut en variante être solidaire de l'applicateur ou du récipient et non séparable de celui-ci.
  • L'outil ci-dessus ne trempe pas dans le produit du récipient lorsque l'outil est solidaire du récipient.
  • L'utilisation de l'outil est dissociée de l'application du produit avec l'applicateur.
  • La source vibrante peut générer des vibrations, notamment sinusoïdales, par exemple de fréquence comprise entre 1 et 500 Hz, mieux 10 et 300 Hz, encore mieux 50 et 200 Hz.
  • La source vibrante peut comporter un générateur de vibrations comprenant un moteur, par exemple un moteur en forme de disque, entraînant en rotation une masselotte excentrée. Le générateur de vibrations peut être autre, par exemple piézoélectrique, électromécanique ou à excentrique. Le générateur de vibrations peut encore comporter un moteur entraînant en rotation une roue dentée au contact d'un frotteur comportant une lame élastiquement déformable.
  • La source vibrante peut comprendre une source électrique, par exemple une pile de 1,5 V. Le moteur peut être par exemple agencé de telle sorte que lorsqu'il est relié à une pile de 1,5 V, il tourne à une vitesse comprise entre 5 000 et 12 000 tr/min.
  • L'applicateur peut comporter un organe de préhension définissant un logement recevant la source vibrante.
  • La source vibrante peut être intégrée à un organe de fermeture du récipient ou de protection de l'organe de distribution.
  • La source vibrante peut comporter un boîtier logeant un moteur électrique, un contacteur électrique de mise en marche du moteur et au moins une pile ou accumulateur.
  • Les vibrations peuvent être orientées sensiblement parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal de l'outil. En variante, les vibrations peuvent être orientées sensiblement perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal de l'outil.
  • L'outil peut être choisi parmi les brosses ou peignes destinés au maquillage des cils et/ou des sourcils, les pinceaux ou les embouts floqués, entre autres.
  • L'outil peut encore être adapté à masser le cuir chevelu et comporter des doigts flexibles incurvés pourvus à leurs extrémités de têtes élargies.
  • L'outil peut être agencé pour se fixer de façon amovible sur la source vibrante.
  • La source vibrante peut comporter une bague de fixation sur l'un du récipient et de l'applicateur, cette bague étant par exemple agencée pour se fixer également sur un doigt.
  • La source vibrante peut être orientable par rapport à l'applicateur, le cas échéant.
  • L'invention a encore pour objet un procédé de traitement cosmétique des matières kératiniques, comportant les étapes suivantes :
    • procéder à une application de produit au moyen d'un dispositif tel que défini ci-dessus,
    • avant et/ou après l'application, effectuer une préparation, une finition ou un massage de la région traitée à l'aide de l'outil du dispositif tel que défini ci-dessus, soumis à des vibrations.
  • L'invention pourra être mieux comprise à la lecture de la description détaillée qui va suivre, d'exemples de mise en oeuvre non limitatifs de celle-ci, et à l'examen du dessin annexé, sur lequel :
    • la figure 1 représente en élévation un exemple de dispositif de conditionnement et d'application selon l'invention,
    • la figure 2 est une coupe longitudinale, partielle et schématique, du dispositif de la figure 1,
    • les figures 3 à 6 représentent en élévation, de manière schématique, des variantes de dispositifs de conditionnement et d'application réalisés conformément à l'invention,

  • Le dispositif 1 de conditionnement et d'application représenté aux figures 1 et 2 comporte un récipient 2 contenant un produit P à appliquer sur des matières kératiniques humaines, par exemple un produit de mascara, et un applicateur 3 comportant un organe d'application 10 solidaire d'une tige 11 qui se raccorde à un organe de préhension 12.
  • Dans l'exemple considéré, l'organe de préhension 12 constitue également un organe de fermeture du récipient 2, étant par exemple agencé pour se visser sur un col 14 de celui-ci.
  • Le récipient 2 peut être muni d'un organe d'essorage 16, fixé dans le col 14, pour essorer l'applicateur 3 lors de son retrait du récipient.
  • Dans l'exemple considéré, l'organe de préhension 12 définit un logement 20 pour recevoir une source vibrante 21 qui porte un outil 25, par exemple un outil de finition permettant de parfaire un maquillage réalisé au moyen de l'applicateur 3.
