Description
P/00/011 Regulation 3.2 AUSTRALIA Patents Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION Invention Title: CLEANSABLE COMB The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to me: 1 2 Cleansable Comb Field of the invention The present invention relates to a comb; more particularly, relates to fast replacing and fixing a cleaning part while avoiding being pulled out even with a big force. 5 Description of the Related Art A comb is a general tool used for grooming oneself, which comprises a handle and a staples seat; and the staples seat has a plurality of staples for smoothening hair with an equal distance between every two adjacent staples. After a period of time of use, hair is left among staples so that the hygiene of the comb 10 becomes bad. In the early days, the hair among the staples is cleaned with fingers or a thin and-long tool to keep the comb clean. Yet, both ways require repeated actions for removing the hair and so are not convenient. To solve the above problem, a prior art, "A hair-comb having a fur frame", is proclaimed in Taiwan. As shown in FIG.7, the prior art has an elliptic frame 4 with a dense fur 41. When the 15 elliptic frame 4 is integrated with a staples seat 5 of a hair-comb, the fur 41 are covered on the staples seat 5. And the elliptic frame 4 can be taken out and even be bended into a brush for cleaning the fur 41. Yet, because the fur 41 is not dense enough and only an end of the fur 41 is fixed on the elliptic frame 4, hair left on the hair-comb can not be removed totally by the fur 41; and the hair-comb itself is not so convenient in use either. Hence, the prior art does not fulfil 20 users' requests on actual use. Summary of the invention The main purpose of the present invention is to avoid pulling a cleaning part out of a comb frame even with a big force on combing hair. Another purpose of the present invention is to fast replace and fix a cleaning part with 25 positioning parts. To achieve the above purposes, the present invention is a cleansable comb, comprising a comb frame, a pins seat and a cleaning part, where the comb frame comprises a front plate and a back plate; the pins seat comprises a top layer, a bottom layer and a plurality of comb pins; the comb frame has a hollow for putting the pins seat inside; the comb frame has a 30 plurality of symmetrical fixing pillars extended along where the comb frame is connected with the hollow; the top layer and the bottom layer having a plurality of punch holes penetrated by the comb pins separately; the top layer has a plurality of fixing holes corresponding to the fixing pillars separately; the top layer having a plurality of positioning parts; the cleaning part is an absorbing material having a plurality of penetrating holes corresponding to the plurality of comb 35 pins separately; and the cleaning part is positioned with the positioning parts. Accordingly, a novel cleansable comb is obtained.
3 Brief description of the drawings The present invention will be better understood from the following detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiments according to the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which 5 FIG.1 is the perspective view showing the first preferred embodiment according to the present invention; FIG.2 is the explosive view showing the first preferred embodiment; FIG.3 to FIG.6 are the first to the fourth views showing the assembly; FIG.7 and FIG.8 are the first and the second sectional views showing the first 10 preferred embodiment; FIG.9 is the perspective view showing the second preferred embodiment; and FIG. 10 is the sectional view of the prior art. Descriptions of the preferred embodiments The following descriptions of the preferred embodiments are provided to understand the 15 features and the structures of the present invention. Please refer to FIG.1 and FIG.2, which are a perspective view and an explosive view showing a first preferred embodiment according to the present invention. As shown in the figures, the present invention is a cleansable comb, comprising a comb frame 1, a pins seat 2 and a cleaning part 3, where the comb frame I comprises a front plate 11 and a back plate 12; 20 the front plate 11 has a hollow 111 for putting in the pins seat 2; the hollow 111 has an opening 113 at a side; the opening 113 has a movable slider 114; the pins seat 2 comprises a top layer 21, a bottom layer 22 and a plurality of comb pins 23; the top layer 21 and the bottom layer 22 have a plurality of corresponding punch holes 24 separately; the punch holes 24 are penetrated through by the comb pins 23; a plurality of fixing pillars 112 is extended from where the hollow 25 111 is connected with the pins seat 2; the top layer 21 has a plurality of fixing holes 211 around a border to correspond to the plurality of fixing pillars 112; the top layer 21 has a plurality of positioning parts 212 for positioning the