Claims (14)

  1. Behälter des Typs mit einem Basisteil (2) in Form einer Palette mit quadratischem oder rechtwinkligem Umriss, mit umklappbaren Ständern (3, 3'), die im Bereich der Ecken des Basisteils angeordnet sind, einer ersten Trägerfläche (4), die auf dem Basisteil gebildet ist, und zumindest einer zweiten Trägerfläche (5), die sich parallel zu der ersten Trägerfläche und in einem Abstand von der letzteren in Richtung der freien Enden der Ständer in deren aufgerichteten Zustand gegenüber dem Basisteil erstreckt und auf einer ebenen Trägerstruktur gebildet ist, wobei die Ständer (3, 3') paarweise starr miteinander verbunden sind, um zwei gegenüberliegende Paare von Ständern zu bilden, und durch paarweises Umklappen zwischen einer aufgerichteten Position, in der die Ständer im Wesentlichen unter einem rechten Winkel zur Ebene des Basisteils (2) stehen, und einer umgeklappten Position bewegbar sind, in der die Ständer in Richtung auf den Basisteil geneigt oder parallel zu Letzterem angeordnet sind und gegebenenfalls mit ihren freien Enden auf dem Basisteil ruhen, wobei bei dem Behälter (1) jedem Ständer (3, 3') eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (7) zur automatischen Verriegelung in der wieder aufgerichteten Position zugeordnet ist und ein Betätigungselement (8) die gleichzeitige Entriegelung der Verriegelungsvorrichtungen (7) der Ständer (3 und 3') eines jeweiligen Paares von Ständern ermöglicht, und wobei bei dem Behälter (1) die ebene Trägerstruktur (6) der zweiten Trägerfläche (5) gelenkig an ihren zwei entgegengesetzten Enden oder entgegengesetzten Seiten (6' und 6") mit zwei Paaren von Ständern (3 und 3') verbunden ist, wobei jede der zwei Gelenkverbindungen [ebene Trägerstruktur (6) Paar von Ständern (3, 3') ] die Abstützung des entsprechenden Endes (6', 6") der Trägerstruktur (6) und das kontrollierte Absenken dieses Endes in Richtung auf den Basisteil (2) beim Umklappen des Paares von Ständern (3, 3') ermöglicht, die mit diesem Ende verbunden sind,
    wobei der Behälter (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die ebene Trägerstruktur (6) einerseits ein I-förmiges Gerüst (17) und andererseits zwei Bodenteile (18 und 18') umfasst, die gelenkig sind und schwenkbar im Bereich einer ihrer Längskanten mit dem Gerüst (17) in unmittelbarer Nähe des mittleren oder Haupt-Steges (17') des Gerüstes verbunden sind, wobei die Bodenteile (18 und 18') jeweils unabhängig zwischen einer angehobenen Position und einer abgeklappten Position bewegbar sind, wobei sie in der letzteren Position die zweite Trägerfläche (5) bilden.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Bodenteil (18, 18') durch einen darunter liegenden Umfangsrahmen (19), der gegebenenfalls durch Abstandsstreben (19') verstärkt ist, und durch eine Platte oder Tafel (20) gebildet ist, die eben oder in ihrer Oberfläche für die für eine festgelegte Aufnahme von zu tragenden Gegenständen angepasst ist, und die auf dem Rahmen (19) ruht und mit diesem verbunden ist, und dass der Rahmen (19) mit dem Hauptsteg (17') oder den zwei Seitenstegen (17") des I-förmigen Gerüstes (17) über zumindest zwei Gelenkverbindungen (21) verbunden ist.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Unterstützungseinrichtungen für das Anheben der Bodenteile (18, 18') umfasst, beispielsweise in Form von Pneumatik-Zylindern oder Federn.
  4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Gelenkverbindung zwischen der ebenen Trägerstruktur (6) und dem einen der beiden Paare von Ständern (3 und 3') aus einem Arm (23) besteht, der einerseits an einem seiner Enden mit dem betreffenden Paar von Ständern (3, 3'), beispielsweise im Bereich eines Abstandselementes (9), das die beiden betreffenden Ständer (3, 3') verbindet, die dieses Paar von Ständern bilden, und andererseits an seinem entgegengesetzten Ende mit dem Hauptsteg (17') des I-förmigen Gerüstes (17) der ebenen Trägerstruktur (6), die die zweite Trägerfläche (5) bildet, über ein Gleitstück oder einen Gleitschuh (24) verbunden ist, das bzw. der gleitend in einem Teil einer in dem Hauptsteg (17') ausgebildeten Nut oder Ausnehmung (25) befestigt ist und in dieser Nut oder Ausnehmung (25) gehalten ist.