  • La source vibrante 21 comporte un contacteur 26 qui est actionné dans l'exemple considéré au travers d'une fenêtre 28 de l'organe de préhension 12.
  • La source vibrante 21 loge un générateur de vibrations 30 qui est par exemple un moteur en forme de disque, entraînant en rotation une masselotte excentrée. Le moteur est par exemple monté sur un support en un matériau élastiquement déformable, notamment un élastomère, capable avantageusement d'absorber des harmoniques de vibration du moteur.
  • La source vibrante 21 peut également loger une source électrique, par exemple une ou plusieurs piles ou accumulateurs, pour alimenter électriquement le générateur de vibrations 30 lorsque le contacteur 26 est actionné. Ce dernier peut être un contacteur à contact permanent ou fugitif.
  • L'outil 25 est par exemple relié à un boîtier 36 de la source vibrante 21 par une tige 37.
  • L'outil 25 peut être choisi parmi les brosses, peignes ou embouts floqués, comportant par exemple des poils, dents, aspérités ou reliefs, destinés à peigner, séparer, exfolier, étaler ou estomper, par exemple.
  • La source vibrante 21 transmet à l'outil 25 des vibrations provenant du générateur 30, par exemple des vibrations de fréquence comprise entre 1 Hz et 500 Hz, par exemple entre 10 et 300 Hz ou 50 et 200 Hz, ces vibrations pouvant être sinusoïdales.
  • Les vibrations peuvent être orientées transversalement à l'axe longitudinal X du dispositif ou parallèlement à cet axe longitudinal, selon l'orientation du générateur 30 au sein du boîtier 36.
  • Un capot de protection 40 peut recouvrir l'outil 25 en l'absence d'utilisation, ce capot 40 étant par exemple agencé pour se visser sur l'organe de préhension 12.
  • Le dispositif 1 peut s'utiliser de la manière suivante.
  • L'utilisateur peut procéder au maquillage, par exemple des cils ou des sourcils, en utilisant l'organe d'application 10 de façon à appliquer du produit P.
  • Une fois l'application du produit effectuée, l'utilisateur peut refermer le récipient 2 et retirer le capot 40.
  • L'utilisateur peut ensuite extraire la source vibrante 21 du logement 20 et s'en servir comme d'un organe de préhension pour parfaire le maquillage en faisant vibrer ou non l'outil 25 au contact de la région maquillée. L'utilisateur peut encore, le cas échéant, utiliser la source vibrante 21 alors que celle-ci est en place dans le logement 20.
  • Dans la variante représentée à la figure 3, l'applicateur 3 comporte un organe d'application fixé à demeure sur le récipient 2, définissant une surface d'application 100.
  • L'organe d'application est par exemple un bloc d'une mousse qui peut être floquée ou une membrane floquée, solidaire du col 14 du récipient 2.
  • Dans cet exemple, c'est le récipient 2 lui-même qui sert d'organe de préhension pour appliquer le produit contenu à l'intérieur au moyen de la surface d'application 100.
  • Des exemples de récipients similaires à celui représenté à la figure 3 sont divulgués dans les publications US 2006/0083577 , FR 2 800 041 , US 2003/0129016 , US 2003/0075200 et FR 2 860 496 , qui sont incorporées ici par référence.
  • Le dispositif 1 de la figure 3 comporte également un organe de fermeture 110 du récipient 2, qui peut se fixer sur le col 14, loge la source vibrante 21, peut être actionné au moyen d'un contacteur 26 et porte l'outil 25. Ce dernier est par exemple une mousse ou une membrane floquée.
  • Un capot peut ou non venir protéger l'outil 25 en l'absence d'utilisation.
  • Le dispositif de la figure 3 peut s'utiliser en appliquant le produit contenu dans le récipient 2 alors que l'organe de fermeture 110 est enlevé, grâce à la surface d'application 100.
  • Ensuite, l'organe de fermeture 110 est remis en place et l'utilisateur peut se servir du récipient 2 comme d'un organe de préhension pour effectuer la finition avec l'outil 25, en agissant sur le contacteur 26 pour soumettre l'outil ou non à des vibrations, selon son souhait.
