Claims (13)
- Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit zum Ausüben einer Bremskraft beim Schließen eines verschiebbaren Öffnungsverschlusselementes (31), das zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der die Öffnung von dem Verschlusselement (31) geschlossen ist, und einer zweiten Stellung verschoben werden kann, in der die Öffnung wenigstens teilweise geöffnet ist, wobei die Steuereinheit ein Gehäuse (1) enthält, in dem sich ein bewegliches Element (5) befindet, um mit dem Öffnungsverschlusselement (31) in Eingriff zu stehen und dieses freizugeben, wobei das bewegliche Element (5) mit einem Nockenfolger (7) ausgestattet ist, der mit einer Nocke (8) an dem Gehäuse verschiebbar gekoppelt ist, und weiterhin umfassend eine Bewegungsübertragungsanordnung (11, 17, 18, 19, 20), die eine Einwegkupplung (18) hat, die es gestattet, dass eine Öffnungs-Schließbewegung des beweglichen Elementes (5) auf eine Bremsvorrichtung (20) der Steuereinheit übertragen wird, und es verhindert, dass eine Öffnungs-Öffnungsbewegung des beweglichen Elementes (5) gegen elastische Einrichtungen (17) der Steuereinheit auf die Bremsvorrichtung (20) übertragen wird, wobei die Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Bremsvorrichtung (20) ein Motordynamo (20), der angetrieben werden kann, um eine Öffnungs-Öffnungsbewegung auf das bewegliche Element (5) mit Hilfe von Zahnrädern (19) der Einwegkupplung (18) zu übertragen, und eine Schneckenspindel (11) ist, die wirkungsmäßig der Einwegkupplung (18) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Schneckenspindel (11) mit einem Verbinder (12) gewindeartig in Eingriff steht, der mit dem beweglichen Element (5) schwenkbar gekoppelt ist, und der Verbinder (12) mit einem Nockenfolger (13) versehen ist, der verschiebbar mit der Nocke (8) gekoppelt ist, die an dem Gehäuse ausgebildet ist.
- Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit nach Anspruch 1, bei der die elastischen Einrichtungen (17) koaxial die Schneckenspindel (11) umgebend angeordnet sind, wobei die elastischen Einrichtungen (17) dazu vorgesehen sind, das bewegliche Element (5) zu schieben, wenn das verschiebbare Öffnungsverschlusselement (31) geschlossen werden soll.
- Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Motordynamo (20) kurzgeschlossene elektrische Anschlüsse (28, 29) umfasst.
- Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Motordynamo (20) elektrische Anschlüsse (28, 29) und wenigstens einen elektrischen Widerstand R≥0 umfasst, der zwischen diesen angeordnet ist.
- Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Motordynamo (20) elektrische Anschlüsse (28, 29) umfasst, die mit Steuereinrichtungen elektrisch verbunden sind, die dazu eingerichtet sind, den elektrischen Widerstand R zwischen den elektrischen Anschlüssen (28, 29) einzustellen.
- Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, enthaltend Erfassungseinrichtungen (27), die dazu eingerichtet sind, die Stellung und/oder die Geschwindigkeit des beweglichen Elementes (5) zu erfassen.
- Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit nach Anspruch 5 und 6, bei der die Erfassungseinrichtungen (27) in Signalkommunikation mit den Steuereinrichtungen stehen, um so den Motordynamo (20) in Erwiderung auf die Stellung und/oder die Geschwindigkeit des beweglichen Elementes (5) anzusteuern.
- Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, weiterhin umfassend eine Stromversorgungseinrichtung, die mit dem Motordynamo (20) elektrisch verbunden ist, um das bewegliche Element (5) anzutreiben, um so das Öffnungsverschlusselement (31) von der ersten in die zweite Stellung zu bewegen.
- Verfahren zum Steuern der Geschwindigkeit eines verschiebbaren Öffnungsverschlusselementes durch eine Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst: (a) Verhindern einer Bewegungsübertragung von einem beweglichen Element (5) zu einem Motordynamo (20), wenn das bewegliche Element (5) von einer ersten Stellung, in der die Öffnung geschlossen ist, in eine zweite Stellung bewegt wird, in der die Öffnung wenigstens teilweise geöffnet ist, und Gestatten einer derartigen Bewegungsübertragung, wenn das bewegliche Element (5) in die entgegengesetzte Richtung bewegt wird; (b) unter den Bedingungen von Schritt (a), Erfassen, ob sich das bewegliche Element (5), das einem Öffnungsverschlusselement (31) zugeordnet ist, in die zweite Stellung oder in die erste Stellung bewegt; und (c) Versorgen eines Motordynamos (20) mit Strom, um eine Schneckenspindel (11) zu drehen, auf der das bewegliche Element (5) gewindeartig angebracht ist, um so das Verschlusselement (31) hin zu der zweiten Stellung zu beschleunigen, wenn bei Schritt (b) eine Bewegung des beweglichen Elementes (5) hin zu der zweiten Stellung erfasst wurde, oder Abbauen einer elektrischen Spannung, die von dem Motordynamo (20) erzeugt wird, durch Vorsehen eines Widerstandes R≥0 zwischen den elektrischen Anschlüssen (28, 29) des Motordynamos (20), sofern in Schritt (b) eine Bewegung des beweglichen Elementes (5) hin zur ersten Stellung erfasst wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, bei dem Schritt (b) durch Erfassungseinrichtungen (27) und Schritt (c) durch Steuereinrichtungen in Signalkommunikation mit den Erfassungseinrichtungen (27) ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, bei dem der Widerstand R durch die Steuereinrichtungen eingestellt wird, bis das bewegliche Element (5) gestoppt ist.
- Rahmenkonstruktion, enthaltend wenigstens ein Öffnungsverschlusselement (31) und eine Geschwindigkeitssteuereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
- Rahmenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Möbelstück (32) ist, bei dem das wenigstens eine Offnungsverschlusselement (31) eine Tür ist, die verschiebbar mit der Rahmenkonstruktion gekoppelt ist.
