Die Begriffe Walze und Zylinder haben für das Verständnis der vorliegenden Erfindung einen gleichbedeutenden Sinngehalt. Die Walzen kommen in sogenannten Walzenstreifen aneinander zur Anlage, sodass der Farbfilm bzw. der Feuchtmittelfilm in den Walzenstreifen von einer Walze auf eine andere Walze übertragen werden kann. In solchen Farbwerken bzw. Das Stellmittel, welches vorzugsweise als eine aus einem Elastomer bestehende Rollmembran ausgebildet ist, weist bei seiner Beaufschlagung mit einem Druckmittel eine eindeutig definierte Verformung auf. Dadurch, dass die Rollmembran in den Rahmen lösbar eingebracht ist, ist sie im Bedarfsfall auf einfache Weise austauschbar. Eine stoffliche Verbindung zwischen dem Rahmen und der Rollmembran, z. B. durch Vulkanisieren oder Kleben, ist nicht erforderlich. Insbesondere entfällt somit die Herstellung einer Elastomer-Metall-Verbindung, die bisweilen teuer und problematisch sein kann. Die Rollmembran ist als einzelnes Bauteil ohne Verbindung mit einem anderen Bauteil herstellbar, was sich günstig auf ihre Herstellkosten auswirkt. Die Rollmembran übt über das z. B. in einem Fenster des Rahmens angeordnete Zwischenstück eine gleichmäßige Flächenpressung auf den Halter aus. Nur das Zwischenstück - und nicht die Rollmembran - besitzt eine Grenzfläche zum Halter, sodass bei einer rotatorischen Verstellung des Halters keine Reibung zwischen der Rollmembran und dem Halter auftreten kann. Somit ist eine Fettung bzw. Schmierung der Rollmembran nicht erforderlich, was zur Wartungsarmut des Walzenschlosses beiträgt. Die von der Rollmembran ausgebildete Kammer dichtet sich durch die angebrachte Dichtlippe bei zunehmender Beaufschlagung mit dem Druckmittel immer stärker gegen den den Rahmen umfassenden Hohlkörper ab. Claims (14)
- Roller closing device comprising an inner part (01) and an outer part (02), the inner part (01) and the outer part (02) being arranged at least partly coaxially and at least one adjusting means being arranged between the inner part (01) and the outer part (02), the adjusting means on the inner part exerting a force directed radially between the inner part (01) and the outer part (02), characterised in that the adjusting means having an intermediate piece (11) consisting of a non-compressible material transfers its force to the inner part (01), a plurality of such intermediate pieces (11) movable along an adjustment path being arranged at a distance from one another along the circumference of the outer part (02).
