  • an automatic covering element is provided which, thanks to the presence of the storage rollers 23, allows in practice to disengage the bars which constitute the shutter-like covering element from the guides, allowing the chain to arrange itself in a concertina fashion, thus achieving easy and automatic packing, without forcing and without having to push to pack the flaps, since packing occurs automatically due to the inclination of the storage guides 20 which facilitate packing.
  • Another important aspect further resides in that as the length of the covering varies, it is not necessary to carry out particular modifications, since the length of the shutter-like covering which can be stored can be changed simply by modifying the height of the storage region and the distance between the brackets 22 and the roller 23.

Claims (8)

  1. Automatisches Abdeckelement, insbesondere für Gruben von mechanischen Werkstätten, Folgendes umfassend:
    Führungen (7),
    eine rolladenartige Abdeckung (3), die in den an den Längsrändern einer Grube (2) eingerichteten Führungen (7) gleiten kann und in einem Lagerbereich (10) angeordnet werden kann,
    wobei die Führungen (7) am Lagerbereich (10) einen Teil einer vertikalen Führung (11) bilden, die nach unten offen ist,
    eine Motoreinrichtung (30), um die rolladenartige Abdeckung (3) zu bewegen,
    eine Lagerführung (20), die unter dem offenen Ende des vertikalen Führungsabschnitts (11) eingerichtet ist,
    gegenseitig beabstandete Lagerrollen (23), die mit der rolladenartigen Abdeckung (3) verbunden sind und mit der Lagerführung (20) in Eingriff gelangen können, und
    am Ende der Lagerführung (20), die zum vertikalen Führungsabschnitt (11) hin gerichtet ist, einen Führungseinlassabschnitt (25), der während des Schritts zum Einfahren der rolladenartigen Abdeckung (3) zum Eingriff mit der Lagerrolle (23) nach oben geklappt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Lagerrollen (23) im Hinblick auf die Gleitebene der Abdeckung (3) beabstandet und dazu ausgelegt sind, den Einlassabschnitt (25) der Lagerführung (20) so in Eingriff zu nehmen, dass, wenn die Rollen (23) am Führungseinlassabschnitt (25) ankommen, die Rollen (23) der Lagerführung (20) folgend mitgenommen werden und die Abdeckung (3) aufgehängt wird, wodurch eine ziehharmonikaartige Anordnung der rolladenartigen Abdeckung (3) in dem Lagerbereich (10) erzielt wird.
  2. Abdeckelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rolladenartige Abdeckung (3) eine Vielzahl von Querstäben oder -leisten (4) umfasst, an deren Enden Verbindungsgliederelemente (5) angeschlossen sind, um eine Kette (9) zu bilden.
  3. Abdeckelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es an jedem Gelenkpunkt (8) der Kette (9) Rollen (6) umfasst, die gleitbar in den Führungen (7) geführt sind.
  4. Abdeckelement nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Bügel (22) umfasst, die an die Verbindungsglieder (5) angeschlossen sind und die Lagerrolle (23) haltern.
  5. Abdeckelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerführung (20) eine subhorizontale Ausrichtung hat, wobei sich die untere Ebene im Hinblick auf den vertikalen Führungsabschnitt (11) am entgegengesetzten Ende befindet.
  6. Abdeckelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, oder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4 und Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Motoreinrichtung einen Motor (30) umfasst, der ein Paar Ritzel (31) antreibt, die zwischen den Rollen (6) der Kettenverbindungsglieder (5) kämmen.
  7. Abdeckelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Positionierungsrollen (40) umfasst, die an einem mittleren Abschnitt der Länge der Stäbe (4) der rolladenartigen Abdeckung (3) in dem Abschnitt angreifen können, in dem die Stäbe (4) den vertikalen Führungsabschnitt (11) verlassen.
  8. Abdeckelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierungsrollen (40) in einstellbaren Positionen angeordnet werden können.
