Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to combs and hairbrushes and more particularly, to easily removing hairs left on the comb or hairbrush or combing and caring hair simultaneously.
- A comb or hairbrush is a tool for managing personal appearance, comprising a handle, a pins seat and a plurality of pins. The pins are uniformly distributed on the pins seat to comb hair.
- Yet, after a period of time of use, hairs may be left between the pins. The comb is thus made dirty. At this time, the hairs can be removed by hand or other tool to make the comb clean. But it is not so convenient to remove the hairs in this way.
- To solve this problem, a prior art is revealed as shown in
FIG.4 . The prior art is a comb having a hair removing plate, comprising acomb body 41 and ahair removing plate 42. Therein, thecomb body 41 has a plurality ofpins 411; thehair removing plate 42 is corresponding to thecomb body 41 and has a plurality ofpunch holes 421 corresponding to thepins 411; and thepins 411 penetrate through thepunch holes 421. - Although the hair removing plate can thus freely move along the
pins 411 , the hair removing plate can not be lifted off and thus hairs left on it can not be removed completely. Hence, the prior arts do not fulfill all users' requests on actual use. - The main purpose of the present invention is to easily remove hairs left on a pins seat of a comb or hairbrush.
- Another purpose of the present invention is to easily position pins on the clean pins seat.
- The third purpose of the present invention is to use a sponge as a cleaning part with clean lotion to care and comb hair at the same time.
- To achieve the above purposes, the present invention is a cleansable comb, comprising a pins seat having a plurality of comb pins; and a cleaning part having a plurality of punch holes corresponding to the plurality of comb pins separately, where the comb pin has a short sleeve movably slipping on the comb pin to easily penetrate through the cleaning part and to set the cleaning part on the pins seat in a comb body; and the cleaning part is a plurality of piled-up cleaning tissues, a sponge or any liquid-absorbing material. Accordingly, a novel cleansable comb is obtained.

- The following description of the preferred embodiment is provided to understand the features and the structures of the present invention.
- Please refer to
FIG.1A to FIG.1I , which are a perspective view; explosive views showing a hairbrush or comb body and a pins seat; an enlarged view showing a comb pin having a round cap; a view showing a cleaning part; a state-of-use view showing the cleaning part installed with the pins seat; another view showing the cleaning part; and views showing another state of use of a first preferred embodiment according to the present invention. As shown in the figures, the present invention is a cleansable comb, comprising acomb body 1; apins seat 2 having a plurality ofcomb pins 22; and acleaning part 3 having a plurality ofpunch holes 31 corresponding to the plurality ofcomb pins 22. - The
comb body 1 has afront plate 10 and aback plate 11, both having the same shape. Thefront plate 10 and theback plate 11 are linked on a pivot at an end to open or close thefront plate 10 and theback plate 11. Thefront plate 10 has a hollow 100 at an end, where the hollow 100 has an inward bending edge on a surface and is connected with an opening 101 at a side. The opening 101 has aslider 102 movably fixed inside the opening 101. And thefront plate 10 has a guidinghole 103 at another end. Besides, theback plate 11 has aprotruding part 111 in the middle, where theprotruding part 111 is a spring. Theback plate 11 has a guidingfastener 112 to be embedded into the guidinghole 103 of thefront plate 10. - The
pins seat 2 is corresponding to the hollow 100 of thefront plate 10, which comprises atop layer 20, abottom layer 21 and a plurality ofcomb pins 22. Thetop layer 20 and thebottom layer 21 separately have a plurality of punch holes corresponding to the plurality ofcomb pins 22. Therein, thecomb pin 22 comprises ashort sleeve 221, alocker part 222, apin body 223 and around cap 224. Thepin body 223 is connected with thelocker part 222 at an end, where thelocker part 222 has an 'H' shape to lock thecomb pin 22 to thebottom layer 21; and thepin body 223 is connected with theround cap 224 at another end. Theshort sleeve 221 comprises abig sleeve 2211 and asmall sleeve 2212, where thesmall sleeve 2212 has aprotrusion 2213 at an end. Theshort sleeve 221 is movably slipped on thepin body 223 and is locked at thetop layer 20. When thecomb pin 22 penetrates through the punch hole of thetop layer 20 on thepins seat 2, thebig sleeve 2211 of theshort sleeve 221 covers theround cap 224 and is locked in the punch hole of thetop layer 20 to expose theround cap 224 above thetop layer 20. - The
