Claims (19)

  1. Gleitbrett (1), das eine obere Untereinheit (2), eine untere Untereinheit (3) und einen Zwischenkern (4) aufweist, wobei die obere Untereinheit (2) eine erste Längsöffnung (5) enthält, die untere Untereinheit (3) eine zweite Längsöffnung (6) enthält, und der Zwischenkern (4) eine dritte Längsöffnung (7) enthält, wobei jede der ersten, zweiten und dritten Längsöffnungen sich am hinteren Ende des Gleitbretts befindet; wobei das Gleitbrett (1) außerdem ein Versteifungselement (8) aufweist, das gleichzeitig in die zweite (6) und dritte Längsöffnung (7) eingefügt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versteifungselement (8) einen vorderen Abschnitt (11), der in die Öffnungen eingefügt ist, und einen hinteren Abschnitt (12) außerhalb der Öffnungen aufweist, der dadurch das hintere Ende des Gleitbretts bildet.
  2. Gleitbrett (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versteifungselement (8) gleichzeitig in die erste (5), zweite (6) und dritte Öffnung (7) eingefügt wird.
  3. Gleitbrett (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versteifungselement (8) eine ebene Unterseite (21) hat.
  4. Gleitbrett (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versteifungselement (8) eine konkave Unterseite (21) hat.
  5. Gleitbrett (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versteifungselement (8) eine konvexe Unterseite (21) hat.
  6. Gleitbrett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Längsöffnung (5) deutlich schmaler ist als die zweite (6) und dritte Längsöffnung (7).
  7. Gleitbrett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versteifungselement (8) nach der Herstellung des Gleitbretts abmontiert werden kann.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts (1), das aus der Herstellung eines Gleitbrettrohlings, der einen Längseinschnitt an seinem hinteren Ende aufweist, aus dem Einfügen eines Versteifungseinsatzes ins Innere des Längseinschnitts, und dann aus der Befestigung des Versteifungseinsatzes am Gleitbrettrohling besteht, derart, dass keine relative Bewegung zwischen dem Versteifungseinsatz und dem Gleitbrettrohling möglich ist; wobei der Versteifungseinsatz einen vorderen Abschnitt (11), der in den Einschnitt eingefügt ist, und einen hinteren Abschnitt (12) außerhalb des Einschnitts aufweist.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts (1) nach Anspruch 8, das die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - Vorbereitung einer oberen Untereinheit (2), die eine Oberschicht enthält,
    - Vorbereitung einer unteren Untereinheit (3), die eine Gleitsohle (14) und Kanten (13) enthält, wobei die untere Untereinheit (3) eine zweite Längsöffnung (6) aufweist,
    - Vorbereitung eines Kerns (4), der eine dritte Längsöffnung (7) hat,
    - Vorbereitung eines Endbearbeitungs-Abstandshalters (18),
    - Vorbereitung eines Versteifungselements (8),
    - Einsetzen der oberen Untereinheit (2), der unteren Untereinheit (3) und des Kerns (4) in ein Formwerkzeug, um einen Gleitbrettrohling (15) zu erhalten,
    - erste Endbearbeitungsphase,
    - Einsetzen des Endbearbeitungs-Abstandshalters (18) in die Öffnung zur Bearbeitung in einer Längsöffnung, die im hinteren Teil des Rohlings (15) ausgespart ist,
    - zweite Endbearbeitungsphase,
    - Einsetzen des Versteifungselements (8) in die zweite (6) und dritte Längsöffnung (7),
    - Befestigung des Versteifungselements (8) am Gleitbrett (1).
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt der Vorbereitung einer oberen Untereinheit (2) das Ausschneiden einer ersten Längsöffnung (5) enthält.
  11. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Endbearbeitungsphase das Ausschneiden einer ersten Längsöffnung (5) in der oberen Untereinheit (2) enthält.
  12. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Endbearbeitungsphase das seitliche Entgraten des Gleitbretts (1) enthält.
  13. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Endbearbeitungsphase das Bearbeiten der Gleitsohle (14) und der Kanten (13) enthält.
  14. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts (1) nach Anspruch 8, das die folgenden Schritte enthält:
    - Vorbereitung einer oberen Untereinheit (2), die eine Oberschicht enthält,
    - Vorbereitung einer unteren Untereinheit (3), die eine Gleitsohle (14) und Kanten (13) enthält, wobei die untere Untereinheit (3) eine zweite Längsöffnung (6) enthält,
    - Vorbereitung eines Kerns (4), der eine dritte Längsöffnung (7) enthält,
    - Vorbereitung eines Versteifungselements (8),
    - Einsetzen der oberen Untereinheit (2), der unteren Untereinheit (3) und des Kerns (4) in ein Formwerkzeug, um einen Gleitbrettrohling (15) zu erhalten,
    - erste Endbearbeitungsphase,
    - Einsetzen des Versteifungselements (8) in die zweite (6) und dritte Längsöffnung (7),
    - Befestigung des Versteifungselements (8) am Gleitbrett (1),
    - zweite Endbearbeitungsphase.
  15. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt der Vorbereitung einer oberen Untereinheit (2) das Ausschneiden einer ersten Längsöffnung (5) enthält.
  16. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Endbearbeitungsphase das Ausschneiden einer ersten Längsöffnung (5) in der oberen Untereinheit (2) enthält.
  17. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Endbearbeitungsphase das seitliche Entgraten des Gleitbretts (1) enthält.
  18. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Endbearbeitungsphase die Bearbeitung der Gleitsohle (14) und der Kanten (13) enthält.
  19. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbretts (1) nach Anspruch 8, das die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - Vorbereitung einer oberen Untereinheit (2), die eine Oberschicht enthält, wobei die obere Untereinheit ggf. eine erste Längsöffnung aufweist,
    - Vorbereitung einer unteren Untereinheit (3), die eine Gleitsohle (14) und Kanten (13) enthält, wobei die untere Untereinheit (3) eine zweite Längsöffnung (6) aufweist,
    - Vorbereitung eines Versteifungselements (8),
    - Einsetzen der oberen Untereinheit (2), der unteren Untereinheit (3) in ein Formwerkzeug,
    - Einspritzen des Materials, das dazu bestimmt ist, den Kern (4) zu bilden, um einen Gleitbrettrohling (15) zu erhalten,
    - Einsetzen des Versteifungselements (8) in die erste (5), zweite (6) und dritte Längsöffnung (7),
    - Befestigung des Versteifungselements (8) am Gleitbrett (1).
