Abstract

Eine zum Giessen von Bauteilen mit hohem Aufnahmevermögen für kinetische Energie durch plastische Verformung geeignete Aluminiumlegierung besteht neben Aluminium und unvermeidbaren Verunreinigungen aus 8,0 bis 12,4 Gew.-% Silizium, 0,1 bis 3,0 Gew.-% Mangan, max. 0,2 Gew.-% Magnesium, max. 0,5 Gew.-% Eisen, max. 0,5 Gew.-% Kupfer, max. 0,5 Gew.-% Zink, max. 0,5 Gew.-% Titan, max. 0,5 Gew.-% Zirkonium, max. 3,0 Gew.-% Silber und 0,05 bis 3,0 Gew.-% Tellur. Wahlweise enthält die Legierung zur Krätzeverminderung noch 0,0025 bis 0,008 Gew.-% Beryllium und zur Kornfeinung Galliumphosphid und/oder Indiumphosphid in einer Menge entsprechend 1 bis 250 ppm Phosphor und/oder Titan und Bor, zugegeben über eine Aluminium-Vorlegierung mit 1 bis 2 Gew.-% Ti und 1 bis 2 Gew.-% B.