cleaning part 3 is corresponding to the hollow 100 of thefront plate 10 and is a plurality of cleaning tissues piled up to be ripped, where thecleaning part 3 has a long rippingpart 30 at a side. Thecleaning part 3 has an outer circlingpart 32 and an inner circlingpart 33. The outer circlingpart 32 is fixed at the inward bending edge of the hollow 100. The inner circlingpart 33 is ripped off following the ripping-off of the rippingpart 30. Thecleaning part 3 has a plurality of punch holes 31 separately corresponding to the plurality of comb pins 22 in thepins seat 2. And the cleaning tissue has afilm layer 34 on a surface of the cleaning tissue (as shown inFIG.1G ), so that, when the present invention is used on a wet hair, the cleaning tissue is protected by thefilm layer 34 from getting wet. - The
cleaning part 3 is set ontop layer 20 of thepins seat 2. The punch holes 31 on thecleaning part 3 are penetrated by the round caps 224 covered on theshort sleeve 221. Then thebottom layer 21 is pushed upward to make the plurality of comb pins 22 penetrate through thecleaning part 3 and to pile up thetop layer 20 and thebottom layer 21 a. Hence, apins seat 2 having a cleaning part 3.is obtained. - Then, the
pins seat 2 having the cleaningpart 3 is put into the hollow 100 of thefront plate 10, and the rippingpart 30 of thecleaning part 3 is fit into theopening 101. In the end, the guidingfastener 112 of theback plate 11 is fastened into the guidinghole 103 of thefront plate 10. Thus, the present invention is assembled. - After a period of time of use, hairs may be left between the comb pins 22 on the
cleaning part 3. At the time, theslider 102 of thefront plate 10 is pushed backward to butt the rippingpart 30 of thecleaning part 3 by the protrudingpart 111. Then theslider 111 is move forward to lift the rippingpart 30 with theprotruding part 111. Hence, thecleaning part 3 is easily ripped along the inner circlingpart 33. Furthermore, along with the ripping of thecleaning part 3, hairs left between the comb pins 22 are removed and thus thepins seat 2 is cleansed. - Please refer to
FIG.1H andFIG.1I . In another state of use, theslider 102a has aprotruding part 111 a at an end, where theslider 102a has a linkingplate 113 with a pushingplate 114 movable. On ripping thecleaning part 3, the pushingplate 114 is pushed backward to carry the linkingplate 113 moving backward. At the same time, the protrudingpart 111 a is pulled backward by the linkingplate 113 to butt the rippingpart 30 by the protrudingpart 111a as corresponding an edge of theprotruding part 111a to an edge of the rippingpart 30. Then the pushingplate 114 is pushed forward to move the linkingplate 113 and theslider 102a. Thus, the rippingpart 30 is butted by theslider 102a to be lifted. At the same time, the pushingplate 114 is covered on the slider 120a; and thecleaning part 3 is easily ripped off along the inner circlingpart 33. Furthermore, along with the ripping of thecleaning part 3, hairs left between the comb pins 22 are removed and thus thepins seat 2 is cleansed. - Please refer to

As shown in the figures, the present invention is a cleansable comb, comprising acomb body 1a; apins seat 2a having a plurality ofcomb pins 22a; and acleaning part 3a having a plurality of punch holes 31 a corresponding to the plurality of comb pins 22a of thepins seat 2a. - The
comb body 1a has afront plate 10a and aback plate 11a, both having the same shape. Thefront plate 10a and theback plate 11a are linked on a pivot at an end to open or close thefront plate 10a and theback plate 11 a. Thefront plate 10a has a hollow 100a at an end, where the hollow 100a has an inward bending edge on a surface; and has a guidinghole 103a at an end opposite to the hollow 100a. Besides, theback plate 11 a has a guidingfastener 112a to be embedded into the guidinghole 103a of thefront plate 10. - The
pins seat 2a is corresponding to the hollow 100a of thefront plate 10a, which comprises atop layer 20a, abottom layer 21a and a plurality ofcomb pins 22a. Thetop layer 20a and thebottom layer 21 a separately have a plurality of punch holes corresponding to the plurality ofcomb pins 22a. Therein, thecomb pin 22a comprises ashort sleeve 221a, alocker part 222a, apin body 223a and around cap 224a. Thepin body 223a is connected with thelocker part 222a at an end, where thelocker part 222a has an 'H' shape to lock thecomb pin 22a to thebottom layer 21a; and thepin body 223a is connected with theround cap 224a at another end. Theshort sleeve 221a comprises asmall sleeve 2212a and an 'H'-shapedlocker 2213. Theshort sleeve 221a is movably slipped on thepin body 223a and is locked at thetop layer 20a. When thecomb pin 22a penetrates through the punch hole of thetop layer 20a on thepins seat 2a, thecomb pin 22a is locked in the punch hole of thetop layer 20a to expose theround cap 224a above thetop layer 20a. - The
cleaning part 3a is corresponding to the hollow 100a of thefront plate 10a and is a sponge or any other liquid-absorbing material. Thecleaning part 3a has a plurality ofpunch holes 31a separately corresponding to the plurality ofcomb pins 22a in thepins seat 2a. Thecleaning part 3a has a protrudingborder 32a surrounding thecleaning part 3a. And the protrudingborder 32a is fixed on the inward bending edge of the hollow 100a. - The
