Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Füllen eines Aerosolbehälters (1) mit Flüssigkeit, wie Farbe, insbesondere mit Hilfe einer mit einem Schubelement (12) ausgerüsteten Füllanlage, die einen Becher (3) umfasst, der dafür vorgesehen ist, die Flüssigkeit zum Füllen des Aerosolbehälters (1) aufzunehmen, wobei der Becher (3) an seinem Boden mit einer Einspritzöffnung (4) versehen ist, die an das Ventil (2) des Aerosolbehälters (1) anpassbar ist, wobei ein Kolbenboden (7) schiebend auf die in dem Becher (3) enthaltene Füllflüssigkeit wirkt, um sie von dem Becher (3) in den Behälter (1) zu übertragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolbenboden (7) als Abstreicher ausgebildet ist, der beim Übertragen ständigen Kontakt mit der Innenwand des Bechers (3) hat, wobei der Kolbenboden (7) so ausgebildet ist, um mit dem Becher (3) zusammenzuwirken, um nach dem Übertragen den Kolbenboden (7) in dem Becher (3) zu halten, um eine dichte Wand zu bilden, die die nicht in den Becher (3) übertragene Restflüssigkeit einschließt.
- Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolbenboden (7) in dem Becher (3) an dem Boden des Bechers (3) in einer Übertragungsendstellung gehalten wird, in der er die Einspritzöffnung (4) des Bechers (3) verschließt.
- Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspritzöffnung (4) des Bechers (3) in einem Ansatz (4A) nach außen verlängert ist, der die an dem Ventil (2) des Aerosolbehälters (1) ansetzbare Einspritzdüse bildet, die von einem Kranz (6) umgeben ist, der das Ende der Einspritzdüse schützt.
- Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolbenboden (7) als runde Scheibe mit einem radial dichten Abstreichersegment (8) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Scheibe um eine Rundschürze (9) verlängert ist, die dafür vorgesehen ist, ein allgemein zylinderartiges Schubelement (12) abzudecken.
- Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolbenboden (7) in der Mitte seiner mit der Flüssigkeit in Kontakt stehenden Außenseite einen hervorstehenden Verschluss (10) aufweist, der dafür vorgesehen ist, die Einspritzöffnung (4) des Bechers (3) dicht zu verschließen.
- Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Becher (3) an seinem offenen Teil eine Hinterschneidung (5) besitzt, die ein Glied zum Feststellen durch Zusammenwirken mit einem Rand des Aerosolbehälters (1) bildet, um den Deckel des Aerosolbehälters (1) zu bilden.
- Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Becher (3) aus einem durchsichtigen oder durchscheinenden Werkstoff ausgeführt ist, um insbesondere die Art der übertragenen Flüssigkeit sichtbar zu machen.
- Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Becher (3) und der Kolbenboden (7) als Einwegprodukte ausgeführt sind.
- Deckel für einen Aerosolbehälter (1), der über sein Ventil (2) durch Zusammenwirken des Ventils (2) mit einer Füllvorrichtung mit einer Flüssigkeit, wie Farbe, gefüllt werden kann, wobei die Füllvorrichtung mindestens einen Becher (3) umfasst, der dafür vorgesehen ist, die Flüssigkeit zum Füllen des Aerosolbehälters (1) aufzunehmen, wobei der Deckel dafür vorgesehen ist, das Ventil (2) des Aerosolbehälters (1) abzudecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel wie ein Becher ausgebildet ist, der an seinem Boden mit einer Einspritzöffnung (4) versehen ist, die an das Ventil (2) des Aerosolbehälters (1) anpassbar ist, um beim Füllen des Aerosolbehälters (1) den Becher zur Aufnahme und Übertragung der Flüssigkeit zum Füllen des Aerosolbehälters der Füllvorrichtung zu bilden, die vorzugsweise einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 entspricht.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er vor seinem Füllen mit Flüssigkeit zum Füllen des Aerosolbehälters (1) mit einem Kolbenboden (7) vorausgerüstet ist, der lösbar mit dem Deckel verbunden ist, wobei der Kolbenboden (7) in dem von dem Deckel gelösten Zustand schiebend auf eine in den Deckel eingebrachte Füllflüssigkeit zu wirken geeignet ist, um sie in den Aerosolbehälter (1) zu übertragen.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolbenboden (7) durch eine Steckverbindung mit dem Deckel verbunden ist.
