Abstract

L'invention concerne un raccordement d'élément de blindage entre une carte de circuits, recevant des composants électriques et/ou électroniques, disposée dans un boîtier, et au moins une douille de raccordement, disposée dans une paroi du boîtier, comportant une gaine cylindrique métallique qui est introduite à travers la paroi de boîtier et qui présente, sur le côté extérieur de la paroi, une unité servant à recevoir une fiche mâle comportant un élément d'accouplement métallique correspondant, raccordé de manière électroconductrice à l'élément de blindage d'un câble prolongeant la fiche mâle. L'objectif de l'invention est de créer un raccordement d'élément de blindage, permettant que le raccordement électrique de la gaine de la douille de raccordement, raccordée électriquement au potentiel de l'élément de blindage du câble à raccorder, à la carte de circuits, par l'intermédiaire de laquelle le potentiel de blindage est distribué, s'effectue automatiquement lors de l'assemblage du boîtier. A cet effet, on fait appel, selon l'invention, à un élément de blindage métallique en forme de bague, qui présente des broches de contact faisant saillie à partir du plan de la bague, sur un côté de cette dernière, destinées à être raccordées mécaniquement et électriquement à la carte de circuits, ainsi que des branches élastiques, faisant saillie sur l'autre côté de bague, destinées à être mises en contact avec la gaine de la douille.

Claims (15)

  1. Raccordement d'élément de blindage entre une plaquette de circuits imprimés (10) recevant des composants électriques et/ou électroniques, qui sont agencés dans un boitier, et au moins un raccord femelle (11) avec une gaine cylindrique, métallique (15) qui passe à travers la paroi de boitier (14) et présente, sur le côté extérieur de la paroi, un réceptacle pour une fiche mâle, avec une pièce de couplage métallique appropriée, qui est reliée électriquement au blindage d'un câble qui est raccordé à la fiche mâle,
    caractérisé par
    un élément de blindage (1) annulaire, métallique, qui présente des organes de contact (6), en saillie par rapport au plan de l'anneau, sur l'un des côtés de celui-ci, pour la connexion électrique avec la plaquette de circuits imprimés (10), et des branches de ressort (7) en saillie sur l'autre côté de l'anneau, pour la connexion électrique avec la gaine (15) du raccord femelle.
  2. Raccordement de blindage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de blindage (1) est un composant d'une pièce, découpée par estampage dans une tôle d'acier.
  3. Raccordement de blindage selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    plusieurs ou de nombreux éléments de blindage (1), découpés par estampage dans la tôle d'acier, sont reliés en une pièce par l'intermédiaire de pattes de jonction (17) séparables.
  4. Raccordement de blindage selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins une partie des éléments de blindage (1) reliés ensemble sont disposés les uns par rapport aux autres selon une configuration qui correspond à celle d'une majorité de raccords femelles (11) qui sont installés en commun sur la paroi concernée (14) du boitier.
  5. Raccordement de blindage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les branches de ressort (7) de l'élément de blindage (1) sont disposées, avec leurs points de contacts (9), sur un cercle dont le diamètre est plus petit que le diamètre de la gaine (15) du raccord femelle dans la zone de contact.
  6. Raccordement de blindage selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la gaine (15) du raccord femelle (11), en position de fonctionnement, est insérée coaxialement par rapport à l'élément de blindage (1), entre les branches de ressort (7) de celui-ci.
  7. Raccordement d'élément de blindage selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la gaine (15) du raccord femelle présente à son extrémité intérieure un chanfrein (16) dont le diamètre diminue en direction de l'extrémité libre.
  8. Raccordement d'élément de blindage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les branches de ressort (7) de l'élément de blindage (1) possèdent des sections d'extrémités (8) qui prolongent les points de contact (9) et sont coudés à l'opposé du centre de l'anneau.
  9. Raccordement d'élément de blindage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les organes de contact (6) de l'élément de blindage (1) font saillie perpendiculairement par rapport au plan de l'anneau de l'élément de blindage (1).
  10. Raccordement d'élément de blindage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de blindage (1) présente, entre les organes de contact (6) et/ou les branches de ressort (7), des pattes plates (2) situées dans le plan de l'anneau.
  11. Raccordement d'élément de blindage selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    entre les pattes plates (2) de l'élément de blindage (1), est prévu un intercalaire plan (5) qui, coudé à partir d'elles, s'étend perpendiculairement au plan de l'anneau et auquel se raccordent les organes de contact (6) et/ou les branches de ressort (7).
  12. Raccordement d'élément de blindage selon revendication 10 ou 11,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    dans le cas de plusieurs ou de nombreux éléments de blindage (1) reliés ensemble d'une pièce, les pattes de liaison (17) sont également réalisées sous la forme de pattes plates s'étendant à plat dans le plan de l'anneau.
  13. Raccordement d'élément de blindage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins un l'élément de blindage (1) est réalisé à symétrie de rotation par rapport à un axe qui passe perpendiculairement par le centre du plan de l'anneau et présente au moins trois pattes plates (2), les intercalaires (5), situés entre celles-ci étant équipés chacun de l'un des organes de contact (6) ainsi que de l'une des branches de ressort (7) qui font saillie dans des directions opposées.
  14. Raccordement d'élément de blindage selon les revendications 12 et 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments de blindage (1) reliés ensemble possèdent chacun quatre pattes plates (2) au centre desquelles se raccordent les pattes de liaison (17) respectivement décalées de 90° les unes par rapport aux autres, les pattes de liaison (17.1), dans la première des deux directions d'alignement décalées de 90° l'une par rapport à l'autre, ayant la même longueur, et les pattes de liaison (17.2), dans la deuxième des deux directions d'alignement, ayant la même longueur.
  15. Raccordement d'élément de blindage selon la revendication 14,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les longueurs des pattes de liaison (17.1) dans la première direction d'alignement et les longueurs des pattes de liaison (17.2) dans la deuxième direction d'alignement sont les mêmes ou sont différentes.
