Claims (13)

  1. Contrôleur de vitesse pour appliquer une force de freinage lors de la fermeture d'une ouverture par un élément de fermeture (31) coulissant mobile par coulissement entre une première position dans laquelle ladite ouverture est fermée par ledit élément de fermeture (31) et une seconde position dans laquelle ladite ouverture est au moins en partie ouverte, ledit contrôleur comprenant un boîtier (1) qui renferme un élément mobile (5) pour engager et libérer l'élément de fermeture (31) de l'ouverture, ledit élément mobile (5) étant muni d'un suiveur de came (7) accouplé de manière coulissante à une came (8) sur ledit boîtier (1), et comprenant en outre un ensemble de transmission de mouvement (11, 17, 18, 19, 20) ayant un embrayage unidirectionnel (18) permettant au mouvement de fermeture d'une ouverture de l'élément mobile (5) d'être transféré à un dispositif de freinage (20) du contrôleur, et empêchant un mouvement d'ouverture d'une ouverture de l'élément mobile (5) à l'encontre des moyens élastiques (17) du contrôleur d'être transféré au dispositif de freinage (20), le contrôleur de vitesse étant caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage (20) est une dynamo-moteur (20) susceptible d'être alimentée pour transférer un mouvement d'ouverture d'une ouverture à l'élément mobile (5) par des moyens d'engrenage (19) de l'embrayage unidirectionnel (18) et d'une visse sans fin (11) qui est associée de manière fonctionnelle à l'embrayage unidirectionnel (18), ladite visse sans fin (11) étant engagée par filetage dans un connecteur (72) accouplé de manière pivotante audit élément mobile (5), le connecteur (12) étant prévu avec un suiveur de came (13) accouplé de manière coulissante à ladite came (8) formée dans ledit boîtier (1).
  2. Contrôleur de vitesse selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens élastiques (17) sont disposés de manière coaxiale autour de ladite visse sans fin (11), les moyens élastiques (17) étant prévus pour pousser ledit élément mobile (5) quand l'élément de fermeture (31) coulissant de l'ouverture doit être fermé.
  3. Contrôleur de vitesse selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite dynamo-moteur (20) comprend des bornes électriques court-circuitées (28, 29).
  4. Contrôleur de vitesse selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite dynamo-moteur (20) comprend des bornes électriques (28, 29) et au moins une résistance électrique R>0 disposée entre eux.
  5. Contrôleur de vitesse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite dynamo-moteur (20) comprend des bornes électriques (28, 29) connectées électriquement à des moyens de commande adaptés pour ajuster la résistance électrique R entre lesdites bornes électriques (28, 29).
  6. Contrôleur de vitesse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comprenant des moyens de détections (27) adaptés pour détecter une position et/ou une vitesse dudit élément mobile (5).
  7. Contrôleur de vitesse selon les revendications 5 et 6 dans lequel lesdits moyens de détection (27) communiquent par signal avec lesdits moyens de commande de sorte à entraîner la dynamo-moteur (20) en réponse à une position et/ou vitesse de l'élément mobile (5).
  8. Contrôleur de vitesse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comprenant en outre des moyens d'alimentation connectés électriquement à ladite dynamo-moteur (20) pour entraîner ledit élément mobile (5) de sorte à déplacer ladite ouverture de l'élément de fermeture (31) de la première à la seconde position.
  9. Méthode pour contrôler la vitesse d'une ouverture coulissante d'un élément de fermeture à l'aide d'un contrôleur de vitesse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend les étapes suivantes : (a) empêcher la transmission de mouvement d'un élément mobile (5) à une dynamo-moteur (20) quand l'élément mobile (5) est déplacé d'une première position dans laquelle ladite ouverture est fermée à une seconde position dans laquelle ladite ouverture est au moins en partie ouverte et permettre une telle transmission de mouvement quand l'élément mobile (5) est déplacé dans la direction opposée ; (b) dans les conditions de l'étape (a), détecter si l'élément mobile (5) associé à un élément de fermeture d'une ouverture est déplacé en direction de la seconde position ou en direction de la première position (c) alimentant une dynamo-moteur (20) pour faire tourner une visse sans fin (11) sur laquelle l'élément mobile (5) est monté en filetage de sorte à accélérer l'élément de fermeture (31) en direction de ladite seconde position si dans l'étape (b) un mouvement de l'élément mobile (5) en direction de ladite second position a été détecté, ou dissiper l'alimentation électrique générée par la dynamo-moteur (20) fournissant une résistance R≥0 entre les bornes électriques (28, 29) de ladite dynamo-moteur (20) si dans l'étape (b) un mouvement de l'élément mobile (5) en direction de ladite première position a été détecté.
  10. Méthode selon la revendication 9 dans laquelle l'étape (b) est effectuée par des moyens de détections (27) et l'étape (c) est effectuée par des moyens de commande communiquant par signal avec lesdits moyens de détection (27).

  12. Structure de bâti comprenant au moins un élément de fermeture (31) d'une ouverture coulissante et un contrôleur de vitesse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
  13. Structure de bâti selon la revendication 12 caractérisée comme étant un objet de mobilier (32) dans laquelle ledit au moins élément de fermeture (31) de couverture est une porte coulissante couplée à ladite structure de bâti.
