Claims (11)

  1. Elément de guidage d'une bande de papier dans une machine d'impression de journaux composé d'au moins un cylindre de guidage (6) guidant au moins une bande de papier (8) à partir de la zone de changement de bobine (2) à travers au moins un passage à papier (4) dans la dalle (3) d'une construction et au moins une paroi de guidage de bande (11) dans la zone de la machine d'impression (1),
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moins le cylindre de guidage (6) est pré-assemblé dans un châssis ou dans un boîtier (9) sous la forme d'un module de construction (10) et le module de construction (10) s'introduit dans le passage à papier (4) ou traverse celui-ci et se fixe à la paroi (11) de guidage de la bande avec des dispositifs de fixation (12).
  2. Elément de guidage de bande de papier selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la longueur (10.2) et la largeur (10.1) du module (10) sont inférieures ou égales à la longueur (4.2) et à la largeur (4.1) du passage à papier (4).
  3. Elément de guidage de bande de papier selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la hauteur (10.3) du module (10) est de préférence supérieure ou égale à la hauteur (4.3) du passage à papier.
  4. Elément de guidage de bande de papier selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé par
    au moins un élément d'isolation phonique (5) entre la zone (1) de la machine d'impression et la zone (2) de changement des bobines pour isoler le bruit et cet élément d'isolation phonique (5) est monté sur le module (10) de l'élément de guidage de la bande de papier.
  5. Elément de guidage de bande de papier selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moins un élément d'isolation phonique (5) constitue au moins une paroi de châssis ou une paroi de boîtier du module (10).
  6. Elément de guidage de bande de papier selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moins un élément d'isolation phonique (5) est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément de fixation d'au moins un cylindre de guidage (6) et reçoit au moins en partie le poids d'au moins un cylindre de guidage (6).
  7. Elément de guidage de bande de papier selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les dispositifs de fixation (12) du module (10) sont des éléments en forme de broches et notamment des broches ajustées et/ou des perçages reliés à des perçages complémentaires et/ou des éléments de broche de la paroi (11) de guidage de la bande.
  8. Elément de guidage de bande de papier selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé par
    au moins un autre dispositif de fixation (7) prévu sur le châssis ou le boîtier (9) du module (10) et sur le côté inférieur de la dalle de construction (3) dans la zone (2) de changement de bobine.
  9. Elément de guidage de bande de papier selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'autre dispositif de fixation (7) est réalisé sous la forme d'une cornière ou d'un rail à section en U.
  10. Elément de guidage de bande de papier selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé par
    des éléments de réglage prévus sur le châssis ou le boîtier (10) pour modifier l'alignement du cylindre de guidage (6).