cleaning part 3; the cleaning part 3 comprises a plurality of rippable piled-up cleaning tissues 30; and each of the cleaning tissue 30 has a plurality of penetrating holes 31 corresponding to the comb pins 23. Thus, with the above structure, a novel 30 cleansable comb is obtained. Please further refer to FIG.3 to FIG.6, which are a first to a fourth views showing an assembly. As shown in the figures, on replacing a cleaning part 3, a front plate 11 and a back plate 12 of a comb frame 1 is opened to take out a pins seat 2. At the moment, a top layer 21 of the pins seat 2 is moved upward, where the top layer 21 is movable with punch holes.24 along 35 comb pins 23 on a bottom layer 22 of the pins seat 2. After the top layer 21 is moved upward to a certain position, the old cleaning part 3 is removed by passed through the comb pins 23 with the penetrating holes 31. Then a new cleaning part 3 is positioned on the top layer 21 by the 4 positioning parts 212. Thus, with the positioning parts 212, the cleaning part 3 is quickly and efficiently replaced or added. After the cleaning part 3 is positioned, the cleaning part 3 and the top layer 21 are moved toward the bottom layer 22 altogether. Then, the pins seat 2 with the new cleaning part 3 5 is put back into the comb frame 1 and is corresponded to the hollow 111. The hollow 111 has a plurality of symmetrical fixing pillars 112 extended at where the hollow 111 is connected with the pins seat 2; and, the top layer 21 has a plurality of fixing holes 211 corresponding to the fixing pillars 112. Thus, by fixing with the fixing pillars 112 and the fixing holes 211, the pins seat 2 is well-positioned in the comb frame 1 corresponding to the hollow 111. Consequently, on 10 combing hair, the cleaning part 3 is not torn from the comb frame 1 even with a big force of pulling. In the other hand, the cleaning tissue 30 has a film layer on a surface (not shown in the figures); and, on combing wet hair, other cleaning tissues 30 does not become wet owing to the film layer. In addition, when some hair are left around the comb pins 23 on the cleaning tissue 15 30 after a period of time of use, the cleaning tissue 30 is removed along with the hair to keep the pins seat 2 clean. Please refer to FIG.7 and FIG.8, which are a first and a second sectional views showing the first preferred embodiment. As shown in the figures, on adding a new cleaning part 3, penetrating holes 31 on the new cleaning part 3 is pointed at comb pins 23 of a pins seat 2 and 20 the cleaning part 3 is pressed down through the penetrating holes 31 to be positioned on a top layer 21 of the pins seat 2 with positioning parts 212. Thus, the pins seat 2 is assembled; and, then, the pins seat 2 is put into a comb frame 1. Since the comb frame 1 has a plurality of symmetrical fixing pillars around where a hollow 111 of the comb frame 1 is connected with the pins seat 2, fixing holes 211 of the top layer 21 are fixed with the fixing pillars 112. As a result, 25 the pins seat 2 is firmly fixed in the comb frame 1; and the cleaning part 3 is not pulled out of the comb frame 1 even with a big force. Please refer to FIG.9, which is a perspective view showing a second preferred embodiment. As shown in the figure, a cleaning part 3a according to the present invention is an absorbing material, link sponge. On replacing the cleaning part 3a, a top layer 21a of a pins 30 seat 2a is moved upward, where the top layer 21 a is movable with punch holes.24a along comb pins 23a on a bottom layer 22a of the pins seat 2a. After the top layer 21 a is moved upward to a certain position, the old cleaning part 3a is removed by passing through the comb pins 23a with penetrating holes 31 a of the cleaning part 3a. Then a new cleaning part 3a is positioned on the top layer 21a by positioning parts 212a. Thus, with the positioning parts 212a, the cleaning part 35 3a is quickly and efficiently replaced or added. Essential oil, emulsion or solution is applied to the cleaning part 3a for caring hair while combing hair, since the cleaning part 3a is an absorbing material like sponge. In addition, when 5 some hair is left around the comb pins 23a on the cleaning part 3a after a period of time of use, a front plate 11 a and a back plate 12a of a comb frame 1 a are opened to take out the cleaning part 3a to be removed along with the hair for keeping the pins seat 2a clean. The preferred embodiments herein disclosed are not intended to unnecessarily limit the 5 scope of the invention. Therefore, simple modifications or variations belonging to the equivalent of the scope of the claims and the instructions disclosed herein for a patent are all within the scope of the present invention. Throughout the description and claims of this specification the word "comprise" and variations of that word, such as "comprises" and "comprising", are not intended to exclude other 10 additives, components, integers or steps.
