Abstract
Description

Bei der Vorwand-Montage von beispielsweise Waschtischen, Toiletten und Bidets werden diese Elemente von Sanitär-Installationsrahmen gehalten, die am Boden und an der Wand befestigt sind. Derartige Sanitär-Installationsrahmen weisen einen Rahmen aus Metall auf, der zumeist mit teleskopierbaren Stützfüßen versehen ist. Jeder Stützfuß weist dabei ein Hohlprofilbein auf, das im Falle eines teleskopierbaren Sanitär-Installationsrahmens von einem Rohr des Rahmens aufgenommen ist. Mit dem Hohlprofilbein ist eine Bodenplatte verbunden, die bei bekannten Stützfüßen mit dem Hohlprofilbein verschweißt ist. Beispiele für derartige Sanitär-Installationsrahmen finden sich in

Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird mit der Erfindung ein Stützfuß für einen Sanitär-Installationsrahmen, insbesondere für die Vorwand-Montage vorgeschlagen, wobei der Stützfuß versehen ist mit
- einem Hohlprofilbein und
- einer quer zur Erstreckung des Hohlprofilbeins verlaufenden und seitlich über das Hohlprofilbein überstehenden Bodenplatte.

Bei diesem Stützfuß ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen,

Der erfindungsgemäße Stützfuß ist einteilig ausgebildet, wobei die Bodenplatte als einteilige Verlängerung einer der Seitenwände des Hohlprofilbeins ausgebildet und relativ zur Längserstreckung des Hohlprofilbeins um im wesentlichen 90° umgebogen ist. Ein derartiger einteiliger Stützfuß lässt sich aus einem Metallzuschnitt in einem Stanzbiegewerkzeug herstellen. In diesem Stanzbiegewerkzeug wird der Metallplattenzuschnitt mit Blechkantungen und Stanzungen versehen, so dass nach dem Durchlaufen mehrerer Biege- und Stanzvorgängen im Stanzbiegewerkzeug der fertige Stützfuß entsteht. Somit kann auf einen weiteren Arbeitsschritt zur Verbindung der Bodenplatte mit dem Hohlprofilbein verzichtet werden, was die Herstellungskosten des Stützfußes verringert.The support leg according to the invention is integrally formed, wherein the bottom plate is formed as a one-piece extension of one of the side walls of the hollow profile leg and bent relative to the longitudinal extent of the hollow profile leg by substantially 90 °. Mit Hilfe der Klemmnase lässt sich der Installationsrahmen vorpositionieren, indem er durch Teleskopieren auf die der Einbausituation entsprechende erforderliche Höhe gebracht wird, um danach mit Hilfe von Schrauben oder dergleichen Befestigungselementen endgültig höhenfixiert zu werden. Bei der Vorpositionierung nehmen die Klemmnasen der zumeist zwei Stützfüße die Gewichtskräfte des Sanitär-Installationsrahmens auf, so dass die bekannten Klemmblöcke nicht mehr benötigt werden.