  5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Gelenkverbindung zwischen der ebenen Trägerstruktur (6) und einem der zwei Paare von Ständern (3 und 3') durch das Zusammenwirken zwischen einerseits einem Abstandselement (9) in Form einer Stange, eines Stabes oder dergleichen, vorzugsweise mit kreisförmigen Querschnitt, das die Ständer (3 und 3') des betreffenden Paares verbindet und zur Abstützung einer der Seitenstege (17') des I-förmigen Gerüstes (7) der Trägerstruktur (6) dient, die die zweite Trägerfläche (5) bildet, und andererseits einer Schiene (26) verwirklicht ist, die mit dem I-förmigen Gerüst (17) verbunden ist und sich parallel zu dem Letzteren unter dem Hauptsteg oder Mittelsteg (17') dieses Gerüstes (17) erstreckt, wobei das Abstandselement (9) zwischen der Schiene (26) und dem Mittelsteg (17') des I-förmigen Gerüstes (17) während der Bewegungen des Umklappens und Aufrichtens des betreffenden Paares (3 und 3') von Ständern (3 und 3') gleitet, wobei der Mittelsteg (17') in gleitender Abstützung auf dem Abstandselement (9) während dieser Bewegungen bleibt.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiene (26), die das Abstandselement (9) während der Bewegungen zum Umklappen und Aufrichten führt, zwei entgegengesetzte umgebogene Enden (26') umfasst, die die Schiene mit dem I-förmigen Gerüst (17) verbinden und zwei Gleit-Endstellungen für das Abstandselement (9) gegenüber dem Gerüst (17) festlegen, und dass das Abstandselement (9) mit einer Auskehlung oder einem damit verbundenen Profilstück mit einer Auskehlung (27) verbunden ist, die eine Nachführeinrichtung bildet, die in Eingriff mit der Schiene (26) kommt und die das Abstandselement (9) und die Schiene (26) gegenseitig bezüglich einander während der Bewegungen zum Umklappen und Aufrichten des betreffenden Paares von Ständern (3 und 3') führt, wobei die Bewegungen zum Absenken und Anheben des Endes oder der Seitenkante (6', 6") der Trägerstruktur (6) benachbart zu dem betreffenden Paar von Ständern (3 und 3') führen.
  7. Behälter nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Ständer (3 und 3') jedes Paares von Ständern (3, 3') über zumindest ein Abstandselement (9) in Form einer gegebenenfalls rohrförmigen Stange, eines Stabes oder dergleichen verbunden sind, das direkt oder indirekt an der Halterung des benachbarten Endes (6' oder 6") der ebenen Trägerstruktur (6), zumindest in der aufgerichteten Position der Ständer (3, 3') beteiligt ist, und dass jedes Betätigungsorgan (8), das die gleichzeitige Freigabe der Verriegelungsvor-richtungen (7) der zwei Ständer (3 und 3') eines Paares von Ständern ermöglicht, in gleicher Weise aus einer gegebenenfalls rohrförmigen Stange oder einem Stab oder dergleichen besteht, die bzw. der mit den zwei betreffenden Ständern (3, 3') mit der Möglichkeit einer Bewegung zwischen einer eingerasteten Position, in der eine verriegelte Blockierung des aufgerichteten Zustandes der Ständer (3, 3') hervorgerufen wird, und einer Ausrastposition verbunden ist, die eine Freigabe der Verriegelungsvorrichtungen (7) im aufgerichteten Zustand der Ständer (3, 3') hervorruft.
