Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hood provided with a pencil sharpener especially cosmetic, and a particular cosmetic pencil equipped with such a cover.
The pencils, and in particular cosmetic pencils for make-up, must be trimmed regularly to obtain the required line fineness.
The use of a conventional pencil sharpener, independent of the pencil itself, has proved inconvenient to use: it is indeed very easy to misplace a small object such as a sharpener, and in any case difficult to find it among other objects located for example at the bottom of a handbag.
For this reason, we have seen developing in recent years caps for cosmetic pencils incorporating pencil sharpeners. Such covers fulfill two functions, namely that of protection of the tip of the pen and that of the size of this tip. With such hoods, the problem of losing the sharpener is removed.
According to a first variant, the pencil sharpener is disposed in a part of the cover located opposite the part in which the pencil is intended to be housed.
In such a variant, the bulk of the hood is important, which is not satisfactory especially from the aesthetic point of view. In addition, such a hood is complex to manufacture.
According to a second variant, the pencil sharpener is arranged at the bottom of the part in which the pencil is intended to be housed.
Although very advantageous, the covers according to this second variant have certain disadvantages.
In particular, it was found that the setting of the pencil inside the bonnet in view of its size required some effort, because the cover comprises friction means on the pencil, able to ensure the hood on the pencil in storage situation.
Such an effort is certainly not insurmountable, but it would be preferable that it practically does not exist, so as to constitute an additional approval for the users.
The present invention aims to remove this particular disadvantage.
- a body provided with a sharpener, adapted to fit on one end of said pencil,
- a cap, adapted to fit securely on said body, and
- means for restricting the movements of said pencil relative to said body, these means being integral with said cap.
Thanks to the fact that the means for restricting the movements of the pencil with respect to the body of the cap are integral with the cap, it suffices to remove the cap to obtain complete freedom of movement of the pencil with respect to the body of the cap, and in particular for allow the rotation without effort of it in relation to the one during the size.
According to another optional feature of the invention, said restriction means comprise means for maintaining the tip, and especially the lead, of said pencil at a predetermined distance from the sharpener blade.
Maintaining the tip of the pencil, and especially its lead, at a predetermined distance from the blade of the pencil sharpener of the bonnet body makes it possible to avoid that when the pencil with its bonnet is re-opened, the blade of the pencil pencil can not form notches on the tip of the pencil, and in particular on the mine, at the risk of damaging the aesthetics of the pencil and weaken the mine.
- lesdits moyens de restriction comprennent au moins une patte élastique solidaire dudit capot, adaptée pour s'appuyer contre ledit crayon. Cette patte élastique peut être galbée ou droite, elle peut être située à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du corps de crayon, et elle peut être plus ou moins rigide ;
- said restriction means comprise a rib formed inside said cap, able to form a stop for said pencil,
- said body is transparent, and said stop is positioned so that one can see said mine through said body, the sharpener remaining hidden by the cap which can be opaque,
- said restriction means comprise at least one elastic tab integral with said cover, adapted to bear against said pencil. This elastic tab can be curved or straight, it can be located inside or outside the pen body, and it can be more or less rigid;
- said body has a groove on its inner face, and said tab is shaped to fit within said groove when said cap is fitted on said body,
- said tab and said body comprise mutual means of clipping, disengageable only when said tab is free to move away from said groove, that is to say when said pencil is removed from said cover,
- said body and said cap are shaped so that in nesting position, their outer walls are located in the extension of one another,
- the inner face of said body has a plurality of ribs adapted to improve the holding of said body on said pencil.
The present invention also relates to a particular cosmetic pencil equipped with a cover according to the foregoing.

Note that the stroke of the
In doing so, the
This being done, a slight pull is exerted on the
The chips resulting from this size come out of the
If necessary, the tip of the
As can be understood in light of the foregoing, the
This has the consequence that these restriction means are active only when the
This therefore makes it possible to rotate the
Note also that the elasticity of the
These variations can come from the dimensional tolerances inherent to the process of manufacturing a given pencil, or from the use of different pencils of neighboring diameters with the same cover.
Note that when the outer diameters of the
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown, provided by way of illustrative and non-limiting example.
Thus, if this bonnet body is made of a transparent material, the
It will also be noted that it is possible to place
For example, two such ribs may be provided, each disposed at about 120 ° to the
It will be noted that the presence of a
Note of course that the hood according to the invention can be sold either alone, in order to be adapted later on one or more rods, or with a pencil whose end is already covered.
Note also that the hood according to the invention can be used for any type of pencil, whether cosmetic or not.