cleaning part 3a is set ontop layer 20a of thepins seat 2a. The punch holes 31a on thecleaning part 3a are penetrated by theround caps 224a covered on theshort sleeve 221a. Then thebottom layer 21a is pushed upward to make the plurality of comb pins 22a penetrate through thecleaning part 3a and to pile up thetop layer 20a and thebottom layer 21a. Hence, apins seat 2a having a cleaning part 3a.is obtained. - Then, the
pins seat 2a having the cleaningpart 3a is put into the hollow 100a of thefront plate 10a; and, the guidingfastener 112 of theback plate 11 is fastened into the guidinghole 103 of thefront plate 10. Thus, the present invention is assembled. - The
cleaning part 3a is a sponge for absorbing liquid. On using, an essential oil, a moisturizing lotion or a clean lotion is added to thecleaning part 3a, so that hair is cared on combing hair without putting caring material on hand in advance. In the other hand, when hairs are left between the comb pins 22a on thecleaning part 3a or thecleaning part 3a is to be washed, thefront plate 10a and theback plate 11a of thecomb body 1a are released to be opened to taking out thecleaning part 3a. Then hairs left between the comb pins are removed; or, a new cleaning part is obtained in replacement. Thus, thepins seat 2a is cleansed. - Please refer to
FIG.3 , which is an enlarged view showing a comb pin as a hair pin. As shown in the figure, the comb pin is ahair pin 22b, comprising ashort sleeve 221b, alocker part 222b, ahair part 223b and atiny rope 225b. Therein, thelocker part 222b has an 'H' shape and is positioned at an end of thehair part 223b. Thelocker part 222b is locked at a bottom layer of a pins seat (not shown in the figure). Theshort sleeve 221b is asmall sleeve 2212b with an 'H'-shapedlocker 2213b at an end to be locked at a top layer of the pins seat. Theshort sleeve 221b movably girds thehair part 223b. And thelocker part 222b is linked with theshort sleeve 221b with atiny rope 225b to prevent theshort sleeve 221b from departing thehair part 223b. - To sum up, the present invention is a cleansable comb, where a cleaning part is easily and simply installed; cleaning tissues used in a cleaning part are easily ripped to keep a pins seat clean; and the cleaning part can be a sponge soaked with clean lotion to comb and care hair at the same time.
- The preferred embodiment herein disclosed is not intended to unnecessarily limit the scope of the invention. Therefore, simple modifications or variations belonging to the equivalent of the scope of the claims and the instructions disclosed herein for a patent are all within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (4)
- A cleansable comb or hairbrush, comprising:a comb body, said comb body comprising
a front plate, said front plate having a hollow at an end of said front plate, said hollow having an inward bending edge, said front plate having a guiding hole at another end of said front plate; and
a back plate, said back plate having a guiding fastener, said back plate having a protruding part in middle of said back plate;a pins seat, said pins seat being corresponding to said hollow of said comb body, said pins seat comprising a top layer, a bottom layer and a plurality of comb pins, each of said top layer and said bottom layer having a plurality of punch holes, said plurality of punch holes being corresponding to said plurality of punch holes separately;a cleaning part, said cleaning part being corresponding to said hollow of said comb body, said cleaning part having a plurality of punch holes corresponding to said comb pins separately, said cleaning part being made of a liquid-absorbing material, said liquid-absorbing material being a sponge; anda plurality of comb pins, said comb pin penetrating through said punch hole of said cleaning part, said comb pin comprising a pin body, a short sleeve, a locker part and a round cap, said short sleeve being movably slipped on said pin body, said short sleeve being locked at said top layer of said pins seat, said short sleeve having an 'H'-shaped locker at an end of said short sleeve. - The comb or hairbrush according to claim 1,
wherein said hollow is connected with an opening at a side;
wherein said opening has a slider movable;
wherein said slider has a protruding part and a linking plate;
wherein said protruding part is located at an end of said slider; and
wherein said linking plate has a pushing plate movable. - The comb or hairbrush according to claim 1 or 2,
wherein said cleaning part is made of a plurality of piled-up cleaning tissues; and
wherein said cleaning tissue has a plastic layer on a surface of said cleaning tissue. - The comb or hairbrush according to one of claims 1 to 3,
wherein said plurality of comb pins comprises a short sleeve, a locker part, a hair part and a tiny rope;
wherein said plurality of comb pins penetrates through said plurality of punch holes of said cleaning part separately;
wherein said short sleeve movably slips on said hair part and is locked at said top layer of said pins seat; and
wherein said short sleeve has an 'H'-shaped locker at and end of said short sleeve.
