Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Imprägnieren von Korken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Schritte umfasst:a) Platzieren des Korkens innerhalb eines Behälters oder Trommel (6) mit Wänden, welche Durchlöcherungen oder Öffnungen haben, wobei der genannte Behälter (6) innerhalb eines abdichtbaren Tanks (1) oder Autoklav gelegen ist, und Verschließen des genannten Tanks (1);b) Erzeugen einer kontrollierten Vakuumumgebung innerhalb des genannten Tanks (1);c) Drehen des genannten Behälters (6); undd) Bereitstellen einer chemische Produkte beinhaltenden Flüssigkeit zur Korkenbehandlung in einer Lösung oder Dispersion, indem sie auf dem genannten Korken mit einem kontrollierten Strahldruck aufgesprüht wird, während innerhalb des genannten Tanks eine Vakuumumgebung vorliegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen oder mehr weitere Zyklen umfasst, welche ein Wiederholen der genannten Schritte b), c) und d) einschließen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Bereitstellen einer Flüssigkeit durch Aufsprühen während zumindest einer Phase mit abnehmendem Vakuum durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Vakuumumgebung innerhalb des Tanks (1) Druckwerte zwischen 500 und 10 mbar liefert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Abschluss zumindest eines der genannten weiteren Zyklen eine Phase mit Zwangsbeaufschlagung mit Druck durch das Einführen eines Fluids in den genannten Tank (1) durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Durchführen einer Temperaturkontrolle der bereitgestellten, die genannten chemischen Produkte beinhaltenden Flüssigkeit umfasst, und dass die genannte Temperatur eine Temperatur ist, welche derjenigen der Umgebung des in den Behälter (6) eingeladenen Korkens entspricht, oder diesbezüglich ein vorbestimmtes Differential hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Durchführen einer Temperaturkontrolle der Korkenumgebung während des Ausführens des Verfahrens umfasst, indem von den Wänden des sich drehenden Behälters (6) Energie bereitgestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Bereitstellen von Energie ein Bereitstellen von Wärmeenergie ist, welches durch Abstrahlung von eines Wärme führenden Fluids durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es des Weiteren das Bereitstellen von Wärmeenergie von einem inneren Bereich des genannten Behälters (6) umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Bereitstellen von Wärmeenergie durch Blasen eines heißen Fluids bewerkstelligt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine zusätzliche Korkentrocknungsstufe innerhalb des genannten Behälters (6) beinhaltet.
- Anlage zum Imprägnieren von Korken, welche zum Durchführen eines Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 geeignet ist, welche Folgendes umfasst:- einen abgedichteten Tank (1) oder Autoklav,- einen Behälter oder Trommel (6) mit durchlöcherten Wänden zum Aufnehmen des Korkens, welche(r) zumindest eine Öffnung und eine Lade-/Entladetür hat, welche den Korken zurückhalten kann, und welche ein Durchlaufen von Fluiden erlaubt, wobei der Behälter (6) derart gestützt ist, dass er sich innerhalb des genannten Tanks (1) auf eine kontrollierte Art und Weise drehen und schwenken kann;- Mittel zum Bereitstellen einer Flüssigkeit durch Sprühen derselbigen ins Innere des genannten Behälters (6); und- Mittel zum Einführen und Entnehmen des genannten Behälters (6) in und aus dem Tank (1),dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zum Bereitstellen von Wärmeenergie eingeschlossen sind, wobei die genannten Mittel mit zumindest den Wänden des genannten Behälters (6) in Verbindung gebracht werden, und dass der genannte abgedichtete Tank (1) mit einer Leitung (40) in Verbindung gebracht wird, welche mit zumindest einer Vakuum erzeugenden Pumpe (27) oder einer anderen Vakuum erzeugenden Vorrichtung verbunden ist, um eine kontrollierte Vakuumumgebung in dem abgedichteten Tank (1) zu erzeugen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Energie bereitstellenden Mittel aus einer schlangenförmigen Leitung (11) bestehen, welche sich entlang der Wand des genannten Behälters (6) erstreckt, durch welche ein Wärme führendes Fluid zirkuliert wird, wobei das genannte Wärme führende Fluid äußerlich erwärmt und durch ein Drehgelenk (12) hindurch geführt wird, welches in einer der sich drehenden Stützen des Behälters (6) installiert ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Vielzahl an Sprühköpfen (37) umfasst, welche entlang der Länge einer rohrförmigen Leitung (36) definiert sind, welche derart ausgerichtet ist, dass sie sich längs zu dem Behälter (6) erstreckt und an ihren beiden Enden durch entsprechende Drehgelenkanordnungen befestigt ist, welche ihre Unbeweglichkeit gewährleisten.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kondensator (29) an der genannten Eingangsleitung (40) der Vakuumpumpe (27) vor derem Ansaugabschnitt angebaut ist.
