- Built-in refrigerating unit for integration into a furniture niche, having a carcass (6) and a door (10), which enclose a thermally insulated interior (14), wherein the door (10) can be pivoted about an axis between an open and a closed position, wherein in a conventional built-in position of the refrigerating unit into the furniture niche, the door (10) protrudes beyond a front edge (3) of the furniture niche, characterised in that the interior (14) also protrudes beyond the front edge (2) of the furniture niche, and that the part of the interior (14) protruding beyond the front edge (3) of the furniture niche is formed by a receiving space in the door (10).
- Built-in refrigerating unit according to claim 1, characterised in that the carcass (6) of the refrigerating unit with its front remains behind the front edge (3) of the furniture niche.
- Built-in refrigerating unit according to claim 1, characterised in that the carcass (6) of the refrigerating unit with its front face is flush with the front side (3) of the furniture niche.
- Built-in refrigerating unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the receiving space is generated by a corresponding recess on the interior of the door (10).
- Built-in refrigerating unit according to claim 4, characterised in that the recess on the interior of the door (10) is formed by a trough-type depression, which extends at least essentially across the height and width of the interior of the door (10).
- Built-in refrigerating unit according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the door (10) has a decorative final state on its exterior facing away from the interior, said decorative final state being flush with the front of adjacent furniture in the kitchenette.
- Built-in refrigerating unit according to claim 6, characterised in that the exterior is formed by a stainless steel outer wall.
- Built-in refrigerating unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the door (10) has a door plate formed from the door outer cladding (12) of a heat insulating layer and a door inner cladding and has bars protruding from the door plate to the carcass (6) and that a swivel axis of the door (10) runs through the door plate (12).
- Built-in refrigerating unit according to one of the preceding claims having a decorative plate (15, 18) concealing the door (10) and moveable therewith, characterised in that the decorative plate (15, 18) is rigidly mounted on the door (10).
- Built-in refrigerating unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a piece (19, 20) of the decorative plate (18) covers a lateral edge of the door (10).