- Verwendung des Bechers (3) der Füllvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Deckel eines Aerosolbehälters.
- Kolbenboden (7), der dafür vorgesehen ist, schiebend auf die Flüssigkeit zum Füllen eines Aerosolbehälters zu wirken, die in einem Becher (3) enthalten ist, der an seinem Boden mit einer Einspritzöffnung (4) versehen ist, um die Flüssigkeit von dem Becher (3) in das Ventil (2) des Aerosolbehälters (1) zu übertragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er als rundes Teil mit einem radial dichten Abstreichersegment (8) ausgebildet ist, andererseits in der Mitte seiner mit der Flüssigkeit in Kontakt stehenden Außenseite einen hervorstehenden Verschluss (10) aufweist, der dafür vorgesehen ist, die Einspritzöffnung (4) des Bechers (3) dicht zu verschließen, wobei der Kolbenboden mit dem Becher zusammenzuwirken geeignet ist, um eine Einwegfüllvorrichtung zu bilden.
- Aerosolbehälter (1), der über sein Ventil (2) durch Zusammenwirken des Ventils (2) mit einer Füllvorrichtung mit einer Flüssigkeit, wie Farbe, gefüllt werden kann, wobei die Füllvorrichtung mindestens einen Becher (3) umfasst, der dafür vorgesehen ist, die Flüssigkeit zum Füllen des Aerosolbehälters (1) aufzunehmen, wobei der Becher an seinem Boden mit einer Einspritzöffnung (4) versehen ist, die an das Ventil (2) des Aerosolbehälters (1) anpassbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aerosolbehälter (1) mit einem Übertragungsdeckel ausgerüstet ist, der mindestens von dem Becher (3) der Füllvorrichtung gebildet ist, die vorzugsweise einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 entspricht.
- Anlage zum Füllen eines Aerosolbehälters (1) mit Flüssigkeit, wie Farbe, mit einem Gestell (11), das eine vorzugsweise geschlossene Kammer begrenzt, mit Mitteln (14) zum Halten eines Bechers (3) mit Füllflüssigkeit in der Kammer über dem Aerosolbehälter (1) in einer Stellung, in der der Becher (3) an dem Ventil (2) des Behälters (1) anliegt, und mit einem Schubelement (12), das in dem Becher (3) axial verschiebbar ist, um durch Schub auf die Flüssigkeit die Übertragung der Flüssigkeit durch eine Öffnung (4) des Bechers (3) in den Aerosolbehälter (1) herbeizuführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schubelement (12) mit einem beweglichen Kolbenboden (7) ausgerüstet ist, der von dem Schubelement (12) in dem Becher (3) lösbar ist, bevor das Schubelement (12) aus dem Becher (3) gezogen wird, so dass das Schubelement (12) bei seiner Bewegung verschmutzungsfrei gehalten wird.
- Füllanlage nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schubelement (12) mit Mitteln zur Erkennung des Vorhandenseins des Kolbenbodens (7) in dem an dem Schubelement (12) befestigten Zustand ausgerüstet ist.
- Füllanlage nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolbenboden (7) durch einfaches Einstecken an dem Ende des Schubelementes (12) befestigt ist.
- Füllanlage nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolbenboden (7) mit dem Becher (3) zusammenwirkt, um eine Einwegfüllvorrichtung zu bilden.
- Füllanlage nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolbenboden (7) mit dem Becher (3) zusammenwirkt, um vor oder nach der Übertragung einen Deckel, den Übertragungsdeckel eines zu füllenden Aerosolbehälters (1), zu bilden.
