Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schachtabdeckung mit einer in einem Baukörper versetzbaren Zarge sowie mit einem in die Zarge einsetzbaren und mit der Zarge verschraubbaren Schachtdeckel, der einen Profilrahmen und eine vom Profilrahmen umschlossene Tragplatte zur Aufnahme eines Bodenbelages umfaßt.The invention relates to a manhole cover with a displaceable in a building frame and with a usable in the frame and screwed to the frame manhole cover comprising a profile frame and a frame enclosed by the profile support plate for receiving a floor covering.
Bei üblichen Schachtabdeckungen dieser Art weist der Schachtdeckel eine Blechwanne auf, die mit Beton ausgegossen wird und auf der Betonfüllung einen Fußbodenbelag aufnimmt, um eine sich über den Bereich der Schachtabdeckung erstreckende einheitliche Bodenausgestaltung des Baukörpers zu ermöglichen. Der Schachtdeckel wird in die im Baukörper versetzte Zarge eingesetzt und mit der Zarge verschraubt. Zu diesem Zweck sind in den Wannenecken vom Wannenboden des Schachtdeckels aufragende Hülsen vorgesehen, die von den Befestigungsschrauben durchsetzt werden, um in ein im Zargenbereich vorgesehenes Muttergewinde einzugreifen. Durch eine Dichtungsschnur, die in eine umlaufende Zargen- oder Deckelnut eingelegt ist, ergibt sich die Geruchs- und Wasserdichtheit der Schachtabdeckung. Nachteilig ist allerdings das vergleichsweise hohe Gewicht der Betonfüllung des Schachtdeckels. Es ist zwar bereits bekannt, die Wanne mit Leichtbeton zu füllen, doch bleibt die damit erreichbare Gewichtseinsparung beschränkt, weil auf eine Bewehrung der Betonfüllung nicht verzichtet werden kann, wenn der Bodenplatte der Wanne des Schachtdeckels nicht die Aufgabe zukommen soll, einen wesentlichen Anteil der Lastabtragung zu übernehmen. Im Hinblick auf eine einfache Fertigung wird eine Wanne angestrebt, die sich aus einem Profilrahmen und einem in den Profilrahmen eingesetzten Wannenboden zusammensetzt, wobei der Wannenboden vor allem die Funktion einer verlorenen Schalung für die nachträgliche Befüllung der Wanne mit Beton bzw. Da zufolge dieser Maßnahmen auf eine Betonfüllung überhaupt verzichtet und die bewehrte Betonplatte durch eine Tragplatte aus einem Wabenkern mit einer oberen und einer unteren Deckschicht ersetzt wird, bedarf es nicht einmal eines eine verlorene Schalung bildenden Wannenbodens, so daß die entsprechend den lichten Innenabmessungen des Profilrahmens zugeschnittene Tragplatte lediglich in den Profilrahmen eingesetzt zu werden braucht. Damit sind alle Voraussetzungen für eine außergewöhnliche Gewichtseinsparung erfüllt, weil nicht nur die Tragplatte aufgrund des Wabenkernes ein selbst im Vergleich zu einer bewehrten Leichtbetonfüllung erheblich geringeres Gewicht aufweist, sondern zusätzlich auch auf einen sonst erforderlichen Wannenboden verzichtet werden kann. Der Wabenkern bildet mit den anliegenden, einen Ober- und einen Untergurt ergebenden Deckschichten einen Verbundkörper, der die Auflasten ohne weiteres über den Profilrahmen auf die Zarge und über die Zarge auf den Baukörper abtragen kann, so daß keine unzulässige Abnahme der Traglast zu befürchten ist. Trotz des Fehlens eines Wannenbodens bleibt die Wasser- und Geruchsdichtheit des Schachtdeckels gewahrt, wenn die Tragplatte unter Zwischenlage einer Dichtung in den Profilrahmen eingesetzt wird. Diese Dichtung kann sowohl auf der Oberseite als auch auf der Unterseite der Tragplatte vorgesehen sein. Besonders einfache Konstruktionsverhältnisse ergeben sich in diesem Zusammenhang, wenn die Dichtung aus einer Klebeschicht besteht, weil in diesem Fall keine zusätzlichen Maßnahmen erforderlich werden, um die Tragplatte im Profilrahmen festzuhalten. Dieser Tragplatte 8 ist als Verbundkörper mit einem Wabenkern 9 und einer oberen und unteren Deckschicht 10 ausgebildet. Der Wabenkern 9 kann mit im Querschnitt sechseckigen Waben hergestellt werden, obwohl selbstverständlich auch andere Wabenformen möglich sind. Es kommt ja lediglich darauf an, daß entsprechende Auflasten über die Tragplatte 8 auf den Profilrahmen 6 und von diesem über die Zarge 3 auf den Baukörper 2 abgetragen werden, ohne eine Überlastung der Tragplatte 8 befürchten zu müssen. Die Deckschichten 10 wirken nicht nur als Ober- und Untergurt eines durch die Tragplatte 8 gebildeten Trägers, sondern machen die Tragplatte auch wasser- bzw. geruchsdicht. Abgesehen davon kann auf die Tragplatte 8 ein Bodenbelag unmittelbar in den Deckel 4 eingeklebt werden. In der Zeichnung ist ein solcher Bodenbelag in Form einer Verfließung 11 des Baukörpers 2 angedeutet. Die Verfließung 11 kann sich demnach im wesentlichen unbeeinträchtigt über den Schachtdeckel 4 fortsetzen.