  • En variante, l'organe de fermeture 110 n'est pas remis en place sur le récipient 2 et l'utilisateur se sert de l'organe de fermeture 110 comme d'un organe de préhension pour réaliser la finition.
  • Dans la variante de la figure 4, l'applicateur 3 est par exemple une mousse et l'outil 25 un dispositif de massage comportant par exemple des reliefs de massage 126 tels que des picots.
  • Le cas échéant, un capot de protection 140 peut recouvrir l'outil 25 en l'absence d'utilisation.
  • Dans l'exemple de la figure 4, le produit contenu dans le récipient 2 peut être appliqué puis l'utilisateur masse la région sur laquelle le produit a été appliqué en utilisant la source vibrante 21, l'organe de fermeture 110 étant en place ou non sur le récipient 2.
  • En variante, l'utilisateur procède d'abord à un massage de la région à traiter, l'organe de fermeture 110 étant ou non en place sur le récipient 2, puis le produit est appliqué sur la région préalablement massée.
  • Dans la variante de la figure 5, le récipient 2 est équipé d'un organe de distribution 200 qui se présente par exemple sous la forme d'un embout, le récipient 2 ayant par exemple la forme d'un tube. La source vibrante est solidaire d'un organe de fermeture 110 du récipient.
  • Dans la variante de la figure 6, la source vibrante 21 porte un outil 25 ayant des reliefs de massage destinés par exemple à masser le cuir chevelu, se présentant par exemple sous la forme de doigts incurvés flexibles pourvus à leurs extrémités de têtes arrondies 160. Le produit est par exemple distribué du côté opposé à la source vibrante 21 1 par une capsule 170 comportant un orifice de distribution qui peut être obturé en l'absence d'utilisation par un couvercle 171 articulé sur la capsule 170. La source vibrante 21 est fixée à demeure sur le récipient 2.
  • Dans la variante illustrée à la figure 7, le récipient 2 est équipé d'un organe de distribution tel qu'une valve aérosol ou une pompe 210.
  • La source vibrante est solidaire d'un organe de protection 110 venant recouvrir l'organe de distribution 210 en l'absence d'utilisation. L'outil 25 est par exemple un pinceau porté par l'organe de protection 110 et peut être éventuellement recouvert par un capot de protection 140.
  • La source vibrante 21 peut éventuellement être réutilisée sur un nouveau récipient 2, une fois celui-ci vidé.
  • Dans la variante illustrée à la figure 8, l'applicateur comporte un organe d'application 10 solidaire d'une partie de préhension 12 agencée pour se visser sur le col 14 du récipient.
  • L'organe d'application 10 est par exemple une mousse ou un embout compressible pouvant se charger avec le produit P contenu dans le récipient au travers d'une paroi ajourée 181.
  • La source vibrante 21 est située du côté opposé au col 14 du récipient 2, comportant par exemple un boîtier 190 qui est rapporté sur le corps du récipient 2, par exemple par encliquetage.
  • Le boîtier 190 peut porter un outil 25 tel que par exemple une mousse ou une membrane ayant des propriétés abrasives.
  • Le dispositif de la figure 8 peut s'utiliser par exemple de la façon suivante.
  • L'utilisateur procède à un traitement préalable à l'aide de l'outil de préparation 25 puis charge l'organe d'application 10 en produit, par exemple en secouant le récipient 2, et procède ensuite à l'application du produit sur la région préalablement traitée.
  • La possibilité de faire vibrer l'outil 25 avant l'application du produit pour traiter la région destinée à la recevoir peut renforcer l'efficacité du produit en stimulant la circulation sanguine, par exemple. Les vibrations peuvent également renforcer l'action d'exfoliation cutanée, par exemple.
  • Dans l'exemple de la figure 9, la source vibrante 21 peut se fixer de façon amovible sur le récipient 2 ou sur l'applicateur 3, grâce à une bague 260 qui peut être engagée sur l'organe de préhension 12 et/ou en variante sur le corps du récipient 2.
  • La source vibrante 21 porte l'outil 25 et l'opération de finition peut s'effectuer alors que la bague 260 est encore en place sur l'organe de préhension 12, comme illustré à la figure 9 et/ou montée sur un doigt D de l'utilisateur, comme illustré à la figure 10.
