Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a locking device for sliding doors of aircraft, in particular of helicopters according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such serving for the approach of the pilot or for boarding passengers sliding doors are, similar to land vehicles, laterally guided laterally along the outer surface of the fuselage structure over lateral guide rails to the height of the door opening and then suitably bent ends of the guide rails in the door opening drawn. For this purpose, the sliding door is to be moved by hand and also to lock in the closed position by hand. In contrast to land vehicles, in the case of aircraft, the doors provided there within the openings provided in the fuselage structure must be securely entrenched and closed. The closure of such sliding doors therefore requires three consecutive manual operations, namely closing the door, holding the door in this state and then locking it. For this purpose, at least two door locks are connected to the door structure, the tumblers cooperating with fastened to the hull structure fittings can be actuated together via a suitable handle having a linkage. It is therefore necessary when closing such doors for the last two operations special skill, since the respective door is to hold firmly when locking in the closed position. If the door has not been pushed closed enough, it can happen that one or the other lock is "in the void" and therefore the affected door is not properly closed. As a rule, both hands of the person concerned are therefore required for closing the door.
The previously known door locks for such sliding doors are obviously user-friendly. Although you have to open the door while standing in front of the helicopter, enough space and freedom of movement for the opening and closing of the door and can perform a drag, hold, press and / or rotate without much difficulty. However, this changes immediately after boarding and seating in the helicopter; due to the limited ergonomics and the fact that z. B. pilot or passenger seats are designed depending on body size forward and upward adjustable, then the operation of such doors is made much more difficult.
The doors of a helicopter make the first contact with the aircraft and thus determine the first impression to the respective user. There is therefore a requirement that doors are self-explanatory of their operability and function and do not already constitute the first manual and / or technical obstacle when entering the helicopter. The functions of the door lock should also be understandable and logical without additional signs and instructions for everyone.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a new door lock device that is better than previously operated while maintaining the security lock.
Starting from a run guided by rails translationally operable sliding door with at least one detent engaging behind, designed as a rack lock latch, this object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1.
Further features of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
The new door lock is surprisingly advantageous.
With the help of the catch catch according to the invention, which is in geared engagement with the latch, namely the affected, designed as a sliding door door in the position in which the latch is only in the catch, "caught", so alone by further moving the latch in the firing position, the door can be moved to its final closed position, without the need for holding / tightening the door in the manual opening provided in the fuselage structure. In the transfer of the latch in its final closed position by means of said handle is released via the geared connection between catch and latch, which is inventively designed as a sliding wedge, the catch for a new closing operation.
The inventive design of the door lock facilitates the safe closing of such sliding doors considerably and therefore significantly increases the ease of use for the crew of a helicopter. Also, the ergonomic requirements for the flight crew during flight of the helicopter with open sliding doors for sliding the door in flight are significantly reduced.

When you open the sliding door, so after releasing the
