Abstract
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines beflockten Flächenerzeugnisses mit einer Netz- oder Gitterstruktur, wobei ein netz- oder gitterartiges, flächiges Ausgangssubstrat mit einer Klebstoffbeschichtung unter Erhalt eines Zwischenprodukts versehen wird, und in die Klebstoffbeschichtung auf elektrostatischem Weg Flockfasern eingebracht werden, wobei zur Beflockung das mit Klebstoff beschichtete Zwischenprodukt mit einem oder mehreren, ersten elektrostatischen Feldern auf seiner ersten Seite beaufschlagt wird, und durch das erste Feld Flockfasern erfasst und zumindest teilweise in und/oder durch die Maschen beziehungsweise Öffnungen der Netz- oder Gitterstruktur des Zwischenprodukts bewegt werden, wobei das Zwischenprodukt auf seiner der ersten Seite gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite mit einem oder mehreren, zweiten elektrostatischen Feldern beaufschlagt wird, wobei das eine oder mehreren, ersten und zweiten Felder in einander entgegengesetzte Richtungen ausgerichtet werden, und die von dem oder den ersten Feldern durch das Zwischenprodukt bewegten Flockfasern mittels des einen oder der mehreren, zweiten Felder erfasst und auf die zweite der beiden Seiten des Zwischenprodukts und dabei teilweise wieder in dessen Maschen oder deren Öffnungen bewegt werden.
