Abstract

Um die Unwucht der Trommel (1) beim Schleudern messen zu können, sind an der Trommel (1) bzw. am schwingenden System des Geräts Beschleunigungs-Sensoren (7) und ein Winkelgeschwindigkeits-Sensor (8) vorgesehen. Die winkelaufgelösten Geschwindigkeitssignale des Winkelgeschwindigkeits-Sensor (8) werden mit Kalibrationswerten kompensiert, die bei Messungen an einer leeren Trommel (1) gewonnen wurden. Die Messungen der Beschleunigungs-sensoren (7) werden mit Kalibrationswerten kompensiert, welche die Phasenverschiebung der Auslenkung des schwingenden Systems abhängig von der Drehzahl der Trommel (1) widerspiegeln. Durch die Verwendung dieser Kalibrationswerte kann die Messgenauigkeit des Geräts verbessert werden.