  • La bague 260 peut éventuellement permettre une rotation du générateur de vibrations relativement à l'outil 25, ce qui permet de modifier la direction des vibrations.
  • Sur la figure 11, on a illustré la possibilité pour la source vibrante 21 de se fixer par coopération de formes, par exemple encliquetage, sur l'organe de préhension 12 de l'applicateur. En variante, la source vibrante 21 peut se fixer par coopération de formes sur le corps du récipient 2.
  • L'outil 25 porté par la source vibrante 21 peut être maintenu par exemple entre deux parties 301 et 302 de celle-ci, comme illustré à la figure 12, ces parties 301 et 302 étant par exemple reliées par une charnière film et moulées d'une seule pièce, et formant lorsque ramenées l'une sur l'autre le boîtier de la source vibrante. Les parties 301 et 302 peuvent être maintenues en configuration fermée par un organe de verrouillage sur lequel l'utilisateur peut agir, par exemple pour changer l'outil 25 ou remplacer la ou les piles.
  • La source vibrante 21 peut être proposée à l'utilisateur avec plusieurs outils de finition, de préparation ou de massage, comme illustré à la figure 13.
  • Dans cet exemple, la source vibrante 21 est proposée au sein d'un ensemble 400 avec plusieurs organes outils de finition, tels que par exemple une brosse injectée, un peigne injecté et une brosse à âme torsadée.
  • L'ensemble 400 comporte par exemple un dispositif de conditionnement commun pour contenir à la fois le récipient, la source vibrante et les outils de finition, ce dispositif de conditionnement étant par exemple un coffret, une boîte, un sachet ou un blister.
  • L'invention n'est pas limitée aux exemples de réalisation qui viennent d'être décrits. On peut notamment combiner entre elles les particularités de réalisation des exemples illustrés au sein de variantes non représentées.
  • L'expression « comportant un » doit être comprise comme étant synonyme de « comportant au moins un ».

Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (1) de conditionnement et d'application, comportant :
    - un récipient (2) contenant un produit à appliquer,
    - un applicateur (3) ou en l'absence d'applicateur un organe de distribution de produit (200 ; 210),
    - un outil (25) de préparation, de finition et/ou de massage, solidaire du récipient (2) ou de l'applicateur (3) au moins en l'absence d'utilisation de l'outil, le dispositif étant agencé de telle sorte que l'utilisation de l'outil soit dissociée de l'application du produit avec l'applicateur.
    - une source vibrante (21) configurée pour être solidaire de l'outil pendant l'utilisation de l'applicateur ou la distribution du produit.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, comportant un applicateur et la source vibrante (21) étant fixée de manière amovible sur l'applicateur (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, la source vibrante étant fixée de manière amovible sur le récipient (2).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, comportant un applicateur et la source vibrante (21) étant solidaire de l'applicateur et non séparable de celui-ci.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, la source vibrante (21) étant solidaire du récipient et non séparable de celui-ci.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la source vibrante comportant un générateur de vibrations (30) comprenant un moteur entraînant en rotation une masselotte excentrée.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, le moteur étant monté sur un support d'un matériau élastiquement déformable, notamment un élastomère.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la source vibrante comprenant une source électrique.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, l'outil (25) étant un outil de finition choisi parmi une brosse ou un peigne destiné au maquillage des cils et/ou des sourcils, les pinceaux, les embouts floqués.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, l'outil (25) étant un outil de massage adapté à masser le cuir chevelu et comportant des doigts flexibles incurvés pourvus à leurs extrémités de têtes élargies.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, l'outil (25) étant un outil de finition agencé pour se fixer de façon amovible sur la source vibrante.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, la source vibrante comportant une bague (260) de fixation sur l'un du récipient et de l'applicateur.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la source vibrante étant orientable par rapport à l'applicateur.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, la source vibrante comportant un boîtier logeant un moteur électrique, un contacteur électrique de mise en marche du moteur et au moins une pile ou accumulateur.
  15. Procédé de traitement cosmétique des matières kératiniques, comportant les étapes suivantes :
    - procéder à une application de produit au moyen d'un dispositif tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14,
    - avant et/ou après l'application, effectuer une préparation, une finition ou un massage de la région traitée à l'aide de l'outil (25) du dispositif tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, soumis à des vibrations.
