- Dispositif de distribution (1) pour distribuer un produit de préférence cosmétique (2), comprenant une valve (3) qui présente un élément de valve femelle (11) pouvant être enfoncé et/ou déplacé pour ouvrir la valve (3) et un joint d'étanchéité (7) contre lequel l'élément de valve (11) est précontraint, l'élément de valve (11) étant pourvu d'au moins une portion d'engagement (13) pour la fixation par engagement par correspondance géométrique et/ou par encliquetage d'un adaptateur de valve mâle (12) pouvant être enfiché dans l'élément de valve (11),
caractérisé en ce que
l'adaptateur de valve mâle (12), après le montage de la valve (3), à savoir après la connexion fixe à un plateau (6) ou à un élément de couvercle en forme de pot, peut être enfiché dans l'élément de valve (11) et peut être connecté à celui-ci par engagement par correspondance géométrique et/ou par encliquetage. - Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur de valve (12) présente une portion d'engagement (14), qui coopère avec la portion d'engagement (13) de l'élément de valve (11), notamment de telle sorte que les deux portions d'engagement (13, 14) viennent en prise radialement l'une dans l'autre.
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de valve (11) et/ou l'adaptateur de valve (12) présente(nt) à chaque fois plusieurs portions d'engagement (13, 14) notamment réparties sur une périphérie.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de valve (11) présente des nervures (15) réparties sur une périphérie interne, qui reçoivent l'adaptateur de valve (12) ou le retiennent, et qui sont notamment pourvues de portions d'engagement (13).
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la portion d'engagement (13) ou les portions d'engagement (13) de l'élément de valve (11) et/ou de l'adaptateur de valve (12) est ou sont réalisée(s) sous forme de rainure annulaire, de nervure annulaire ou d'épaulement annulaire ou d'une portion périphérique de ceux-ci.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la portion d'engagement (13) ou les portions d'engagement (13) de l'élément de valve (11) d'une part et/ou de l'adaptateur de valve (12) d'autre part est ou sont réalisée(s) au moins de manière essentiellement complémentaires les unes aux autres.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une portion d'engagement (13) de l'élément de valve (11) fait saillie radialement et en ce qu'une portion d'engagement (13) notamment immédiatement adjacente à celle-ci, de l'élément de valve (11), est renfoncée ou en retrait radialement.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur de valve (12) ou l'élément de valve (11) présente un biseau d'insertion pour faciliter l'enfichage de l'adaptateur de valve (12) dans l'élément de valve (11).
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur de valve (12) peut être connecté ou retenu à ou par l'élément de valve (11) par engagement par correspondance géométrique par le biais d'une contre-dépouille formée notamment par un épaulement annulaire ou un gradin radial.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur de valve (12) est maintenu de manière imperdable par l'élément de valve (11).
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de valve (11) est associé à un ressort de rappel (16) qui s'appuie sur une butée (17) de l'élément de valve (11), la butée (17) étant espacée d'une extrémité de l'élément de valve (11) du côté distribution, de telle sorte que l'élément de valve (11) forme une portion de paroi (18) de plus grand diamètre intérieur.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la valve (3) présente un boîtier de valve (3a) et le dispositif de distribution présente un récipient flexible interne, notamment en forme de sac (4), qui est connecté au boîtier de valve (3a), notamment par soudage.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de distribution (1) présente un récipient externe (5) avec lequel le boîtier de valve (3a) est connecté de manière étanche aux gaz ou dans lequel est intégrée la valve (3).
- Dispositif de distribution selon les revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que le récipient interne (4) est disposé dans le récipient externe (5) et est soumis une pression extérieure ou à une pression de gaz.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif de distribution (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour le stockage et la distribution d'un gel, notamment un gel de rasage, ou d'une pâte, notamment d'une pâte dentifrice.