  8. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder vorzugsweise rohrförmige oder einen quadratischen Querschnitt aufweisende Ständer (3, 3') an seinem unteren Ende schwenkbar in einem Körper (10) mit einem U-förmig geformten Abschnitt befestigt ist, der starr an einer Ecke des Basisteils (2) befestigt ist und sich unter einem rechten Winkel ausgehend von dem Letzteren erstreckt, wobei die offene Fläche (11) dieses einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisenden Körpers (10) dem Ständer (3 oder 3') des anderen Paares von Ständern (3, 3') derart zugewandt ist, dass der Körper (10) mit U-förmigen Querschnitt ein Halten des zugeordneten Ständers (3 oder 3') in der aufgerichteten Position an drei Seitenkanten ermöglicht und auf der vierten Seite eine Neigung in Richtung auf den Ständer (3 oder 3') des anderen Paares von Ständern ermöglicht.
  9. Behälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Verriegelungsvorrichtung (7) aus einer Verriegelung besteht, deren Riegel (12) durch ein Ende oder eine Verlängerung des Betätigungsorgans (8) in Form einer Stange, eines Stabes oder dergleichen gebildet ist, und dessen Schließblech durch den dem betreffenden Ständer (3 oder 3') zugeordneten Körper (10) mit U-förmigen Querschnitt gebildet ist, dessen innerer Flügel (10') im Bereich seines oberen, von dem Basisteil (2) entfernten Endes einen Ausschnitt (13) aufweist, der eine Aussparung oder Vertiefung bildet, die diesen Riegel (12) unter Blockierung in der aufgerichteten Position des entsprechenden Ständers (3, 3') aufnehmen kann.
  10. Behälter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Flügel (10'), der mit dem zur Aufnahme eines Riegels (12) bestimmten Ausschnitt (13) versehen ist, einen abgeschrägt profilierten, gegebenenfalls abgerundeten Teil der Kante (14) für das Gleiten unter Abstützung des Riegels (12) am Ende der Aufrichtbewegung des betreffenden Ständers (3, 3') aufweist, wobei dieser profilierte Teil der Kante (14) in den Ausschnitt (13) des betreffenden Flügels (10') mündet.
  11. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegel durch umgebogene Teile oder angeschlossene Finger im Bereich der entgegengesetzten Enden des Betätigungsorgans (8) gebildet sind, wobei diese Verlängerungen oder Finger (12) entlang der entsprechenden Ständer (3, 3') durch Führungen (15) beispielsweise in Form von Hülsen geführt sind.
  12. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegel (12) durch die zwei entgegengesetzten Endteile des Betätigungsorgans (8) in Form einer Stange, eines Stabes oder dergleichen, vorzugsweise mit rundem Querschnitt, gebildet sind, wobei diese Endteile (12) jeweils mit einem der Ständer (3, 3') eines Paares von Ständern (3, 3') mit der Möglichkeit einer begrenzten Bewegung in einer Richtung und über eine derartige Strecke verbunden sind, dass sich diese Teile (12) in der aufgerichteten Position des betreffenden Paares von Ständern (3 und 3') zwischen einerseits einer ersten Position, in der sie am Boden der Ausschnitte (13) ruhen, die Verriegelungsaussparungen oder -Vertiefungen des entsprechenden Körpers (10) mit U-förmigen Querschnitt bilden, und andererseits einer zweiten Position bewegen können, die entgegengesetzt zu der ersten ist und in der sie vollständig außer Eingriff mit diesen Ausschnitten (13) sind.
  13. Behälter nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Endteil (12) jedes Betätigungsorgans (8) gleitend in einem Langloch (16) eines Flügels oder einer Platte (16') geführt ist, die mit dem benachbarten Ständer (3 oder 3') des Paares von Ständern (3 und 3') verbunden ist, der dem betreffenden Betätigungsorgan (8) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Endteile (12) gegen ein Herausziehen aus diesen Langlöchern (16) gesichert sind.
  14. Behälter nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13 unter Rückbeziehung auf den Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basisteil (2) an der Stelle jedes Körpers (10) mit U-förmigen Querschnitt einen Zapfen oder Finger (2') aufweist, der von einer Auflageoberfläche umgeben ist und das Stapeln eines ersten Behälters (1) auf einem anderen Behälter (1) in umgeklappten Zustand ermöglicht, wobei die Finger oder Zapfen (2') des ersten Behälters (1) in die oberen freien Abschnitte des betreffenden Körpers (10) mit U-förmigen Querschnitt des entsprechenden anderen Behälters (1) eingeführt werden.
