Claims (10)
- Dispositif de nettoyage de bande pour enlever des impuretés se trouvant sur une bande (10) en mouvement par rapport au dispositif de nettoyage de bande, comprenant un sas d'aspersion (2) destiné à appliquer un liquide de nettoyage sur la surface de bande à nettoyer et comprenant dans le sens de nettoyage de la bande (10), un sas d'aspiration (3) situé à l'aval du sas d'aspersion (2), destiné à aspirer le mélange liquide de nettoyage-impuretés se trouvant à la surface de la bande, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage de bande (B, B', B") présente des moyens de maintien de bande (7, 7') qui agissent sur le tronçon de bande se trouvant à l'intérieur du sas d'aspiration (3) et grâce auxquels la bande (10) se trouvant à l'intérieur du sas d'aspiration (3) reste maintenue sur toute la largeur de la bande (10) selon un intervalle défini, identique ou sensiblement identique par rapport à l'ouverture côté aspiration.
- Dispositif de nettoyage de bande selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de maintien de bande sont au moins un rouleau (7, 7') qui s'étend sur toute la largeur de la bande (10), et que cet au moins un rouleau (7, 7') fait partie d'une unité de sas d'aspiration contenant une hotte d'aspiration (13).
- Dispositif de nettoyage de bande selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (7, 7') est structuré en segments unitaires de rouleaux en laissant à chaque fois une fente entre les segments unitaires de rouleaux.
- Dispositif de nettoyage de bande selon la revendication 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (7, 7') forme l'extrémité côté bande de l'unité à sas d'aspiration.
- Dispositif de nettoyage de bande selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4 caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une fente d'introduction entre le rouleau (7, 7') et une hotte d'aspiration (13) limitant côté aspiration le sas d'aspiration (3).
- Dispositif de nettoyage de bande selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5 caractérisé en ce que l'unité à sas d'aspiration présente dans le sens du transport de la bande, deux rouleaux (7, 7') disposés à une faible distance l'un de l'autre.
- Dispositif de nettoyage de bande selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5 caractérisé en ce que l'unité à sas d'aspiration présente du côté de l'entrée, dans le sens du transport de la bande, un rouleau (7') et que, du côté de la sortie, l'extrémité côté bande de la hotte d'aspiration présente un contour en forme de buse (17).
- Dispositif de nettoyage de bande selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu en tant que moyen de maintien de la bande une barre à buses, disposée perpendiculairement par rapport au sens de défilement de la bande, de laquelle s'échappe un fluide sous pression, notamment de l'air comprimé, destiné à maintenir la bande à distance de l'ouverture d'aspiration du sas d'aspiration et que la barre à buses fait partie d'une unité à sas d'aspiration contenant une hotte d'aspiration.
- Dispositif de nettoyage de bande selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8 caractérisé en ce que l'unité à sas d'aspiration est réglable par rapport à son intervalle par rapport à la surface de bande à nettoyer.
- Dispositif de nettoyage de bande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que le sas d'aspiration (3) avec le sas d'aspersion forme une unité constructive et que les deux sas (2, 3) sont séparés par un montant (9) conformé en tant que paroi transversale.
