Usually, such operating modules can not be assembled or disassembled without additional auxiliary tools.
It is an object of the invention to provide an operating module of the type mentioned, in which a maloperation is excluded, creating a secure fixation of the operating module arises.
The object is achieved in that the switch is designed as a switch which blocks the movement of this associated locking element out of its locked position and has a defined switching position in which a movement of the locking element is released.
A major advantage of this solution is that the switch undergoes no modifications while the button is used solely for unlocking the housing from the receptacle. For fixing a housing is sufficient in the simplest case, a movable and a rigid locking element, wherein the housing z. B. tilted tilted inserted into the receptacle provided and locked. The division of functions between the electrical circuit and locking leads to a simple and inexpensive construction of the operating module.
The switch blocks the movement of the at least one locking element out of its locking position and has a defined switching position in which a movement of the locking element is released. This can be z. B. done in the form of a clearance, which is provided on the switch and releases a mechanical path of the locking elements in the defined switching position. For mounting or dismounting of the operating module so that a combination of push button and switch position is required, which is not made by the user under normal conditions. If both hands are required for combination operation due to the number of push buttons, incorrect operation may occur are almost excluded, creating a secure fixation of the operating module.
To increase the secure fixing of the operating module, the defined switching position of the switch for releasing the at least one locking element comprises a position in which the switch is not moved during normal operation of the motor vehicle. In a light switch of a motor vehicle, this z. Example, be a switching position that does not match the positions of the switch for low beam, light off, parking light or fog light, etc.
Preferably, each button and each associated locking element form a sliding / thrust connection which transmits movement of the button to the locking element. Since the button and locking element are usually arranged substantially perpendicular to each other, the specified connection type represents a particularly simple embodiment of a movement coupling. Button and locking element in this case have two mutually associated sliding surfaces for transmitting movement. The resilient deflection of the locking element can be z. B. generated by a spring mechanism or due to elastic deformation. The button does not have to, but can also be configured in this way.
The object is achieved by the features of claim 4 alternatively.
An essential advantage of this solution is that, although the lock in a release position is movable via the switch, but the respective button is used to unlock the associated locking element. The division of functions between unlocking the locking elements and their operation by the Switch leads here too to a simple and inexpensive construction of the operating module.
In an advantageous embodiment, each button and each associated locking element forms a groove / spring connection, which is opened upon actuation of the button. Since the locking element is usually an elongate rod-shaped element is used, to which the button is arranged substantially vertically, the said connection is a simple design and easy-to-use lock for locking. The respective depressed button thus gives a mechanical path in the release axis the locking elements free.
Furthermore, the object is achieved by the features of claim 6 alternatively.
A significant advantage of this solution is that while the lock in a release position is movable via the switch, but the button is used to unlock the switch. The division of functions between unlocking the switch and actuation of the locking elements by the switch leads in this case to a simple and inexpensive construction of the operating module.
Advantageously, the switch with the button forms a stop which is opened when the button is pressed. After opening the stop, the switch can be moved to a switching position in which the locking element occupies a release position and the housing can be removed from the receptacle. The stop represents a simple and easy-to-use lock for the switch.
Preferably, an increased force is required to move the electrical switch in the defined switching position for releasing the locking element. Thus, even with two-handed operation of buttons and switch further security against incorrect operation is given, creating a secure fixation of the control module.
Conveniently, the switch is designed as a rotary switch. The torque acting on the knob thereby leads to retraction of the locking elements in a release position of the housing. These can z. B. projections may be provided on the rotary switch, which cooperate with the locking elements. In principle, however, an actuation of the locking elements by means of a toggle switch is conceivable, in particular using the above-mentioned sliding / thrust connection.
The object is further achieved by a corresponding method according to
It is understood that the features mentioned above and below are not limited to the combination specified in each case, but also in other combinations can be used. The scope of the invention is defined only by the claims.
